I sometimes have to go to another salon due to my schedule or because Im traveling to some far flung locale. I ALWAYS REGRET IT. Ann and her team do the best job and theres no comparison. Everyone who works at Anns is very friendly. Be prepared to wait on Saturday mornings!

They are precise with their nail shaping and painting. Very beautiful work! The staff is friendly and really listen to your expectations/requests. The pedicures are always relaxing and comprehensive with all the works. The atmosphere always feels like everyone enjoys being there.

Great service, always clean, but you almost always have to wait at least an additional 30 minutes, even with an appointment.

This is not the first time that i get out of that place not happy but i thought i could give them a second chance to make it right. And i was wrong. The manager she is way more than rude and i never saw her being nice but only loud and mean. They don’t inform you that the prices go up and they charge whatever they like for the same thing to different customers. Very bad service and now they have one less customer!!

This nail salon is so clean and the ladies are wonderful at what they do. Been getting my nails done here for over 5 years and will continue.

I went to this salon for gel dip about 1 month ago. They drilled my natural nails with a coarse drill bit like they use for acrylic nails...which left them paper thin and raw. You can actually see on my nail where they drilled. All of my nails broke down so far that they are little nubs.....My nails are now destroyed!!! I have been getting my nails done for years with no problems. They even mentioned when I was there how strong my nails were. I now have to wait for my nails to grow out and repair themselves. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! They have no clue what they are doing and are not very friendly either. I would give no stars if I could but the lowest is one star :(

I have been going here for years but not anymore. For the last few months, I have been getting acrylic tips with the dip powder. Each time I go for a refill they would buff off the color and reshape, file, cut down whatever I needed. My last visit for a refill they told me I needed to get whole new set, which I got on my last visit, 2 weeks prior. I said I wanted a refill, not a new set. Then they told me they dont do that and that I never received that service there. Then I was told I needed to pick a darker color then the color I chose because the old color would show through because they couldnt remove it all. I have been doing this same process for months at this salon and gone from black to lilac with no issues but today it was a problem. Then they gave me a new girl I had never seen before, who didnt know what she was doing and sloppily did the manicure. I had dip powder all over my hands and underneath my nails. Usually the manicurist there cleans up under my nails, she didnt and left powder everywhere. They also charged me 10 more then what I have usually paid and one nail broke within 2 hours of leaving. I will never go back here after that visit, they were rude and unprofessional.

Clean thorough nail salon. They actually take their time to do your nails and they listen to what you say.prices there or higher than other places but Im a firm believer in getting what you pay for and I will be going back again and again.

Do NOT go here. This place is awful! I was looking for a new salon as my salon was pretty pricey, and checked this place out because the location is convenient. I have literally never had a worse nail salon experience. My acrylic is completely misshapen, clumpy, completely different lengths and uncomfortable. The tech cut me multiple times, never apologized. I tried to guide the tech in what I wanted but she completely ignored me and continued to do what she wanted, which turned out terrible. I’m so upset that I wasted my money on this, as I’m going to have to go back to my old salon and beg them to fix it. Would’ve been better off paying the extra $20 in the first place.

I have going to Ann Nails for 18 yrs now and their work is true perfection. The salon itself is beautiful, but most importantly, immaculately clean. Its just the absolutely best!!!! Thank you, Ann and Karl!!

Was told they dont take appointments. Was very u bbn happy waiting over an hour. Employees only talk to regulars, otherwise they keep their head down, do their work and thats it.Friendly customer service gets you far- it should be put to use here

The workers are so nice. The manicures and pedicures are amazing. Please please please don’t get acrylics. They use mma illegal acrylics. If you don’t know what that is then look it up. It was so hard to soak off and left my nails ruined.

Terrible terrible terrible !!! Maryanne i think he name is table number 2 the very first table is the worst she was so rough with nails and when she was taking it off she didn’t care that it was hurting me and she had a very bad attitude this was my first time coming here and all I was thinking in my head was wanting to just get up and leave I will not be returning here horrible experience especially with that lady !!!

The owner of this salon is unprofessional, rude, ignorant and nasty. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years because most of the workers there are wonderful but the owner Ann completely ruined it for me and many others that I have referred to this salon.Prices are constantly adjusted, one day I’m told one price and 2 weeks later I’m told a different price for the exact same thing. A few people I know that go there have complained about this as well.My most recent trip to the salon, I waited almost 2 hours and my nails, not even a week later, are chipped. When Ann did my eyebrows,I asked her to just clean them up, and she literally look them half off.They also DO NOT clear the pedicure tubs well at all!! Rinsing it out with water is not cleaning to me.

Terrible. Employees arent good at mani or pedi. And theyre either rude, unable to understand, or both. Owner was sitting within earshot and ignored rudeness of her employees. Never again!
