Ive been going to this nail salon for 10+ years. Easy accessible location (Broad & Susquehanna) to get to whether youre driving or on public transportation. This is only place that gets my feet right. The service is top notch ever time. All their associates are friendly. However, the pedicure specialist Lan is a superstar ✨. She is the sweetest girl alive! Shes kind, efficient, a great listener & a bit of a perfectionist (which I appreciate). I will wait however long I have to inorder to get her. My feet feel like a new born baby when I leave her chair. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I have my whole family hooked now😅. Keep up the great work guys!

Made appointment at 3. i had a pedicure appointment but i also needed to be somewhere at 5. so i assumed it would be perfect timing. they made me sit for an hour. just waiting for someone. wouldn’t have enough time to get them done and go to where i needed to be so i said to cancel. not happy that they assisted other people as i was sitting there waiting for someone to assist me .

I love the sisters one does my pedicure and one does my nails never disappointed and there very reasonable. I been coming here for 20years, the wait is sometimes long, but they have gotten better now with the sign in sheet. My only complaint is they open at 9:30am, but they are always late, they need to get there 15 to 30min early to set up, we shouldnt be waiting outside until 9:45am.

Tommy & Danny are the bomb!! Most guy techs arent too good but these two are great! I never have a problem getting in the staff are nice & they get you in & out!

I used to live down the street but moved to another part of the city. Theres a bunch of places by me that wax eyebrows for twice the price, but its never as good. I go out of my way to go back here and get them done. Theyre perfect every time.

If you live in the Temple area, get your nails done here. super affordable and they do a great job. I also get my eyebrows done here for $6 and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for either my nails or my eyebrows

Ive never been here, was my first time and it was great. Sometimes there is a long wait. I come in the mornings and there is a line before they open. This time I didn’t have to wait long this time (but of course you got to get there early before they are booked)

From one business owner to another they need customer service training immediately! Rude! Does not acknowledge customers upon arrival. No customer service at all! The area of the city accepts mediocrity and they give less than mediocre service. Will never grace them with my presence again why spend your money where people dont care to say hello! Spend your money else where there are nail salons on every corner.

Horrible. They make up prices as they go. The owner is rude. What you pay here you can differently get it cheaper and better in the city. Please I urge you not to come to this nail salon. Go somewhere else

Poor quality, dirty..rude people. Linda the owner is so rude. Tommy is the best. Just went today sat for an hour. Called and talked to Tommy then was informed by Linda that Tommy wasnt doing pedis anymore. Place looks like an abdandon building..but Tommy was worth the wait...never will I go there again..and all my people will be going elsewhere...so 😢

Believe it or not it was cool. My nails are bomb though, it was a lot of people but didn’t take long at all but yet efficient. I’ll would definitely recommend for eyebrow and nails.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and it gets worse and worse each year. They know they get super busy so why do you only have 2 workers. I got here at 10am they open at 9:30 and it’s is super packed. The wait time isn’t even worth the quality. The one with that little bun on his head is rude and you don’t get what you ask for your nails will be lopsided, uneven, and crooked just overall a mess.EDIT: TWO HOURS HAVE PASSED AND I STILL HAVENT BEEN SERVED NEVER AGAIN SERIOUSLY NEVER AGAIN.

Always go there they does a fantastic job.

Was here for over 3.5 hours for a full set & pedicure. You have to pay extra if you want to use the massage chair while getting a pedicure. Really? Their facility is extremely dirty, they dont make you feel welcome at all, nor are they the slightest bit friendly & rather pricey & their work isnt that great, i definetly wont make that mistake again! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Gets too crowded and wait too long. But I do like some of their work.

Went here tues nite got a mani and pedi by wed morning had no polish on my nails and barely any on my toes I only took 2 showers not a quality nail salon

The guys do the best nails somewhat affordable always crowed and its not that big in there the girls nail technicians always have funky attitudes they do great brows

Horrible place, the owner did my eyebrows but basically slapped on the wax and did it in a rush in a rude manner, I guess she was mad at this one customer being rude with her loud toddlers running around. Also one of the nail ladies tired to KEEP my left over money without me stating if it was her tip or not. She started to rush me out the chair and did my pedicure sloppy after that. Gel pedicures usually last me around 3 months this was off within 2 weeks $35 WASTED. Only go here if you want to be treated rudely.

Unprofessional slow and rude....havent been here in years and I see why I stay away this place charges for everything with all the new charges one would think the waiting area would of got more spacish and comfortable but no still a cramped up and the wait is ridiculous I arrived at 4:33 didnt receive service until 5:45 and the employees are rude they talk about you in another launage think you cant put together what theyre say I would taller my worst enemy to this place

Its okay place but they dont put your net your feet under dryers you have to buy they slippers to go home
