Amazing experience. My nail tech was very professional. My nails look great. The only drawback is the cost of my gel nails and pedicure was $86. $10 for a tip. $96 for a “ normal service”.

Was okay. Was able to just call book an appointment no problem get my nails and toes done before my vacation was basically why I went there

Gorgeous work. They are artists. Such attention to detail. Friendly. Helpful. True artists. Anytime, I have gone anywhere else in the city, I have regretted it. Best nail place in the city, hands down. I went to another nail salon once, walked right out the door and immediately headed straight HERE for them to fix it-- which they did beautifully. Please dont waste your time or money going anywhere else in the city.

By far, the absolute best mani pedi, in Pennsylvania! It is quite a bit pricey, more so than other salons, but, you absolutely get what you pay for! The incredible owner and staff, are just always so lovely and kind. You never feel rushed, and no one is rude. I’ve been getting my gel manicures there for 2 years. Always flawless! And, the biggest selection of gel colors you can ever find. I’m planning on getting my 1st Pedi at Young’s next week, so I can update my review then. PS the massages!

TOO TOO EXPENSIVE for services - No prices listed. That should have been my first clue. I cannot believe that two spa pedicures, two regular manicures and one eyebrow wax came to $237 before tips and a required Covid cleaning surcharge ($3 per service or per minute?) which is the only price listed on a tiny note at reception desk.

My mom and I went for pedicures and had a great experience! Our toes look amazing! The staff is also taking all of the appropriate COVID precautions (masks, temperature checks, spacing, etc.) so we felt very safe.

Walked into this place thinking I hope they aren’t going to ruin my nails. I sat down and AURIA started working on my nails and my god she took her time to make sure it was perfect, every detail was looked at and believe it or not she was asking me if i liked it or did I wanted her to make any corrections unlike any other place I’ve ever went to. I had nothing to tell her literally she knows what she is doing and is professional at her job. So after 2 weeks my nails needed to be done and I really live far away plus parking is hell in the city so I went to my regular nail lady around my house 🙁 big mistake after AURIAS work my nails look like hell now. It’s been 4 days and on Monday I’m going to go back to this place and get my nails done by auria. Thank you

Do not go here. I was charged $58 for a FILL!! Not only that but my gel polish were already chipping off on the third day and two of my nails broke off.

Went after work yesterday and i had the best experience. Hot stones, massage and she scrub the heck out of my feet. This will be my go to place from now on. Affordable and they use natural treatments and the staff is very pleasant

The staff are very warm and welcoming, and the salon itself has a calming ambiance. My manicure was excellent and the little details like the warm compress for my shoulders and the mini hand massage went a long way. I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this establishment.

Been going here for years. It’s super clean, they always try to accommodate a group (letting us sit together on pedi spas), give great complimentary massages!!!!, and seem to be always open. I love that there is no TV. Atmosphere is relaxed. Nice quiet classical music in the background. Love the Small touches like beverages and heated neck pillows!

Ive been here before, but I was really disappointed with the pedicure I got yesterday. The massages they gave were great, but I didnt really get a real foot scrub as I was told that that would be more money. The woman who performed my pedicure did not put toe separators on my feet when she painted my nails and Ive never had that happen. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth or what I was expecting.

Without a doubt the best nail salon in center city. I’ve tried many salons and none have staff as nice as Young’s. The nail techs do a good job & they charge very reasonable prices. After years of bouncing from place to place this is the one I’m sticking with.

It was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure and I was unimpressed. Idk what the average is but I dont think this place exceeded. They were friendly though but I guess in customer service you about be.

Always great service, but they lose one star for sneaking in upsells and extra charges - it’s easy to spend double what you walk in there expecting to pay. Despite that, I continue to return because they’re friendly, they give a back massage after every service, and they do quality work.

Loved this place. Had a problem with splitting and cracking nails. Provided great practical recommendations. Very friendly service. Have other services but not pushy.

Don’t be fooled, they’ll tell you there is a 5 minute wait to get your money but trust me you’ll end up waiting 30 minutes. Also you’ll pay a lot for polish that is going to chip quickly!!

Sneakiest nail salon in Philadelphia. Not a single price sheet to be seen. I got a full set done. Simple color. No gel. Took less than an hour. $55. They kept trying to push massages & hot towels on me without mentioning they cost extra. My nail polish is already chipped and this was done about 8 hours ago. My usual place up the street “central nails” charges less than half the price for a better job/quality plus gel polish. They are definelty exploiting their 65+ year old typical center city Caucasian housewife clientele. Nothing extraordinary about their services to warrant these prices. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMM

The service was okay. They are nice but the quality is poor and its overpriced. I can get better quality for 25 dollars rather than 60. If that wasn’t enough they don’t have professional material they take too long for one job.

Nails and feet came up to $105. Got a basic gel mani and basic gel on toes. I don’t understand why it was so much maybe because it was downtown idk. For that price wine should’ve been served. Just saying 🤷🏾‍♀️ My nails have been done for 4 days and my gel are crackling off. Disappointed

BE AWARE THEY ARE VERY VERY SNEAKY and will trick you into services you think are free. Asked me if I’d like a massage and then charged me $15 and said “oh you didn’t know it cost $15?” How in the world would I know that?I will never go back so I hope they make the $60 bill for a gel manicure and a massage last forever.Distrust and dishonesty are things I can’t forgive, especially when there are dozens of competing nail salons in the area.

This is a racist establishment . I went and was told that the nail salon doesnt take walk ins, and that I needed to make an appointment. I sent my friend, who happens to be white, to enquire about the same service I had asked for moments later as I waited across the street and she was warmly welcomed and seated. Unbelievable in 2017. I am definitely going to pursue a lawsuite.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will attempt to empty your wallet. I went in for a mani/pedi. They are very nice and very sneaky. Started asking me where I live, how I live to see how much money I spend. Then kept saying pamper yourself, don’t you want me to massage your legs longer, hands longer, back neck longer. Don’t you want a spa pedicure and so on. I guessed that the spa pedicure was an upsell but was offered no rate change. Had no idea that all of the other stuff was an upsell. When I questioned the $105 bill, I was told that was what I got and it wasn’t itemized. I still left a 20% tip but will NEVER go there again. If you don’t mind getting hosed, they are very nice and service was fair. You’ve been warned!

My wife and I went here last night at about 6pm. We asked if they had time to do a regular mani and pedi and a gel mani and pedi. They said yes. The pedicures were rushed. When we got home, we noticed that both of our pedicures were less than satisfactory. My feet looked as if the only thing that had been done were painted toes and even that doesnt look great. It looks as if the polish was almost empty or drying out so it isnt smooth. My heels feel like they werent touched at all. My wifes toe nails were clipped unevenly. My gel mani is nice, but if you look closely on my accent nail you can see the spot where there isnt any gel. While there, my wife accidently knicked her thumb nail. They were quick to address it but because they only went over it, there is still a dent in the nail. Also, its the next day and my wife hasnt left for work yet but her polish is already chipping. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean, which is why they still get 1 star. Even after this we tipped well but are so disappointed with this outcome. We have an event this weekend and arent sure the services will hold up. It wasnt worth the money we paid in total.

Beware there are no prices anywhere in the nail salon! $55 for a gel refill which was done very poorly. My whole gel polish came off 2 hours after getting it done!!!!! My regular salon charges $20 for a gel refill but i was pressed for time and near here. NEVER AGAINNNN!!! A SCAMMMM BEWAREEE
