Made an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Dip powder full set. She made the nails shorter than I wanted to make it easier for herself. She said the designs I wanted were too much even though she did them (poorly executed, the rhinestones came off before I even left the salon). They didnt even last for a week. The nails began cracking in the middle which shows she didnt have a strong foundation or put on enough layers for the powder. The picture below is after 1 weeks 3 days - my nail bed ripped. Never returning. She was nice though, I think her name was Lena.

I will NEVER go back to this business. I was treated horribly. They rushed my pedicure and then because they were in such a rush, they did the wrong color on my manicure. It didn’t even match! Then when I told them about it, they told me it was the same color when clearly it wasn’t. Then they wouldn’t give me any of my money back. Horrible customer service. I’ve never been tested so poorly in a nail salon in my 31 years of life.

The shop is so clean and the people were so nice. I have been following IM for close to 20 years and she is the only manicurists that knows how to do a pink and white acrylic. I will definatly go back!

This was my 2nd time to their new location...its bigger and nice. Staff is friendly, I think the prices are good. I have no complaints!!

I tried this place for the first time. This area lacks beautiful,clean,friendly nail salons. I think I will be revisiting again. Prices are average. Good gel color selection. And well ventilated. I hate nail salons that have an overly strong chemical smell.

Its a 3 station place but I never have to wait. The owners/workers are very nice and easy to get along

Don’t go here unless you are 50 yrs plus and just looking for someone to paint your nails. My French pedicure was extremely uneven I asked for it to be fixed and I got looked at like I was crazy. I asked for a simple glitter line to be added and was quickly shut down with a no we don’t do that. I was then over charged and left with something I could have done myself. Just terrible. (Psa I am posting from my husbands account because that’s where I’m logged in. I’m not a man haha)
