Been a few times and I will never go to another nail salon, each time my nails come out so beautifully, they take their time and really ensure everything is how you want it. Highly recommended!

Did go there twice back in 2019. Did try a make an appointment just now June 10, 2021, this very rude men answer the phone. An when I mean rude, is very, very rude, didnt even want to make the appointment, not now, not ever. Professionals needs to understand that we need them, but they do need us (costumers) a lot more than we need them. Very sad😞😞😓

They keep to high corona standards so I felt safe and knew i wasnt going to get sick there. They are open on sundays, which is a plus.

Deleting my positive review. After being a regular customer here, I came to my 10:30 appointment they let me wait until almost 12 and then proceeded to do a really sloppy job. I had 2 different people working on my nails while they were in between doing services for others.. super disappointed.

One the best nail salon

I appreciate the manager going out of her way to accommodate me and my Mom on shirt notice! She stayed after her closing hours until we were done and she did a great job on my nails.

Kim is great!!! The owner and the other employees r extremely nice and very polite. Despite some not so great reviews, still check this salon out. They do very nice work and they r Knowledgeable. Unfortunately u can’t always please everyone. I always believe there r 2 sides to a story then there’s the truth. Sometimes negative reviews come from negative people. Check them out and decide for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We all make mistakes, and mistakes can be corrected.

I would advise you to have an appointment if you are in a rush and do not feel like waiting. They get busy and most people have appointments, so walk-ins usually have to wait (which is understandable). The salon is very clean and have a wide range of color options. Their prices beat the competition when you get chrome or dipping powder. Staff members are friendly and thorough with the services provided. I would recommend Ola anyday.

All seemed great, got my wedding (gel) nails done here on Thursday. Theyre already peeling off and chipping and its only Monday. Paid $100 for garbage. Never again.

Only once we had a hiccup with the schedule. Other than that, the place is neat, they have a bunch of different types of polish; all the current trends and they’re all new and stay on long. They have at least two technicians who are phenomenal. The prices are reasonable. I seriously love this place

I am very irritated with the quality of service I received at my last visit Saturday (the 16th) I came in and asked for a dipping powder manicure and an older lady did my service in the second chair on the right hand side. The issue is that she was using a bottle that was halfway full of bonding solution to paint on my nails, but I could tell she wasn’t covering the entire nail, so the powder didn’t stick as much. She filed and shaped my nails and I could tell from the filing and shaping that some of the color had rubbed off and exposed my natural nail underneath. I thought she could see it. Surely she could if I could, right? But instead she got ready to paint over it with the top coat and I had to tell her “hey, the color needs fixing. You can see my natural nail.” She fixed it after I said something but if I didn’t she probably would have let me walk out of there like that. And she didn’t even fix it correctly. I can still see patches of my natural nail. She also cut me near my thumb. I spent $36 on a set of nails that look like it cost $15. There was a sign that said “free paraffin wax with nail services over $20” and I never got that. In fact, she let me walk out of the salon with sticky nail crust all over my hands. I had to scrub them hard when I got home. I feel like I got gypped real hard. I can’t believe I paid money for that awful experience.

Finally a good nail salon in the northeast that knows how to do real ombré nails!!! I got in the salon around 4:45 and didnt leave until 7:30. The lady who did my nails took her time and made sure each nail was painted all around. My nails came out perfectly and Im so happy! I will definitely be going back. The prices are very cheap but they do amazing work and amazing designs. Im only giving it 4 stars because Ive had better pedicures before. Ask for Olga, shes amazing

Came in today after reading reviews for this place. Had a full set done with gel polish. The workers were very friendly and cool to chat with. Only a 10 minute wait after I walked in. I had a pleasant experience. The woman who did my nails did well enough with what I wanted. I was a little disappointed they didnt do the whole cleaning up of the cuticle area and that the lady told me they dont do coffin/ballerina shaped nails, but I cant complain much as I did have a nice time. One of my nails is a little jagged at the top, but to be honest, I am willing to give them another shot and next time will be getting a pedicure as well. Paid $30 dollars without the tip.

I came in today morning and asked if anybody is available to do a pedicure, they asked me to wait 15 min. To make the story short I have waited 45 minutes if not even more, and they said they are to busy to take me at that time. This place is just a waist of the time.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and was not acknowledged. There was a blonde girl working on someones nails. She could have said hi at least. Sat down and waited for a little bit. At that point, I believe the owner came out. Again, no acknowledgement. After waiting for a bit more, I walked out. Before leaving, I gave both the blonde girl and the owner a suggestion. They both need to work on their customer service skills. Learn to greet the clients and ask what services brings them in today. Not that hard. Owner said, oh sorry.Edit: Nice response, owner. Not owning up you and your employee having bad customer service skills. Like I said, I sat there for a while with no hi or someone will be with you or something. Your employee could have said a simple hi when walking in. Its not that hard. Learn some basic manners. Went to LA Nails and they were amazing.

Dont go there. Ive been going there for 4 years, they have always screwed up my appointments, Id have to wait at a time for 30 minutes, although i called days in advance to schedule my appointment. Because of that, Ive decided to change my nail salon.
