I should have known when they barely cleaned the foot tub without a liner. My feet hurt and my gel nails are cracked after less one week. I AM ANNOYED! and scared for possibly having an infection. I will contact the health department regulatory agency. Please be aware... no safe!!! Especially during this pandemic environment!

I should have known when this place had no wait that there was a problem. Reusing tools without sanitizing, rushed through my nails. Ice cold water during pedicure. Within 24 hours my gel polish was peeling by second day it was hanging off two nails. Add in that they charge you to pay with a card. Didn’t cut my cuticles, just an overall bad job. Won’t be going here again.

I went here today and I was eating my food because I’m a diabetic and my sugar dropped and they refused to continue to serve me and that’s discrimination and I repeatedly told them I was diabetic they were rude and disrespectful! Asked the boss whoever he was what’s her name and he didn’t tell me he told me her name was Lee. So they will be getting reported

Nails wasnt fully cleaned and polished to look professionally done. Lots of crud a d cuticles and powder gel not evenly applied. It was for convenient. Would not ever again to that someday though.

I would not recommend this place at all. I went there yesterday, the older Asian lady sitting in the counter did my eyebrows. She did my eyebrows HORRIBLE by waxing too much hair, uneven hair length, too thin & charged $10 for it. I was in a rush so went in there. Otherwise, my local place charges $7. Too expensive with a bad service. I will never go back there. 😡

I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. I wouldn’t waste my time and money. L.A colors nail polishes are 10x better than what they use and the ladies that do your nails are very rude. I paid $50 for nails my six years old sister could have done for free.

Love this place, the guy at the front he told me call him “Old Man” Lol he does my eye brows sooo good I love him lol but they does great nail haven’t gotten my feet done yet but they are okay with me !!

I went here for six years. I always had a great experience with Van, one of the nail techs. She is talented and loves nails. She should open her own salon. I would be willing to pay her much more than they charge at this salon for her amazing service. Yesterday, I had a different nail tech. She tried to get me to put my feet in nearly boiling hot water. She spilled acetone on my dress, and put callus remover all over my feet. Because of a communication barrier, it took a while after my feet started burning before it was taken off. Callus remover dissolves dead skin. It should not be put on healthy skin, let alone left on there for ten minutes or more. My feet are still stinging the next day. I told the older man at the front that I should not have to pay for my pedicure because my feet were burned and nothing was done about my actual calluses. I also got a gel mani and my partner got a regular manicure. He charged me anyway. I am not going back. They have lost a good regular customer.

This is my go-to spot! Before I travel abroad and when I get back I always stop by to get a pedicure and dip-powder manicure. From my first hand experience theyre always friendly and make sure the customers are happy with their nails.. thats why Im shocked to see negative reviews because Ive had nothing but good experiences for the last year Ive been coming. Went there today around 1:30 pm for eyebrow waxing. Usually, Lily would do my brows whenever I visit but she was not available. The older guy always asks to do my brows and I would decline. This time I allowed him. BIG F##KING MISTAKE. Should have trusted my instinct. I have a bald spot at the beginning on my right eyebrow. He tells me that it been like that. I asked him then why is my brow red in that area?? I will NEVER go back to him and possibly this place ever. I should have waited or come back to have Lily do my brows.

I do not recommend this nail salon I got my nails done Saturday and since Monday they have been lifting my nails last for 2 weeks before I have to get them done again. Its only been 4 days and I have to get them done over do not go there

I went later in the day and they saw me right away. The staff was very friendly. The nails looked great and they were able to do a gel manicure and my pedicure in less than an hour.

I love, love my nail technician, Lee!!! She is the best!!! I love the way she does my nails and pedicures. Cant wait to see her this week:-)

I got my eyebrows done here and it was a horrible experience. The Asian guy took off too much hair off my eyebrows and now they are super thin when I specifically told the person not to. He was very rude towards me when I explained that this wasn’t what I asked for. I will not recommend coming here.

I love this salon for my nails! I know I can always go in and get my coffin nails done quickly and beautifully shaped. The young lady I always go to is so quick and friendly. We always converse so before I know it shes done!

Service on nails were absolutely horrible! Worst nail place I have been to IN MY LIFE. Nail artist charged extremely high prices for less than amateur work. Nails were boxy as a cardboard box and were not shaped to my liking. When I expressed to her that I did not like the shape, she gave a terrible attitude and ignored me. I repeated myself and she finally answered that the reason why my nail was uneven was because my finger was crooked. My nails broke just two days after getting my nails done after a full set- not even a refill! Polish rubbed off as well and now I am left with boxy, uneven, missing, rubbing off polish. To top it off, the nail artist ASKED ME FOR A TIP which was unprofessional and invasive. Nailery should be shut down asap.

Went in for a quick lip and brow wax and one of the men was totoo rough and ripped the strips of too quick and sloppily and made my pores bleed and it burned too much with sticky residue left over. Then asked for a tip. This place is horrid just please go around the corner or down the street please!

They did a nice job and my manicure looks good - the standard polish did smudge even after 3 times under the dryer. My only issue was that the technician did not speak English and did not understand anything I asked. Also, to get gel added to acrylic is $25 extra making the price jump from $30 to $55 which is more than most places charge to add gel.

Appointments only. Same person. Very good service and consistent work. Priced reasonably.

Went here on a Monday for the special mani & pedi for $33 was charged $35 off the bat, than an additional $6 for 3 dots that I got on 2 nails because it was consider a design. the women who did my nails was very nice and did a great job, but they definitely make up their own prices as they go and do not stick with whatever pricing is list in store.

I don’t normally post reviews but if I could give this place no stars I would. The guy working at the front desk was friendly. However, the older gentleman and lady were extremely rude and ignorant. I feel as though i was treated this way because i was younger than other customers there. I went to get my nails redone and had a few broken nails on my right hand. He told me that I’d have to get everything removed and they proceeded to pluck my nails off with acrylics. It was very painful and i told them many times that it was. They guy stared at me and continued to do so. I asked the lady if she had a less painful way of removing acrylics and she told me that i should have removed them before I came in. I asked for a coffin shape which she didn’t know how to do. I also got a pedicure and got my toes painted. I went to work on the same day and when I got home all of the nail polish on all 10 toes completely came off. Not only did they charge $85 for of that but she continuously asked if I wanted to tip her after they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was and am so disappointed in their services that I refused to even step foot in there again for a refund. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

This place sucks; racist, ghetto, dirty, unprofessional, uncaring, hostile, and the nail techs are unskilled (When and where were they trained).I only went there to kill some time, and had the worst manicure and pedicure ever.While drying my nails for the 4th time as instructed by my elderly nail tech, a witch who works there came over and started yelling that I need to share the drying station (there are only 3) and all 3 were in use. She tried to squeeze a lady in the corner seat to share with me. The lady kept saying no, its ok, I will wait. And then the witch started screaming at again, meanwhile I had yet to say anything; because she can barely speak English.She started yelling in her native tongue, and the old guy told her to stop. I was so taken aback by her behavior, that all I could do was look at the witch. She then started yelling dont look at me which I proceeded to stare at her even more. I thought she was going to physically attack me. The old guy made her go to the basement to cool down.This was a racially charged attack on my blackness, even the white women near me said it was racist. The woman next to me even asked was I ok. Myself and another patron walked out in mutual disgust and said we wouldnt ever come back to such a trashy place.I will be reporting this place.

I got a gel manicure it was very pretty for the first week only after a few days it started to lift up no way in he world a gel manicure shouldnt last a complete two weeks

Gave my girlfriend an upfront cost and later changed it at the register then got belligerent when called out (she paid the full amount anyway). From 70$ to 75$ for gel mani and gel pedi which is exorbitantly priced compared to other salons in the area especially considering the poor quality. They apparently didn’t have an official price list when she asked which is incredibly sketchy.Went home and her nail completely chipped. Another one had smudged as they clearly didn’t check to make sure it was dry. The whole process was incredibly rushed in general.Complete waste of time and money.

Awful went in for a manicure paid $35.00 (regular polish) and the special was pedicure/manicure $33.00I didnt need both but they were not willing to reduce the cost, also 3 toes smeared after they insisted they were dry and made us goThe special wasnt offered I saw it after paiding.Friend was charged $55.00 for (gel)Will not be returning

Horrible, uneven lumpy acrylics and cost $75. she cut my fingers with the nail file and it hurt REALLY bad. do not go here it’s extremely unsanitary. they spray the supplies and put them back.

If i could give it -5 stars I would, very unprofessional, messed up my original nail set, manicure dont last and the girl who did my nails is a VERY VERY VERY rude I don’t expect any of them to be nice but this is beyond ridiculous, dont waste your money there she even charged me $10 to change the shape of the nail set I HAD FROM BEFORE SMD BIHHH ughhhhhhh

They do an amazing job and start on your nails right away. Only issue I had was the girl following me to the front asking if I had cash for a tip...kinda tacky.
