Bad value. This place charges twice the price of any other nail salon but dont expect to get half the services of other places. We booked our appointment nearly 2 weeks ahead of time and were super excited for it. When we arrived they gave us a very rushed and not so relaxing experience (lasted only 50 minutes & we barely got a massage). When we checked out they surprised us with higher prices than communicated when we booked our appointment. We then looked at their website and found the prices to be correct, however our services were supposed to last much longer than 50 minutes (1 hour for me and 1.5 hours for my husband). Overall this place is highly overpriced and they have bad service and communication.

I love this place - just went for the first time. Its so refreshing to go get your nails done and actually talk to your tech/artist. I cant help but be paranoid at other places when they just talk to each other in front of you. They have a salon cat AND dog, lilly. It was so fun and they did a great job.

My experience was perfect from making my appointment to walking out the door after being serviced. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful, soothing, and very clean. The women working at the salon were very professionals kind, even offered me something to drink when I came in. My nails turned out great, the atmosphere was calming and clean, and they started me on time. Their prices are reasonable with such quality work. Also their adorable cat absolutely sold me. Just like nearly any other salon they were stuck up and judgmental because I walked in and didn’t look like the average customer. They automatically assumed that I wasn’t there to spend money when I asked if they had an ATM, so if they’re that judgmental I definitely won’t be spending my money there. Very disappointed, and offended.

The BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have had my share of nail salon horror stories...I am soft spoken so I get a lot of condescending attitudes thrown my way and have difficult speaking up if someone is inexperienced or the nail techs are hurting or burning me with tools. So many bad things have happened to me at nail salons that I almost gave up completely. But as soon as I walked in here I felt welcomed by the owner herself! The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the decorations are great and they have a CUTE shop cat who is friendly and talkative. Enough about the cat tho haha, the owner who has done my nails three times now is attentive, quick, professional and skilled, and everyone else there smiles and greets me or says goodbye. I feel so pampered and grateful when my nails are done and they look gorgeous every time. Prices are great. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

The staff are very friendly and I had a great experience. Vy did a wonderful job. My nails grow quickly so I’m used to them being a mess after a few days of getting a manicure, but it’s 5 days post-mani and my nails still look great (shockingly!). I highly recommend les fleurs! I can’t remember the name of the woman that did my pedicure- but she was really great too!

I love this salon. I’ve been going since I moved to Philly the summer of 2019. I’m most impressed by the hospitality. All of the staff are very friendly and know the clients by name. I also appreciate this salon’s attention to detail. The salon is very clean and there are always fresh scented candles burning in the bathroom, and you can also find salon quality sugar scrubs and hand soaps. I’ve never had a bad experience.

May (possibly Mae) is an artist. Fantastic attention to detail, a steady hand, and a good eye for subtle flair. My pedicure was so relaxing, and my dip looks so perfect. The homemade rose scrub for hand washing in the bathroom is a nice touch. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Worth every penny!Pro tip: heed the sign. Lemon is not your friend.

I have been going to Les Fleurs Salon since I moved to Fishtown three years ago and they are amazing! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have been going to this salon ever since I move to Philly and cant rave enough about it. It was hard for me to find another salon to replace my old salon go-to up in NYC, however, Les Fleurs has really met all my expectations! I am now a frequent customer who gets UV gel done every 3 weeks. It’s such a nice and calming environment that really makes you feel like you’re getting a break from everyday life. Not to mention their mani pedis can’t be beat. I just moved to the area, and after browsing reviews for 6+ salons nearby this one had the best rating. I walked in and was amazed by how clean and relaxing it is! Everyone was polite, it was so calm that I almost fell asleep while getting my nails done.I did acrylic fill and they came out exactly how I described.I normally dont write reviews but this place deserves it! Moderately priced as well and their products are A+, so happy I went here first.

Love the vibe here and staff was super friendly! I had a pedicure, it cost a little more than some of the other nail salons in the neighborhood, but definitely worth it. They give you a great choice of scents, and give your legs a nice massage while using a good scrub on them. Its pretty small so you might want to make an appointment. Ill definitely be back!

I took my mom to this place on mothers day. Amy took care of my moms pedicure and manicure and she did a wonderful job. My mom absolutely loved it. Although it was busy, Amy did not rush at all.I dont know much about nails, but I can tell the tools are sanitized and well-maintained. Unlike other places that always have chemical fume, this salon is very clean and smells nicely.

This place is the best! When you daughter wants you to get a mani/pedi with her on daddy/daughter day you cant tell her no. The women in the salon made me feel so relaxed and we had a great experience. One employee even went the extra mile and fixed my failed attempt at braiding my little ones hair. 😊 we go once every month for over a year now. The salon makes you feel like part of their family. Nails and feet always on point...Ms. Vy does an excellent job you can tell she loves what she does. Tea wine coffee or water is offered regularly. Lovely little salon that I cant wait to go to again and again! you will be greeted right away and asked if youd like something to drink. its so neat and clean, and every one is incredibly nice, ready to ensure the best customer service. I thought the regular pedicure rate was very reasonable considering how long my technician spent massaging my legs and feet. most salons barely squeeze your legs for a few seconds unless you pay for an extra massage service. plus you get to choose an aromatherapy scent to enjoy during your service! they also helped to check on how the polish was drying so I knew exactly when it was safe to head out. so happy and relaxed!

This place is soooooo nice! It’s very clean & tastefully decorated, the staff is super calm & friendly, they are very meticulous about the work they do, and they even have an adorable little cat named lemon! I can tell that everyone who works there pays attention to the little details, which I absolutely love when I’m getting any beauty treatment. They even make their own hand scrubs available for you when you wash your hands in the restroom. I haven’t been to a salon I liked this much in a really long time. Prices are extremely fair for the quality of service, and compete with other salons in the area. I will definitely be coming back! :)

Ive visited twice now, both times Amy did my pedicure and Sean my nails. The staff is welcoming and make you feel comfortable. They take their time on each service making it 100% worth the money. Amy came in on her day off to accommodate me for a pedicure since I have middle of the week days off as well. The ambiance is SO relaxing and quiet, its like a mini vacation from life. Cant say enough good things about this place. I just moved to the area and did some searching and found my new favorite nail salon, bonus points because its within walking distance from my home!

FYI: They own a cat who is adorable but he could pose a problem to anyone who is allergic because they let him roam the shop. This is a cute place but my gel manicure started chipping after a week. I know they told me that if it started chipping that I could come in and they would fix it, but it’s been a week. They’re gonna fix the one nail and have that lookin brand new and the rest looking a week old? The staff was friendly, but I wished my nails lasted longer than a week.UPDATE: from 3 stars to 4 stars. I came in for a facial on Friday of last week but was informed that the woman who does facials was off. I decided to give this place another try and asked for a pedicure instead. I got the deluxe pedicure and my feet feel so soft. I wish there was some more pressure with the massage, but my feet look great and the pedicure lasted about an hour.

I saw Natalie who did my manicure. She was super nice and did an amazing job on my short stiletto nails. She made it work with my natural nails, even with 1-2 nails that were a little short for the style.

Natalie is amazing!! I am so indebted to her. I came in with a manicure from a nail art place in Korea that was incredibly difficult to remove due to the polish type they used. She was so gracious, patient and committed to getting it off gently and thoroughly. She is a saint! Thanks Natalie for the amazing service and perfect mani pedi. Had an great experience here! I got a great mani pedi by Alice and a Brazilian wax by V. They both were very sweet, considerate, and professional. I was nervous about the Brazilian and V helped me feel at ease and laugh. Definitely will be coming back! The quality and customer service was well worth it.

Nail salon have typically been all the same to me, but Les Fleurs Salon has changed my mind. This place is top notch. Im a difficult pedicure customer - my feet are stupid ticklish and my skin is thin (my cuticles bleed sometimes). No one here was too concerned with that, and there was great concern when my big toe cuticle bled. I felt bad since this is too easy to do to me, and my nail tech did a fantastic job. Still, they gave me a $10 gift card for it and apologized profusely. Add in great leg massages and how they make sure youre dry and good to go at the end (I usually feel left on my own at that point), and Im all about making this my only nail salon. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for the first time today to get an acrylic fill and gel polish. Vee was my nail tech and she did an outstanding job. She was very friendly, gentle, and paid great attention to detail. The shape of my nails are uniform and look natural. The space is super clean/sanitary and cozy with a little outdoor garden area. They also have a shop cat named Lemon! He’s a handsome tabby cat that Vee rescued- he wears a nice little gingham bow tie and is super friendly, too. I will definitely be going back to see Vee for my future appointments.
