I had an appointment with Sam, but when I came he was busy and out me with someone else. She hurt me several times even when I told her she was hurting, needless to say San saw what was happening and he says a few things to her in his language and moved me to another station. I never experienced this I was disappointed.I don’t think I could go there again.

Came here with my wife. She was really satisfied with the service and was amazed at how friendly the staff was. We will definitely return.

I have been going to this place for years and I love it. I go there for my nails and eyebrows. Everyone is so nice and does a beautiful job, especially Jessie, who I always request to do my eyebrows.

First time coming here was Friday Oct. 30th. Im sitting at work gently rubbing my eye ( I wear contact), and my lash falls on my desk. I normally go somewhere else, with time on my hands as I still needed to get dressed i picked them. Never ever again. 25.00 down the drain

I got a gel Manicure on 8/20 and by 8/23 gel was coming off. Came off 4 fingers. They were close on Monday so I called them on Tuesday and told them what happened, she told me to come in. Went on Wednesday and was told I had to pay 20 aftet I already paid 26 for gel manicure and they charged me 10 just to polish one foot my other foot was in cast. I refused to pay and they wouldnt redo them. I shouldnt have to pay nothing. Gel polish shouldnt come off that fast. Will never go back.

Not worth it. They rush my pedicure because other clients were suppose to come. Definitely try and be the last customer of the day because being the first or the middle will have you there for a full set and pedicure no more than 30 minutes.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Where do I begin? I scheduled an appt because were living in Covid times. However, the salon was packed with people waiting past their appt time. When I was finally given a spot for my pedicure I had to wait a bit more till someone turned the water on...everyone was rushing and overwhelmed because they over booked themselves. Lastly, the woman to did my mani pedi was so rude and rough that she dug into my sin around my nail and I currently have an infection. She also rushed my gel manicure and left my nail color uneven Thanks..-__-

Love this place. The owner Jess stayed open 2 hours past the time they were supposed to close just to do my daughters nails.

Jessi was excellent, I explain to her what I want and what I need and she did very good to please me. Good service, everyone very friendly. I will come back.

The owners are really nice but everything you they charge. Example.. Gel polish is $10 but if your nails goes past your fingers itll be $13 which I dont understand. To file down your toenails during pedicures its $5 more yet thats suppose to be included. They do ok work nothing to brag on. A fill-in and regular pedicure should not be over $60. Nail blogger!

I’ve been going here for years. Jessy is the best There are a couple new girls. They make you seem like an inconvenience even when you tip well. This is the first time I’ve walked out after having my nails done and now wanting to never return. Honestly, not once over there years have I been so annoyed and frustrated.

Good place but like most nail shops, its all business and making money. The girl who did my pedicure and manicure did it so fast that color wasnt completely to my nair beds and I didnt feel relaxed at all. Rush me through to get someone else, annoyed me a little. This is why I do my own nails, its just someone took me for my birthday.

Best place for pedi in the area. Price is great for pedi. I have also had my nails done and eyebrows. I do think the gel color price is steep but competitive with local salons. The wait can be long sometimes. But the pedicure is well worth the wait. The girls are friendly and pay attention to detail.

A friend of mine just left this place and after going there for almost forever, today the lady made a mistake and refused to fix it. Long story short, she picked the wrong color from which my friend wanted on her toes and after it was addressed, she made her pay first and then said she won’t change the color. Argued back and forth and asked her to leave with mismatched fingernails and toes. Customer service is a mere -3/10, highly unprofessional, do not recommend. Avoid at all costs

I would give a zero if I could. Poor customer service. My last visit was so disappointing. The guy is so rude and have no manner how to talk. Also, he messed my nails and when I told him to fix it, he was blaming me. Never going there again.

Their work is absolutely terrible. Hands down the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. If you wear acrylics, DON’T COME HERE! I get if they made a mistake once and fixed it, things happe n. But it’s happened multiple times. I should have never tried their salon again.

My friends and I have all been going to color nail for years and overall we were all very satisfied. However, Ive been informed that the girls have been seen picking out the trash the courtesy disposable flip-flops after customers throw them away and the foil they use to take the gel nail polish off and reusing those items on other customers. Ive personally never seem them throw away the foil either but rather collect it in a plastic container. What for? If that is not bad enough, another friend went to the doctors to get her foot examined for one thing and the doctor informed her that she needed to stop going to the nail salon that she was going to because she is getting fungus from going there. So now we are all freaked out and never going there again. Sorry Jess, we trusted you and your picking saving pennies over the well being of your customers.
