I stopped here because I needed to get the gel nail polish removed from my natural nails. I normally have an alternative salon Ive used in the past-- but decided to go to this one (for convenience).Normally my nails are strong and grow long, but after that visit I noticed my nails felt brittle and were breaking down low close to or below the quick. So, unfortunately I was forced to trim them down low. I m not sure if that was a result of the gel nail polish that was already on the nail or the process of removing the polish😕. I will not be going back to ANY salon and will instead give my nails a rest.Remember that old say When you want something done right, do it yourself.😁

Only been once so have not tried everyone yet but seems very promising. They are efficient and take their time and have great prices. Played up to date music creating a peaceful, relaxing ambiance for me and all staff were very nice. Not 5 stars because although they do take their time they take too much time. I waited 2 hours just to get started and some were still on the same people they were on when I came AND left and it wasnt even packed. Went in for an acrylic refill with gel polish and a pedicure at 11:30 and left at 2:40 and it was because I told her I needed to get to work. Ill update review when I try another day and get a full set. Lets hope it stays 4 ⭐.🤞🏾

Last time I went there was baby roaches crawling in the pedicure bowl. I left ASAP.I know y’all are great at nails but cleanliness keeps clients in the door. EXTERMINATE.

Loved my nails!

Arrived around 6:45 pm and no one acknowledged us and asked what we wanted . They still had two ppl ahead of us . By the time he did my nails I was nipped three times because he was rushing . My nail broke two days later and polish job is sloppy. If you’re too tired and closing soon PLEASE just say so Instead of rushing just for the money . I asked him to repair the nail because it was separating and he just wanted to throw glue on it . Repair means soaking nail off which he didn’t want to do and if he would have looked beforehand he would have told me I needed to take off and redo them all . But again that’s what happens when you just want money and not customers 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ smh

Hard to give this salon 5 stars, only 3 nail techs do modern nails while the others only do basic manicures. you’ll be waiting for hours even if you come early. the 3 ladies do Great work but move so slow. I hope they hire more good nail techs so they can have people in and out quicker. one time I came at 11am ans left at 2pm without ever being seated.

So I drive all the way up there cause I hear all these good things about this place. I will to get my nail fixed and a polish change. Well after less than a day my GEL polish is coming off my nails. The lady rush thee whole time after I sat and waited for a hour. Well I can say I wont be going back.

Great nail techs that are honest and take their time with you. They are up to date with nail colors shapes and designs. The best in Uptown and I dont mind the wait its worth it!!!!

The website said they close at 7:30pm and I called and they closed an hour early! You would think they would update their account or be consistent with the hours. So disappointing. Not going here ever.

I will never go to A & A Nail Salon again! Sorry this was a horrible experience. The wait is ridiculous! Annie and Tana are really good but the wait is horrible! I waited for 2 and a half hours and I left and never will I return there again. Highly disappointed. Suggestion --> Make sure all your nail technicians have proper training. No reason that everyone isnt versatile. 4 people can do acrylic and 6 cant... If yall want to be a top salon then have ALL of employee trained!!

Ms. Tina is my manicurist, she is kind, nice & very efficient, I always get a Mani/pedi with gel. Tina always does a great job & my feet are soft & nails beautiful with color. Its time again to get them done, I cant wait to see the finished product! MonaLisa

Really skilled at what they do! My nails STILL look great after 3 weeks! The wait time tho... baaaaaaby 😳 the wait is VERY long but you’ll know they’ll be a beautiful turn out . Howeverrrrrr stay to the right because I’ve had them done by a woman that sits over to the LEFT. Omg it took 2 hrs to do my nails, she over charged me and the stones fell off in two day!! What do you do though? Wait another two hrs for the two ladies who sit near the door that do the best nails?? 🙄 IDK.

The wait was not worth the service level there was not consistancy amongst the artists. We sat in envy of other patrons spending the same money.

The technician that did my nails was horrible. Slow, no confidence in her work, my polish was applied once. I had to ask her for a second coat. I will not be returning.
