Me and my boyfriend just left! This nail salon is one of the best I’ve been to. The negative reviews don’t make any sense because the entire staff is professional and nice.We had pedicures they are $35 and it includes hot stone massage and a chair massage while your toes dry. My pedicure looks neat as well. If you go make an appointment with Stephanie.Oh and they have complimentary beverages.

This is my go to place to relax and feel pampered. I love the customer service and they really take their time doing your nails. I always go with my wife to get pedicures and love how lgbtq friendly they are. Rosa and Kim are our go to people and they do a great job and the owners are super nice!Definitely recommend!!

I was in town for a work trip and discovered this spot for a pedicure. For only $35, I got an awesome spa pedicure. I would highly recommend this spot! Just be sure to have ApplePay or cash for a tip as Credit Card tips are not available.

I got gel mani and regular pedi about a week ago. First, my toes are already more than half chipped off. second my gel manicure is starting to chip. And during the procedure the lady cut my cuticles too short and I had at least three fingers bleeding. It’s definitely not worth it.

Always consistent, and great service no matter who does your nails, and quick to accommodate.

Im very happy with my experience here. Autumn was my technician and she was very sweet. I went in to get acrylics but she told me I didnt need them because my nails were strong and long enough to just get gel. Saved me $10, and she definitely didnt have to do that! I thought that was really nice and thoughtful of her. She also did a great job on my nails and Im quite happy with them. The color was a bit too transparent but that was just the specific color that I picked, and she did 5 coats to try and get them more opaque.Everyone else at the salon was also very nice, accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back.

Called in to check if they were taking walk-ins for a gel manicure. Super nice lady answered the phone and ask me to come in. Got there 5 minutes later and they sat me right away.Service was great but manicure was disappointing, nothing special for the price, and the gel started to come off 2 days later. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

They ladies are really nice, unfortunately the place is unreasonably expensive ...although I understand location and pandemic may be reason.

Great service. I got a manic and padi with back massage and I loved it. My nails were perfect. Calm relaxing atmosphere and staff was friendly, professional and just perfect service. I loved it and would recommend.

My nails turned out good, but my Brazilian went horribly. They were so nice but the girl took an hour and clearly had no idea what she was doing because I now have to deal with scabs between my legs. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE.

Amazing Staff. Please read.Today I had an appointment at Coco Blue for a manicure. For some reason, and this has happened before, I felt faint. I told the nail technician, Autumn, and asked for a place to lay down. She walked me to the back room (where eyebrows & massages are done), and I fainted on the way. She was holding me up so I didnt fall over. They told me to lay down for awhile. After 20 mins or so, they checked on me and asked if I wanted them to call for an ambulance and offered snacks. I said no, I felt fine to finish up my nails.They were so kind and helped me without panicking.Also, my nails look great! They had the exact color I was looking for.

Love this salon everyone is nice and very accommodating. They also offer wine and refreshments as well as mini massages while your getting your nails done. My only complaint is my nails were not that nice I got my regular nails painted.

First time getting a pedi in years! Such a great experience. The staff was super friendly and the salon was spotless. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within the hour, even with the pandemic. I will be back for sure!

The service was absolutely incredible! My nails came out great! What really struck me was how my nail tech was willing to go beyond the bare minimum. I expected to just get my mani pedi and then walk out, but I received a hot stone massage on my feet, a back and shoulder rub and exfoliation. And the focus and attention to detail on my nails was fantastic. Will definitely come here again, even told all of my friends to come here!

From out of state and LOVED this hidden little place we came across for a quick pedicure. We were offered a complementary beverage (options included water, variety of sodas, wine, or mimosa!) Linda was so sweet and efficient. She did an amazing pedicure including an exfoliating leg scrub, hot oil massage, hot stone massage, paraffin wax treatment, and a neck/shoulder massage at the end. If I lived here, I would be a regular customer!

Brilliant. First of all, they are professional and make very nice nail polish. Second, they give some extra services like using melted wax to smooth your heel and shoulder massage. And the place is clean and quiet. They never try to make a conversation and that’s definitely a plus. Would be my go to nail salon in center city. Oh, and of course a brand new/disinfected tools every time.

Autumn did a full set of acrylics on me. My nails have NEVER looked this beautiful and perfect in my whole life. Her attention to detail is unreal and I was in and out of there super quick! Ask for Autumn!!!

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. I was visiting from out of town. I called the day before and was able to get in on a Saturday morning for a spa pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and I was offered a drink upon sitting down. Monica did an amazing job! She was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I felt relaxed and that I got my moneys worth. If I lived here, this would be my regular place. Great spot and they speak good English. Their color selection and prices are good.

My very first time here and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, courteous workers and they will do what they can to accommodate your needs. The complementary drinks are fab! So different from any salons I have ever been! The nail polish selection are great. Lots of sparkles and neatly organized. Will be my new place for lunch time!

I usually love coming here for a pedicure. The staff is friendly and very attentive. However, I went in yesterday and the service I received was horrible. Diane took a chunk off of the corner of my nail and left it bleeding and sore.

Great service. I loved my nails, the technician was super nice and understanding when I wanted to change the length of my nails mid session. They give complementary beverages and back massages. Note that you can only tip in cash, and they have discreet envelopes to put the money in. The only downside is the wait, but its worth it. 10/10 would go again.

This place was right off the main road and very clean. I had a great pedicure. They have many many choices of nail color. The massage chairs for the pedicures are just incredible. They also offer many beverages including mimosas!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was probably the best manicure I have ever received. I had Autumn, and she made sure everything was even and properly done. Im from out of state and needed an escape from the hospital for a while, and they did the trick. If Im ever in the area again and need my nails done I will return here!

Monica did not greet me with a smile, and did not ask if I wanted something to drink like I saw other customers being offered. She kept huffing as she took off my gel polish - a tedious process, I understand, but still not out of the norm these days. As she buffed my nails, she got distracted and ended up buffing the skin of my finger for too long, which began to bleed. Im truly not exaggerating... She kept telling me to put my hands in an uncomfortable position, and to relax... I did my best. I opted for just a clear coat at this point; I wanted to get out of there. Her massage at the end hurt more than it relaxed me... and then I was charged $45.

Just stay away from Tina. She didnt ask if I wanted anything to drink, as is customary, and she rushed through the manicure. The massage lasted 8 seconds!! I counted. Poor customer service. She started acting really nice once it was time to pay. I would go back to any of the other manicurists who seemed delightful.

Ive been here a few times, first time was because of a gift certificate and has been my favorite ever since! They have you in and out in no time, without sacrificing quality. Most recently made an appointment for my wedding and also made appointments for my siblings, mom, mother in law and husband. They each had a great experience and didnt feel rushed at all, especially when the salon is always so busy and we had quite a large party. Definitely call before you walk in - there is usually a wait but just goes to show their level of quality.

This is my all time FAVORITE nail salon.I feel safe with them because they sanitize their nail instruments. Coco Blue is clean and organized. The nail technicians are patient, kind and dedicated. Their nail work always last at least a month on me.

Decided to try out Coco Blue after needing to find a new salon. I saw this place after parking nearby for an appointment. I called and booked an appointment same day for my partner and I for spa pedicure and a regular manicure. Scheduling was quick and easy. Walking in, they were quite busy during the 5 o clock hour, so I was thankful I called ahead! The pedicures were amazing and so very worth it! They took their time, even though I know the ladies were working hard and had a long day. I deeply appreciate their care. The massage chairs for the pedicures were the best I have ever used. I usually turn them off pretty quickly, but these were great! Color selection is good, prices are great. The manager seemed to have a very good handle on what was going on with every client and making sure everyones needs were being met. Highly reccomend! I will be back!

Nice job with my nails and price was under $60 (20% included in that). Can’t beat it for the price and extra massage at the end. Also a convenient location (a lot of street parking near there).

Came for dipping powder. Customer service was great (they offered a beverage whilegetting nails done) but I was so dissapointed with my nails. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they tried to convince me it was the way my nail bed was shaped. It wasnt until I stressed that this wasnt normal for me as (Ive been getting dip for over 6 years) that the manager offered to redue them at a later time. Given this process of soaking off and getting dipping powder again takes around 1.5 - 2 hrs.. I was not willing to sit to have my nails redone. I have a photoshoot this evening and im sad this didnt work out.****update****- 3 to 4 stars!Returned and they redid my nails and with care. I loved the way they turned out the second time with different nail tech.Thank you Tania & manager for making this right and being pleasant.

Ive been to several salons around the city and this by far has been my favorite. They are excellent at the shape of the nail and so far my nails look the best from here. The color selection could be expanded. However its the cleanest and nicest salon Ive been to as well.

We were walking and got a little turned around in the city so arrived about 15min. late. Of course we called and they couldnt have been more gracious even though it was close to closing. 5 star pedicure and shoulder rub!

Visiting from DC and came here based on reviews. Got the Spa Pedicure + Regular Mani (total combo $75) and it was hands down the best pedicure I’ve had. Ever. Long, detailed, hot stones, warmers, parafin wax and an amazing massage! Staff was friendly and place was clean. They didn’t even offer the razor to any of the customers while I was there which I found so wonderful (I always have to tell the salons not to use the razor ... ladies and gentleman it so bad for your healthy skin cells)! My mani was not rushed, clean and followed up with a brief but amazing shoulder massage. The one and only suggestion I have for them would be to get the disposable bags for the pedicure bowls ... a hygiene thing since those bowls carry so much bad bacteria. Otherwise fantastic and I wish this was place was local to me!My nail technician was Lee! Five stars for her.

This place is great! $40 for a spa mani pedi. Hard to believe considering their location, but its true yall. Anne was meticulous and sweet. Ill definitely be booking an appointment with her again. Everyone is super friendly...I was given a complimentary neck and shoulder massage as my nails dried so I have no complaints.

Very busy salon and reservations are highly recommended. Although we did not have a reservation during our visit, the staff was extremely accommodating and very thorough during a spa pedicure treatment, which included a light massage and complimentary glasses of champagne and wine.

Rushed service, rough of cuticles and not careful with polish. Left with polish on fingers and stuck to skin between nail and fingers. Cut cuticles too much and with dull tools pulling the skin and causing gang nails and pain. Nearly cut my with the nail clippers as well... not happy that I paid $75 dollars and tipped.

Good prices but one of their workers ripped off a piece of my skin on my finger and now its scabbing up. Also didnt do a great job on my nails

They were rudeI needed a nail fixed and they didnt have the color to match my old nails so I had to get a color change as well. So for that it was 30$ and than tip. Not worth it at all! I feel ripped off. I will never be back.

Apparently they only do refills on the weekend... This is not indicated anywhere that I could see.

If I could do a negative star review I would. I came in to get a hard gel manicure and gel pedicure and decided to get a brow and brazilian wax while I was already there since the place had good reviews. It was the worst decision of my life. The pedicure was amazing and I give that service 5 stars but the manicure left a lot to be desired.Ive never had someone build nail extensions with gel without using nail forms and I can see why they wouldnt. The gel wouldnt stay high enough while it was curing and eventually engulfed my nail, burning my fingers in the curing process. I didnt want to extend my nails long enough to warrant a glue on extension so I opted for the tech to build it. That was the worst 20 or so minutes of my manicure experience. It was painful to put my hand in the UV light to cure after every time she kept adding gel to the nail. They turned out great in the end, but that shouldnt have been that painful and that long of a process.After my manicure I received a very relaxing and wonderful pericure and would definitely go back for that - I was offered a drink and was given the royal treatment (hot stones and all) and I was just about ready to forgive the whole manicure experience. Little did I know that I would be regretting my afternoon when I got into the wax portion of my day.The brazilian wax was horrid - they use soft (strip) wax for the entire process and the wax is definitely too hot to be put on such sensitive skin. The woman that provided the wax was kind and nice enough but it didnt make up for the fact that I watched in horror as she waxed me strip by terrifying strip. I was paying so much attention to the process on my nether regions that I didnt notice until too late that she was using the same spatula/stick for the entire wax! Double/triple/quadruple dipping into the wax. When I saw that I practically puked in my mouth and I couldnt get out of there sooner. I practically ran out of the salon and ran to another salon just to get my brazilian touched up and to see someone use hard wax on me. That was the worst experience of my life and Im still scarred just days after. Especially since I woke up this morning noticing dry, peeling skin, and realizing that that wax burned me.
