I love that they recycle as opposed to dumping somewhere. They could not have been more professional, and efficient. From the operator who directed my call, to the gentlemen who pick up my appliance, they were friendly and polite. I called on a Saturday morning and they were there in a couple of hours. Made an appointment yesterday and was able to get them out first thing this morning at the very beginning of the times timeslot. They were responsive to text questions I had, very quick and efficient, and incredibly helpful. I will definitely be using their services again.

Due to Hurricane Ida, my neighbors massive carport/shed landed upside down in my backyard. Junk King was able to remove the shed plus the rest of the damaged items. They were very thorough and very courteous!

I was kept informed throughout the morning of the time they would arrive. Two men came inside and quickly despatched my home treadmill. The men were nicely dressed and very polite. They were also quick! I paid the agreed upon price by credit card with no problems. Excellent service!!!

After hurricane Ida dropped a tree on our house and patio cover I took a chance and called Junk King. So glad I did! Mr Miller the owner showed up to give me an estimate in less than 24 hrs and within 3 days two gentlemen and I mean gentlemen came to remove my fallen patio cover. They came a week early for appraisal. Used masks and very friendly. Called ahead with ETA. Called ahead and came on time for removal. Very efficient, safe and helpful. Followed special instructions with no complaints. Will definitely use again.

I have used Junk King on several occasions and have referred them to several clients. They have taken jobs that were very labor intensive with moving items from multiple levels up and down stairs in extreme heat and severe rain. There was no complaining from the crew and they have never rescheduled a job. Miller and his team provide great customer service and are responsive. The appointments are easy to book. Good for clearing out houses of unwanted goods and appliances and piano removal. Good for Realtors as a Resource for your business. Highly recommend.

Two guys arrived two hours earlier than expected which, was so nice because we were ready to get rid of all that junk. Chris was the name of one of the guys. I’m sorry I can’t remember the second guys name. They were very professional, efficient and so friendly. Not to mention patient because it is so hot outside. My call was promptly and professionally answered and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I answered some questions and was informed that a quote would be made on site and if I agreed, they would remove the waste at that time. The (technicians?) called prior to coming and arrived prior to appointment time. They were courteous, quoted a price and upon my agreeing to the price, quickly removed the waste. Im glad I found them.

Remediation company after hurricane didn’t/couldn’t get a dumpster and tall piles of moldy bags, insulation furniture sheetrock food from freezer, etc, piled high. And that was only beginning of demolition. It was unhealthy. I told insurance I was hiring Junk King to clean up the junk. They sent two trucks and one made two trips and cleaned it all. They were kind professional and prompt. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will use their services again

These guys were great. I mentioned on the phone that another service had not been able to help me because the items were too bulky and heavy, so to solve that problem junk king brought 5-7 guys to make sure they could get the job done! They were in and out in 20 minutes and got the job done perfectly where another service had failed. It was pricey but very worth it because no one else could have gotten this junk removed. Would definitely recommend.

Schedule almost a week in advance. Given a window of 12 to 3. They sent my assistant a text early 11 saying they were 10 minutes out. 10 minutes turned to 40 minutes. They never answered my call, or called me directly. They told my assistant I would need to reschedule when I was available? I’m good. Wasted my Saturday.

The team at Junk King did excellent work helping me with my job. My wife and I moved to New Orleans from Chicago and had a massive amount of boxes and packing materials plus some random larger junk. The city of New Orleans would not schedule a large waste removal pickup for a full week and then said they could only pick up a certain amount of material at a time. This process would’ve required me to make at least one appointment per week with them for the next 5-8 weeks.I called Junk King as an alternative option and they came out the next day.
