I decided to try this salon out back in July right before my wedding. Unfortunately I didnt have a great experience. I got a manicure and pedicure. I was very rushed throughout the whole experience. They started with the pedicure, but then due to time they proceeded to give me the manicure while I was still getting my pedicure. I was annoyed because I had made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. The pedicure did not come out that great and chipped the next day and the maicure was average. I dont like being rushed when getting a manicure and pedicure. I dont get my nails done often so when I do I want to feel relaxed.

Wow! They are amazing! I got the best pedicure service today at this place. The staffs are so professional and kind. The price was so fair. I felt so relaxed during pedicure. It includes polishing, scrubbing, massage, cleaning, oiling, hot stone, removing nail polish, ... only for 45$. What I liked about this place was that they are so generous. They gave me a new slipper and opened new pedicure pack for me. They tried the best to make me happy and satisfied! I feel that I have new feet now. So fresh and clean. I’ll definitely back! Lovely, quiet salon. Pedicures last at least two weeks (Ok. I am pretty rough on my feet, so two weeks is really good!). The technicians I have seen have been very friendly. The staff at the front desk are very nice as well.

Adrianna did an excellent job on my gel mani. She should have taken before and after pics! Very precise, detailed and checked for shape approval before proceeding.

The place is clean but a little dated. The staff was friendly. No wait. You are allowed and they encourage you to book online. They are taking the proper covid precautions. They dont make you get gel as most salons are doing now.

I have been to other Coco Blue salons before and have never been so disappointed. This was by far the worst experience I have had. Prices are absolutely outrageous!!!! Very inconsistent and not hospitable at all. Will never be returning. Do NOT recommend. They did not even give massages, nor did they actually scrub my feet/legs during the pedicure.

They refuse to scrape unless youre charged $10. They speak about you in Spanish unaware that I speak Spanish. People of color are treated differently her. Service was substandard. Poor, poor service. They also run your card and finalize the transaction before you can leave a tip on it.

My best friend & I asked for the same type of nail color,size and style. We both told the staff member who translated for my stylist what I wanted & after they both claimed to understand I came out with some glitter acrylic powered nails which wasnt what I said. I asked for ALL BLACK ACRYLIC NAILS that were short so I could remove my contacts but instead my best friend got that (because thats what she ordered) & I came out with something completely different. My best friend DESERVES a refund for their bad cutomer service

My nail polish started chipping the next day, maybe because she had to do like 3 layers of the yellow because it was so light. I will give them another try, just won’t ever do yellow again.

Anna and her team are amazing.. I absolutely love how she greets all her customers and then checks on us through out our time there.Cleanliness and intentional COVID precautions are top notch...Kudos!!!!

It has a very hospitable and very accomdating atmosphere. The service provided is top notch & is worth the extra you pay! Been going for about 5 years. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Paid extra for longer massage for pedicure. Don’t think massage was longer at all. Cut my big toe- now in pain. Ambiance nice but can get a much better pedicure for $45!

Great service! Got a pedicure and manicure for $65 before tip. Their services include massages, hot stone, and the paint job. I was able to walk in on a Sunday morning without an appointment and was seen within 20 minutes.

My go-to nail salon! Every nail tech is kind and courteous. Plus, the free mimosas and chocolate makes each visit a little more special.

Excellent service every time. I’ve seen a couple different ladies for my mani’s and pedi’s and everyone is great. However, my favorite is Elena. She takes her time, very meticulous and passionate about what she does. I think I only want my work done by her from now on. Like I said everyone is great there’s just something different about when Elena takes care of me. Thank you Elena!!!!

Horrible. Yes they give free champagne while you wait but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS and never consistent. I came in for full set w gel polish she charged me $80. $55 for the full set and $25 for a polish change. Its not a polish change, that should come w the full set (i.e. 55 for full set regular polish, 65 for full set w gel). She charged me a whole separate price for a whole separate service (as in when someone comes in and needs gel polish taken off and put on = polish change).On top of that when I call periodically Im told anywhere from 65 to 80 depending on who answers the phone so I know i was overcharged.I didnt pay that $80 I dont plan to and I am never going back. The quality of my nails werent even 80$ quality, uneven sloppy and they cant even really do designs.SAVE YOUR MONEY and find a reputable decent one in the hood or closer to the city. Theyll do crazy designs and itll be half the price.

I don’t think they clean the apparatuses well. After I got a pedicure in there, my nails got messed up and I had to use medicine to be able to heal my nails. The worst experience ever.

I did not have a good experience here. I went to have an overlay and gel nails. I was misinformed about the price from the receptionist. I got my nails painted with gel polish. The next day the gel started to come off. I went back to have it fixed and my polish is worst. The polish is wrinkled on my nail. I was so frustrated I left. I will never return to this salon. Staff appear friendly and the decor is beautiful. However! The price us not worth the work. I paid 55 dollars for a 30 dollar job. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years. This is the most disappointing job yet.

I’ve been to coco blue before but this time was by far the worst. I went in to get a polish change and pedi and I got the lady who was working the front desk so that me and my friend could get our stuff done together. From the start I was skeptical because she kept asking the other lady what was next. She didn’t put a top coat on my toenails and then the manicure went bad. She didn’t cover my full nails and didn’t clean up around the edges. And when she sprayed my hand she had told me to go wash my hands and as I stood up the other lady said to mine that I didn’t need to was my hands but she still had me wash my hands. I used to love this place but now I don’t know so much.

I got a pedicure and a manicure my pedicure was great but my manicure wasn’t as good. my lady didn’t finish the second coat of my nails other then that, they are good and i like them.

Came into the spa to get a regular pedicure, lotion, exfoliation and paraffin wax on your heels. This was approximately my fourth time coming to this establishment, as they do offer after (20) stamps on their business card a FREE MANICURE. This was not the reason that I came for the pedicure, I did like my services. The regular pedicure is $30 but if you pay in cash its $28. I tipped the women who did my pedicure, but as I was leaving the manager came behind me and asked me was my pedicure alright and had the AUDACITY to tell me that I should have tipped $5.00 as that is how they make their money; and she went on to say to me that it was her job to tell the client. I dont think any manager should approach a client and tell them what they should tip. Maybe they need to pay their staff a decent salary. They get a lot of pedicures/manicures out of a bottle a polish. Surely I will not be returning to this SPA again.

Friday, I convinced myself to spend the $60 plus at Coco Blue in Chestnut Hill for a pedi/mani. I was ambivalent because 2 weeks ago they said I arrived too late to be serviced and turned me away. They had the audacity to turn me away again, today, the same woman, too. I approached the desk. While texting she asks what I want. I remained silent. Still not looking up she asks, Mani/pedi? Yes, I say. She finishes her text, grabs appointment book and combs the page. Finally she looks up saying they have a bridal party of seven at 11am, approximately 10 minutes away, and asks if I can come back. I tell her this is the second time shes turned me away. After I ask for parking reimbursement no one speaks English anymore. I just walked out. Im LIVID!!The former shop managers gave SUPERIOR customer service. They would NEVER have turned a long standing customer away. Now Im gone for good!!!

Twice Ive been turned away from this shop. The woman at the front desk said, No. No one is available. Clearly, other people in the shop were getting service.Im always the darkest person in the room.Wont be trying again.
