HD Nails is my happy place. I love getting my nails and feet done. It is clean, organized and the staff is amazing. You cant really go wrong with any of them but my fave is Gina. To say shes talented is an understatement. Shes the goat of nails. Im in awe every time she works her magic!

From out of town and needed to get my nails done. To say its difficult to walk in anywhere is an understatement. One place I tried was so cramped. But they had no trouble letting you sit around for 1hr + and wait. Nope not I. Called another place to get a same day appointment. He asked what time. I said in 30 min and he said he was full all day! Then why ask me what time!??! Ugh...But... HD Nail Salon was different! Walked in, was immediately seated for my pedicure. Pleased with the service provided. I wish I had more of a massage, but my feet are smooth and the polish is right.I had an acrylic fill, coffin shape, and minor repairs. Again, very pleased. My nails arent bulky and the tech nailed the coffin shape.Overall, Im pleased and Id certainly return. In and out in 2 hours.

Sloppiest gel Manicure I’ve ever received. She didn’t remove the paint on my skin and made my pinky bleed. Looks a mess.

Fast service....not too pricey either.

Standard pedicure. I do not like the way you cant go pick out your nail polish color from the rack, like other salons. They just give you a flip board to decide on your polish color. They use warm stones, but its brief though.

BrbOutdated techniques, no attention to detail, polish has bubbled already, you can see the work done in the photos that I posted where my nails are pink and I have one green ring finger nail, the environment is like a school cafeteria, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, your real nails will suffer a great deal, and when the hell did ballerina translate to coffin shape? Like I said my pictures prove that their work is at best 6 1/2 out of 10. It’s only been about two days and I’ll be back with more to my review in two weeks.

Their skill is awesome, but the WAIT is horrendous!!! It doesnt matter how good they do nails IF the wait before you even get serviced is 2 hours or more!! I have gone at different times of the day and it is so crowded at all times. I went there today, and people were standing up at the door waiting to be serviced!! Dont think I will be going back 😒

Customer service was terrible. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and as the tech added layer after layer of polish I noticed how lumpy it looked. When I asked to speak to the male manager he told me that was my own problem, that I came in with lumpy nails . I showed him how straight my nails were when I came in and how lumpy they are now. He picked up clippers then loudly said I’ll cut them all off and you can leave. Instead of trying to fix my nails he wanted me to take them off.

I go to Temple University and will travel just to go to this salon! I love them and the staff is great! They definitely know what they’re doing and if you don’t like how they’re doing something all you have to do is speak up and they’ll change it

I’ve been going to HD for sometime and it wasn’t until I went to a different nail salon that I realized that they don’t have the best service. If u wanna get a manicure and pedicure, sure there great for just that.... but they can’t keep up with the nail trends that are going on. Your nails just end up looking cheap and by the end of the week they look even worse and honestly people posting on here about how great their nails look are just not it👎🏼💯. And aside from the quality of nails that they are doing in this nail salon... the cleanliness is very poor. I’ve been here a couple times since covid, they are supposed to wipe down their station before they see a new client and they don’t. They are also supposed to ask each client to wash their hands before being seen since Covid and they never enforce these rules.

They allow children and I am not an fan because parents dont control their kids and think everything they do is cute...NOT THE PLACE FOR KIDS!!!

They always do good with my nails and they always last long. Only negative I have is that some techs rush through the pedicures, I would enjoy if they spent a little more time giving my legs and feet a little massage I come here most of the time after work so I would like my pedi to be relaxing . Otherwise nice place and staff.

Clean place with nice staff some what pricier then other other salons in the area but they do good work so its worth it.

I wouldn’t recommend. I got a pedicure done on Monday and it started to chip the next day. I went in today (3 days later because of my work schedule) to get it fixed and was charged an additional $20. All they did was apply gel. I paid and left but I had to share cause it’s ridiculous.

Great nails tech. Fast service. Just be aware of taking cash. They dont take credit cards or debit from thursday to sunday.

She rushed me out of there filed the nails on one foot and not the other used the brush on one foot and not the other. She wasnt paying attention she was on autopilot speed mode. Will not return.

My Experience Was Incredible

One of the best nail and pedicure Ive had in a long time

They where fast but really arent cleaning the chairs for the next person.

I’m actually really disappointed in the set i got from here. It was my first time getting coffin nails. I asked for very subtle & i even provided a photo. They are far from subtle and extremely narrow at the top. Most of my nails are missing acrylic on the sides. He didn’t touch my cuticles so they look a mess and also have acrylic and glue around them. A few are crooked. He didn’t file near my cuticle so they look lifted up and thick near the cuticle. Then on top of it the paint job is atrocious. Lumpy, u can see where he started the second coat. Overall pretty bummed :( some of them even hurt. I hate leaving negative reviews and thought about even doing this, but i feel like if someone is going for a perfect set just be careful and watch the tech as they are doing it to make sure everything’s going as you want!

Went today, on a Saturday. The wait wasnt too bad, about 5 to 10 minutes for a gel pedicure. Customer service was excellent and nail tech was polite and accommodated as much as possible since I was pregnant. Price of gel pedicure wasnt bad at all either...would like to go again, most likely during the week.

I’ve been going to this salon since almost day one. This nail salon provides excellent customer service. The techs listens to their clients and try their best to please, though, you can’t always please everyone. The salon is clean. They don’t rush in between clients. The techs take their time to ensure everyone receives the same quality expectations which usually takes up to 2 hours of service. My nails usually stay in tack until my refill is due in 2 weeks.

The customer service alone will keep you going back! Yes, and of course they do amazing nails, lashes and arching. Reasonable price and did I mention how amazing the service there is. So go, and take a friend or two. Im going this morning to get my lashes done!

The best place in the city to get pampered

I went to get a mani pedi and got an acrylic full set and two nails broke 4 days later (Mind you they are supposed to last for 2 weeks). When I went back to get them fixed, there was a misunderstanding and I ended up getting a new set. The next day, another nail is broken. It won’t make a big difference but they just lost a customer...

I came here yesterday and was very pleased with my service I was referred by my mom so I I decided to give it a try I got my nails feet and lashes done. My wait time wasn’t long as all which I appreciated staff is friendly salon is very clean and overall just a good atmosphere. The lady who did my lashes was very pleasant and I love my lashes my feet looks good and I enjoyed the hot stone massage during my pedicure. My nail tech Leeda did a wonderful job on my nails I absolutely love them so perfectly shaped neat and ombré is immaculate and exactly what I wanted I’m very picky and almost never satisfied so when I say it’s good it’s really good this will be my new salon for all services. Thank you 😊

I dont like the fact they talk about u in their language when u tell them that theyre doing something wrong. Im the paying customer, do what I want done.

Arrived just after opening with my mom. I got a regular pedicure and my mom got a spa pedicure in addition to a refill and 3d nail design. Over all very happy with the service and the cleanliness of the business. Great selection of colors and services. I do recommend.

They do not wipe off the chairs after each customer. Prices went up for poor service.

Ive been going to this salon for a couple months now.... The last place I tried before this one always did a horrible job... I seen this salon a few times in passing so I said what the heck... Lets try them and Ive been coming back ever since... I absolutely love them. Theyre all very nice and they always, ALWAYS do exactly what Ive asked for, and have even suggested and added extra touches that I love! Awesome place

I came here on the spur of the moment and Im glad I did! I did come an hour before they closed and got a overlay and a design. My nail tech did not make me feel rushed which is very rare. I did have to come back the next day because she missed my right hand with the gel clear coat but was an honest mistake. All of the nail polish come in gel and regular polish which is great. I do wish they would broaden their color selection bc the light nudes are very pink.

They do great nails however beware of the henna eyebrows!! The first time I had them done, they came out great but the second and third time, I got a rash so not sure if the staff is familiar with how to apply them . Wont be doing my eyebrows here again. Ill stick to the nails. They also offer a reward card that you get punched each visit and get $5 off your 6th visit.

First time here, very welcoming, I Got a pedicure & refill out of all my years going to the nailery getting a pedicure. Ive never had such Great and attentive Pedicures In my life & Ive been to a few places.....I will ONLY come here to get a pedicure as long a this service continues!

I sat for a whole hour to be serviced. When I arrived I had informed them that I wanted my acrylic removed and dip powder applied. After waiting for an hour to be serviced, I was then told that I needed to sit and allow my nails to soak. I could have soaked for the hour that I waited. I will never go back. They need to hire more nail techs.

So I came to get my nails done today at #hdnailsalonandspa #hdnailsalonandspa at 6321 Rising Sun Avenue normally I go to the one at 4907 Wayne Avenue and I gentleman came over to me and stated that;Them: “no one here will see you because you can back two times at the other store to fix your nails.” Me: “What!! yes because one of your nail techs messed my nails up and my nail was damaged”Them: But wno one here likes you and we won’t do your nails. Me: Really, do you know I’m a paying customer? Them: will maybe I have to see. Me: Nope I good. So I won’t be coming back and I have to find new place. I was told this in front of all of the techs and those who are working there.....cool. This was very embarrassing and disrespectful and very unprofessional

This is by far my favorite nail salon the people who work here are so nice and if you get there early enough there isnt no wait . They used to offer wine and water not sure what happened to that

They are open on Sundays, which is great. However, stay away from the male tech (Ive unfortunately had him two times). He doesnt prep your real nails before he applies the acrylic and doesnt listen. He cant follow simple design instructions (couldnt even draw a flower) and overall takes too long.Other than that, the salon is great.

I visited for the first time this afternoon after a way-too-long hiatus from getting my nails done. I requested a gel manicure and pedicure and the manicurist helped me pick a nice spring color. I’m pleased with the service overall, and plan on returning in a couple months. Thank you!

They always do such a good job on my eyebrows and the dip powder that they use for my manicure is great! Ive never had an issue with customer service here and I believe theyre open until 8p.m.. You dont pay for parking after 6 p.m.!

HD s Nail Salon&Spa 2 was Absolutely AMAZING !!!! They take their time with you and your nails which is amazing. They talk to you and make you feel like your at home. They are very polite and they have a very plesant atmosphere !!! Their spa services are also a major Plus !!!! I will always go their for my Dip Powder and other services !!!! Thank you Lin !!!!!!! Bad experience. Lee the owner (I think that is his name), did a full set on me. I asked for coffin shape & he ended up doing some coffin and some almond. Coffin shape is not rounded AT ALL so not sure what he was doing. He seemed like he was in a rush and just wanted to be done. He painted the nails TOO THICK and got an attitude with me when it didn’t dry in the UV lamp. I seen it all in his face that he was annoyed, but it wasn’t my fault. He is the one who painted gel polish too thick... you’re supposed to do thin layers of gel. Also when I told him the nails were crooked & some way longer he got frustrated. I usually have a good experience here. I will not be going back.

I was a little apprehensive about trying a new spot. I already have one I love on Cottman but I moved and this salon is closer to me. It’s spacious clean and staff is very friendly. I got a regular mani and pedi which is $30 and o got 3 different colors on my hand which they charged $3 extra for. It’s cheaper than the place I usually go to and I had a good experience here. Would be going back again !
