I had to share my experience at this salon, because just look at the material! I love my nails so much, I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and the technician suggested an ombré with two colors I really loved. It was a great price for both a pedicure and dip gel manicure. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Professional nail for about 3 or 4 years. I always love the quality of my nails and the way they look. Getting my nails done is essential and I wouldn’t have any other place do them. Tracy is the best nail ever!!! I highly recommend 💕

The girl who did my regular manicure and spa pedicure was super great. She was quick and efficient. They got me in super quick for a last minute appointment and it was a wonderful treat. There is no downside to this place except for the one customer who showed up an hour pass their appointment and then got rude with the staff. She was the only downside. I would use this place again.

My manicurist was extremely talented. My nails are still getting compliments 3 weeks in!

Im torn on this place. I loved the work she did for the nails themselves.. but the skin around 7/10 of my nails was nicked with the nail drill and bled which has been painful. I get it, it happens, but I feel like it shouldnt happen that much. The work was good so I may go back to see if it happens again.

I got a pedicure from Jen, she is extremely kind and funny. I accidentally smudged the paint on my toenail when I was drying them, and she was quick to touch it up and was incredibly sweet about it (I felt awful cus it was the end of the day.) I also wasn’t expecting a mini hot-stone leg massage for the $25 pedi and yet it was included. So definitely a good deal. I’ll certainly be back!

I waited 2 hours to receive mediocre service and was soaked from foot to head with the pedicure hose. “”WTF”” When I said why did you wet she laughed and pretended not to speak English. I wouldn’t let them paint my cat’s nails after this!!!!!

Ive been going here for years now, and have always like this place. Recently I went to Tiffany and got dipped nail polish. Ill posted a picture of how it looks 3 weeks later, its still amazing. I am hair dresser and work with lots of chemicals. my nails still look like the day I got them done. Reasonably priced and for me right around the corner. Great neighborhood nail salon

Made an appointment for a pedicure at around 6pm, they close at 7pm, and thankfully the person who waited on me did not rush! It was the night before Christmas Eve she took her time and provided the best service!

The woman who did my nails was very nice. The downfall was how rough she was when filing my nails. She was using the large rectangular nail file and burned my skin. She apologized a lot but now I have this big cut on my finger that burns like crazy. 🙄😬

I was so pleased at my first appointment that it became my go to nail salon! Tracy was my nail technician and she did such a great job! Not only did she make my nails perfect but she was also fast pace which is perfect for me to go during my lunch break. I’ve been going to Professional Nails for over 10 years! Tracey always remembers exactly how I like my nails and always has the health and integrity of my nails in mind. Whether I get acrylic or gel on my natural nails they always turn out perfect. I’ve recently moved to south Jersey but continue to go to Professional Nails because I can’t give up perfection!

This place is a hidden gem! As a city native, I’ve been to plenty of salons in the area and this is the only one that has me consistently coming back. Tracy does beautiful work & when she’s out of town, she always makes sure that one of the other fabulous beauticians is around to accommodate me. I’ve been coming here for six years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my nails (and I am particular!). I go to Tracy, whose immaculate attention to detail always gets my manicures lots of compliments, but every manicurist here is friendly, professional, and talented. The spa pedicure is the best; it’s so relaxing and leaves my legs and feet incredibly soft, and you can’t beat the massage, hot towel wrap, and hot stones that are included. They take appointments or walk ins and always remember you, down to the color you last picked, making you feel like family.

I have been with my technician for more than 20 years and that alone should tell you that I’m truly satisfied with my services. Tracy is who you want. She truly cares about her customers and makes sure you’re happy when you leave. Give her and the shop a chance. It’s small but mighty.

I have been going to Professional Nails for probably more than 15 years. I have never been disappointed. Every time I receive excellent service. Mani/Pedi... My nails never looked better. Everybody has a favorite... Mine is Tracy. Nobody, in my opinion, gives a better Pedicure. By the time I am done, I am totally relaxed and feel like I spent time with a good friend. They do a basic manicure, a gel manicure and my new addiction, dip manicure. Whatever you choose, you will be in for a treat! Stop in, sit in the massage chair and get pampered!

Tracy is my favorite although everybody is great. Tracy is quick and efficient and I love the way she does my nails ! Highly recommend this salon! And my eyebrows? I won’t let anybody else touch them. she is the god of eyebrows!!

They do a decent job but theyre never fully staffed. They have two shops on the same street and can never seem to have enough staff at either one so its a guessing game as to which you go to. That gets old and aggravating real quick.

Ehh. Their okay.. the lady who did my nails was rough & was rushing to do them. She made my one cuticle bleed from the roughness. Would i go here again? Eh. I prefer Holiday Nails on 4th and snyder.

I got acrylic nails here 4 days ago. The experience itself was awful. They filed so much of my nails it actually hurt. She hity cuticle and it started bleeding. My nails now are off. They started peeling and the one nails broke off completely Im so dissatisfied. Im never coming here again
