I love this place! Diana won my business over within minutes of meeting her. She is a hard worker and does incredibly beautiful work. This place may not have all of the frills other salons man have- but this is the best nail salon in fishtown.

Ive been there a few times over the last 3 yrs&was always happy- until recently. I called at 4:30 pm looking for an appt for the next day. She said I could come in now. I rushed over& got there around 4:45. The owner Diana was the only 1 there. I felt really rushed. She didnt even wrap my nails to get the dip off completely. When I asked y she was rushing, she said she closed @5. I told her I could of come the following day& wouldnt of come had I known. She said it wasnt a problem but continued rushing. I ended up with lumpy, uneven crooked dipping powder nails.I really wish the quality hadnt dropped so much bc they have the best dip colors & chrome, cat eye& magnetic options to pick from. But what does the color matter if ur actual nail looks like a bag of potatoes?!

It was good for my second or third time going there, it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst.

Came in for SNS dipping powder and was rushed the whole time. She tries to do the sanding so fast, it broke my skin. The nails are very thick and not smooth at all. Most importantly, one of my nails is completely sideway. I tried to point it out to her at the beginning and she stopped me and told me it offended her and her 30 yr of experience. So I left this place with four bleeding fingers and one distorted nails.

Now Ive only gone twice. The manager is very nice and a little funny although i only had a pedicure i had a pleasent time while there with my friend and will be going back.

As a birthday gift I decided to get a pedicure, eyebrows and my eye lashes done. The service while I was at the nail salon felt rushed once someone actually started working on me. The pedicure came out good, however this place is a little pricey. $20.00 to get eye lashes glued on. The eye lashes came right off. Called to get a refund but the owner would not give me my money back. Instead said I should not have gotten my face wet(which I didnt) said sorry and hung up the phone.

The worst place I have ever been to. The owner herself was very unprofessional. The fact that when I called to come in just for a pedicure, she told me she was open and that she had an 11am after me, but I have had to wait a few mins when people were before me as well. She was trying to rush didnt give me an option for gel she said no I only have time for regular, so when i asked her if she was going to be rushing to just leave them be and ill leave. She quickly turned the water off and said okay. What a rude lady and the fact that she told me to talk quietly when i was in there!!! never go to this place ever she is disrespectful to her clients!

This Salon has great service, and the people are very friendly and they make me feel at home from the moment I walk in the door. They take the time to know all their customers by name and treat you as if we are part of the family. My nails always look beautiful and clean. Their prices are very reasonable and they use good quality products. I have not been anywhere since I discovered Top Nail Salon.

I went here probably 5 times before I had the owner do my nails. I had great experiences getting powder dip manicures with coffin shaped nails, and I had only heard great things about the owner so I was excited. However, she rushed me, was rough with my nails, and pressured me into other services. Also I left there with nails that were weird and.. lumpy? Not even sure how to explain it but just bad. I was a loyal customer for a while and thought I would be for life, but I wont be back. Its a shame because its so convenient for me!

I havent had my nails done in 20 years. Initially Dee was helpful with the new products. However that didnt last. She rude and ignores you. Only speaking to ask, You want mani/pedi, gel nails and eyebrows? As long as you want all the extra services she offer, She make it real nice. But just get a refill and she ignores you. I sat in her chair twice as she done my nails and totally ignored me as I asked about the different polishes. I didnt tip her and made that my last visit. -1 star

Horrible service “the owner” did my nails. She kept telling me “ powder” would be better until i agreed. I usually do both my toes and nails and left there upset and with a set of lumpy nails and 4 cuts! Never again worst nail salon. If the owner herself can’t do nails WHY BOTHER!

I decided to give this place a try after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp. Well, if I would have listened to the Google reviews maybe I would have chosen another place. I couldnt agree more with the review Jill.S wrote. I left with lumpy sloppy nails and red cut up cuticles. I gave two stars because I was in and out within 15min due to me being rushed. I wont be returning.

I used to go to a nail salon down the street, then I started coming here about 2 months ago. The owner seemed very nice the first time when she knew she was getting me from a different place. Then the second time, the owner did my nails and was very rude to me. I actually asked her why she was being mean to me and she ignored me. Then said sarcastically ok sorry want me to talk fine Ill talk hows your day VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I just went in to have 3 nails fixed, I had dip powder with gel on top 9 days ago and one fell off, one was separating and the third was lumpy from when I got them done.. the owner redid them and my nails were so thin compared to the rest its like she used no dip at all, and then ignored me the first time I asked why they seemed so thin, then the second time I asked she rudely told me everyones different with how they do nails but she must have forgotten she did them before and they were thick.. not to mention they charged me $75 the first time then $45 the second time.. when I asked why it was drastically cheaper the girl choked up and told me they lowered prices since last time. The owner is nice to get your money, then she will treat you like dirt! Ive never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon.

People just dont know about a mans manicured hand..... look into it

I went for a manicure and my eyebrows doneI was talked into getting a gel manicure, the polish I choose they charged me an extra 10$ which they never told me about and when she did my eyebrows they were way too thick, she did not use the brush and tweezers at all, both brows were uneven and she waxed part of my left eyebrow off I am currently waiting for it to grow back in so I can get them fixed. My total bill which should have only been 18$ became 50$ and 4 days later the gel nailpolish peeled all off and lifted off my nails. It was a total waste of money and im extremely upset.My nail tech was a nice man but the quality of the work was not good at all and the hidden pricing and adding on charges are unbelievable and should be verbalized. I will not be back to this location.

The ladies in this establishment take the time and energy to really give you the full experience!!! Time and attention is apparent in caring for the time we take for ourselves!! Definitely check them out!!!

Got toenail fungus from a pedicure here. It affects four of my toenails, and after FOUR years I still cant get rid of it. I never had a pedicure anywhere else but here, so they were the source.

The gel nails last for a really long time, and the ladies who work there are really friendly too!

I love Top nails and Lynn. She is the best manicurist that I have been to in a while,and she is the reason why I came back to this salon. I hope she continues there for a while
