Nice open space to do ur laundry,has alot of washer & dryer need a laundry card though machine dont take $$$

Ive been to a lot of laundromats and Im never a fan of the card payment system but they accept credit/debit cards AND Apple/Google Pay which is a big plus! The large washers are really big. I was able to fit 4 comforters in one. I think the biggest sell for me and the reason I had to post was that the dryers are great! You can dry your clothes for free if you wash your clothes there, and the dryers get so hot that I only needed to use half the time Im used to using. My first time here but the staff was really nice. My only complaint is that its dirty. The floors need to be swept and mopped. Other than that, your money goes a long way here.

The guy that work there is very nice, helpful, and professional. But half of the washer and dryer machines in the establishment are out of order and have a bad odor. Machine should be deep cleaned four times a week due to the extreme usage. I should never open a machine and it smell like mildew. Its not the guy that work there fault its the owner fault for not regularly keeping up with maintenance in the establishment. I will never return back and do not recommend this laundry cafe to anyone.

Thé soda machine doesn’t keep cold drinks, which I kinda get because it’s always open. But, hard to use the card reader on the machines and the machine to reload the cards seems to hard to use or not accept money. Also, the provided game machines/massage chairs need some maintenance.

My husband and I visited the laundry because our home machine was in disrepair, I was truly appalled at how dirty and unkempt this once clean and inviting laundry had become. The washing machines were moldy, there was trash and discarded dryer sheets strewn about all over the floors. I went to the rest room and it was horrendous, urine and human excrement was on things, there was not even soap to wash your hands during this pandemic. If there is not any staff available due to the pandemic then the owner should at least have the decency to keep the location up themselves. I will never use any of those establishments ever again. People should not have to wash their clothes in this type of environment.

This laundromat is soo dirty. 1st the front sliding doors doesn’t even open up. You have to use all your strength to pull it open. And once inside, the staff have the music on blast as if we’re entering a night club. No machine inside is working properly, including my laundry card that takes up to 10 swipes just to get the machines to start. I’ve been to this location since they opened up. And Nothing I mean nothing has been repaired. And one more thing,bring your own soap because the vending machine will take your money off your card but won’t send anything down u payed for. Bottom line get y’all stuff fixed. 05/09/2021!

Super friendly attendant and clean machines. Large parking lot with plenty of parking available. Prices are good and they accept debit/credit! 👍🏼

Used to love going there but not enough carts and dryers are broken

Number one reason this place is totally wheelchair accessible they could do more on the upkeeping maintenance of their machines there is at least a third of them allways down and they could use more baskets its always a busy place

I have a washer and dryer in my home, but this place is close by and saves me so much time. I can do all my laundry, wash/dry/fold in less than an hour when otherwise I’d be working all day. It’s clean which is key. A lot of washers and dryers of various sizes. No change needed. You get a card that you just fill with cash or your debit/credit card and you’re good to go. There’s free drying with your load of laundry so that’s great too. The twenty four hour factor is also helpful when I’m up late and feeling productive. I usually don’t like to go to the laundromat, but this one doesn’t make me feel that way at all.

I frequently visit this location and have been for years. But, I will no fund this establishment due to poor customer service. This morning I encounter one of these most ignorant attendants that Tyrone and Brian have ever hired. I encourage anyone who values their hard earned coins to seek out another laundromat. The attendant literally took a cart while I was using it, gave it to someone else and expected me not to say anything. I confronted her for not even acknowledging the fact that she saw my belongings in the cart and still have it too someone else. She became rude and indignant and pointed me to a broken cart while saying if I didnt like it I could call Tyrone, Brian or whoever else I wanted. This behavior is exactly why I will travel to wash my comforters. Who is that miserable on a beautiful Sunday morning ?

In my previous post, I came too this location instead because front street had men folding which I do t prefer and none of the attendees where under the influence..the attendees here were very nice and helpful will be my new laundry place even with the travel 😀

There were a lot of clothes in the washing machines and dryers and tje owners were no where to be found and there are a lot of dryers that have been out of commission for months. No hot water. The water is warm to cold.

Dirty fabric safer sheet all over floor half the washer did not work

This is not good place. This is a new facility on 52 street. and machine are already broken. They have a deal going on and it said put 20 and get 20 free advertisement on there tv and they are not honoring it. The attendant text the boss and he did not care. Stay away it is better places for better prices else where.

Open 24/7 clean small medium and large washers, staff is very helpful.

24 hours cant beat itEDIT: from five stars to two. Being open 24 hours is the only redeeming quality of this place. At any one time, at least a quarter of the washers and dryers are out of order. I signed up before my birthday last year to get a free double wash. I came in after I got the email, put my clothes in a large washer, and went to the clerk to redeem my double wash. They then inform me that I cant use the large one for the free double wash. P.S. in the email there was absolutely no fine print or exceptions. I had to schlep my dirty clothes across the facility and split up the load. This time, a year later, I knew to redeem it first. However the clerk just added $3.50 to my card. When I got to the smallest washer, the total for a double wash was $7.39. There is a place behind KFC on Broad. I think I am going to go there from now on. I have heard it is half the price.

People on here complaining about the carts like this the only laundry cafe with limited carts smh...besides that the place is normally clean. The staff is pretty helpful. Id like to say that the 1 lady who has helped me every time I came in to wash clothes is so sweet. Shes very helpful and she always wheres a smile when Im there. I think her name is Anette. Honestly it isnt the staff thats nasty and rude its the CUSTOMERS

This place is horrible! Imagine a laundry mat with 3 carts and two of em are broken. That’s this place! They need to reinvest into it or sell it! Visited a clean laundromat. A young man in particularly wipe every washer and dryer in/out after every use. There is plenty of literate to keep you informed of normal operations of the facility. This place would make OSHA proud.😁😁😁

I came here because my usual laundromat was closed due to the pandemic. It took me $25 dollars to wash only what I could wash at my laundromat for about $15. Most of the machines don’t work and you don’t find that out until after you put your clothes inside. 30-45% of the machines are out of order. The place is dirty and have no bathroom. I have $12 left on my card but am not returning to use it.

Love the Laundry Cafe. There is an issue with the limited number of laundry carts at the Girard location but I have always had a good experience.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the location on Allegheny. The staff here are crazy rude and not helpful at all. Been here 3 times and have always either had an issue with the machines, no available carts, or issues with someone who works there being rude. Never had problems at Allegheny so I just go there now.

I’m at the girard location right now and I’m livid. First the machine took 3 of my dollars and I was told nothing can be done until Monday. Then when I went to use the restroom there was no toilet paper or soap and was told there wasn’t any. And although the girl at the desk was nice, whoever the young girls were cleaning and sweeping, kept rolling their eyes at me and giving me dirty looks when I didn’t say a single word to them or anything. No professionalism here at all. I get more from the little Chinese laundromat around the corner from my house.

Just Ok. Last visit were lots of broken dryers.. Seems quality is going down and time for a new Laundromat though this one is convenient. And I agree about the older lady working there - she could be more friendly

Fairly clean, not busy today, more than half of all equipment isnt working . Some dryers dried well others barely at all . Overated advertising makes it more disappointing than it is. It got the job done.

Beautiful place to do laundry with new clean and working machines in a nice and clean environment. There are four in the city and they all have the same atmosphere! Great place to do your laundry with free dry!

Laundry mat was not clean, very dirty. The pictures are not a reflection of the actual laundromat. The washers were dirty. The floor was dirty. Half of the the washing machines were broken. Dont waste your time.

Only reason I came here is because it’s 24 hours, and didn’t want to drive to H&Z laundry. Worst mistake. I put my money into the card, and check the prices for the laundry detergent which is in the vending machines. $5 for a tiny Gain! I suck it up since it’s 2 am and I can’t run to a store, i put the extra $5 into my laundry card. Only then to find out the vending machines don’t even work. Luckily a woman offered to buy my card (which had 5 dollars on it). Also would like to mention I had to use an extra 5$ because I received barely any free drys for the 2 $6.99 machines! Waste of money, won’t come back here. STAFF = RUDE.

First time here and I will be back. The laundry is spacious with plenty of washers and dryers plus places to sit down. There is parking in the lot and a Dollar General in the shopping center in case you need something .

Awesome place to get your dirties cleaned and it doesnt take very long or a ton of money. They also provide a drop of service which is charged by the pound and I have opted for that service a few times and was extremely pleased on the turn around time (anywhere from same day to next day) and price was very affordable. Staff is usually nice, friendly and helpful, and the dryers are the best Ive seen in a long time. The Dryers dry your clothes in as fast as 25 minutes. Sometimes though there are some really ignorant patrons in there that can be loud and obnoxious leaving me want to get out of there quicker. otherwise though tolerable. best times in my opinion to go is early morning or late at night when it isnt crowded.

Lots of machines and dryers are mostly free. The dryers literally dry clothe in under 30 min. Never have I been able to wash 3 huge loads of clothes in about an hour. Place is clean and depending on what time you go its never that crowded. Love this placeEven has massage chairs, refreshments and lots of big flat screen tvs. Highly recommend this place. They even have a 1 day turn around if you want then to do your laundry, priced by the pound and inexpensive to boot.

I’m trying to redeem my free wash for my birthday. The attendant did not know what she was doing and the attempts she made to contact someone were not successful. So if it was a true emergency, what then. Bad customer service and there is no number that you can call for assistance. Horrible!!!

I would have given at five stars when it first opened. It used to be wonderful. Clean and all machines in working order...not so much now.

Wasnt what I expected! Thought it would be a cafe and laundry mat but it was just a laundry mat and a coffee machine that you could order coffee from. They do have stores near by which was amazing! Family dollar was literally right next door, Dunkin donuts was across the street!

Spacious with plenty of machines in working order. Clean and well kept. Reasonable. Free dry with wash.

Great place to do laundry. Nice, new machines. There are 2 massage chairs that cost $5 for 15 minutes to use while you wait. The only bad thing is that there really arent any other comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait other than the massage chairs.

Staff is friendly. The location was a little crazy but not too bad. A lot of stuff here is out of order though.

Really Good Laundromat.

I come to this laundry mat every other Wednesday between 1am and 5am, its usually a laundry attendant. Not this time, the place is dirty, the machines need to be clean and no toilet paper in the ladies room. Also I needed to buy laundry bags but no one was at the counter and when I used the vending machine my bags got stuck cuz the door wouldnt open. I asked a gentleman if he knew who was running the laundry mat tonight, he said the man was outside but he havent seen him in hours. The gentleman also tried to open the door so I could get my bags and it was stuck. Smh this used to be a nice clean laundry mat. I dont know who was working July 18 overnight hours but they shouldnt be paid.

My experiences here have all been great! Very helpful staff. Always have plenty of washers and dryers, and bonus drying is free!!! Numerous large screen tvs, massage chairs, and vending machines.

Prices aren’t bad. Free dry. BUT my Jeep was swiped in the parking lot. I try to never stay long and I park in the back if I am staying.

I have been going to this laundromat since it opened. Convenient and open 24 hours; however, its been going downhill since it opened. Went there earlier this week and there was a mouse in one of the washers. The price has gone up, but half the machines and dryers are out of order.

I was shocked at how much it costs to use a dryer at a laundromat in this day and age, but Im sure the price here is the same as everywhere else. Regardless, this place is staffed 24/7, yes... A laundromat that is not afraid to stay open overnight. If I had to utilize a laundromat all the time I would love to tend to my laundry latenight because less people are there and Im a night owl by nature. Anyway, its clean theres plenty of room, the restrooms are kept clean and they do sell extra laundry items that you may have forgotten or just run short or could even be an emergency, but they are right there in the vending machine and not just one use items there are small bottles of detergents, softeners, etc... I noticed the ladies folding the clothes of people who just drop off their clothes and pay the facility to do the dirty work. I may try that someday. The price is fair per pound especially for wash, dry, fold and package for you to take home and put away. There are also massage chairs, vending machines, coffee machine (Dunkin donuts is right across the lot about 50ft away). If you live close to this place or maybe further and have means to transport your laundry I would definitely recommend this location. ~~~Also you can register your laundry card that you deposit money onto and therefore if its lost it can be replaced~~~

Its been 8 months since coming to this laundromat. First all was good washer and dryer always worked not to many down. Now its the opposite, alot of washers & dryers not working from previous weeks. All the carts almost gone, understand not the owners fault, its crazy trying to get a cart to remove your clothes from a large machine if you can even get one. I frquent this laundryomat late at night or early in the am, any other time is a waste for me.
