Its fine..I like it because its very quiet when I wash.Machines are ok not expensive at all.Carts needs upgraded tho. The wheels on them are bad.👍

Dont know what happened this week but this is the first time Ive come and seen it in such a disarray. Trash everywhere, looks like no one had been here all week. Out of 2 attended neither one has been here. It looks totally abandoned.

There was a cockroach on the washer machine I used. I flung it away with my laundry card. And the detergent vending machine kept spitting back my perfect crisp dollar bill. But what else can you expect

If I could give no 🌟 star I would! One is too good. First time there...no staff, no staff, no staff! Rest room is out of order 🙄 Definitely wont be going back! From what Im reading this is the norm there. My fault for trying something new. Terrible ✌🏽

Jakes on Castor used to be clean and tidy but on my last trip here which was 11/21/2020, today, the place has over run trash containers, spills all over the place, lots of machines arent working, people are leaving empty food containers on the floors and chairs, no one is on premises to assist you if something goes wrong and the dryers are all operating under different pricing for drying. With COVID19 and the fact that the place should be clean this is understandable why they closed last time.

No attendant to help. Advertises free dry but charges for it. And after spending money to dry, the clothes werent. Broken machines, out of order restroom and the place was full of trash. And this was during their new grand opening. Lesson learned I guess.

I frequent this laundromat often it was so crowded the machines were down 7 dryers were out of service I couldnt get all of my laundry done

I went there for the first time, washers were not hot just slightly warm plus my wash was short compare to the Chinese laundromat I dry my clothes 30cents for 7 mins over an hour they still was not dry your place sinks when my money runs out Im going back to Chinese laundry you are not going to last long with phony advertising

Excellent self service with staff. Prices are good especially if you have a lot of laundry. Very clean. TVs, books, and magazines are available if you do not have anything to occupy your time.

Horrible experience a lot machines were not working Which when I put the card in to start the machine it wouldn’t work so I lost 5 dollars and no attendant was on sight to even help never coming back here again

50% + of both their washers and dryers are always out of order in some way. Prepare to have to wait for someone elses wash to be finished before you can start your own on the weekends.
