We had my daughters wedding reception here. The staff so helpful and attentive. The bar tender had a smile on her face the whole day and the DJ Jose kept us on the dance floor. Food was amazing, it was perfect. This is the second event I have had here and I have not been disappointed. Thank you.

Havent been here in over 10+ years. Was impressed with food and waitresses. They were very nice and mannerly because I bugged them a few times and nothing was ever a problem. We were there for a funeral luncheon. Impressed.

I was there for my mother in law 50th birthday and it was so beautiful. Their food was amazing, the ball room was so pretty but what made that night the amazing night ever was the bartender they had. She was so freaking cool and the drinks she made was the most delicious cocktail I ever had. I even want her to do my wedding. Definitely recommend and please ask if dina keller(shes the bartender there).P.s. I have a picture but out respect I didnt know if she wanted me to post her picture next to the amazing drink she made.

Had my vow renewal at the cottage green on 9/28/19 and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone had a wonderful time and the food was excellent! Alan and his staff were available for me via email and phone calls throughout the entire time from booking the event. Our renewal was set up like a typical wedding. The decor was gorgeous and every little thing I wanted was displayed perfectly (big thank you to Alan’s wife)I’ve lived in the Northeast all my life had never been to the cottage green but when I told people that I was having my event there everyone also raved about how nice the place is and how wonderful the food was. Our bartender was amazing & funny (Jeanette). The D.J service they used (Jimmy Mac) called me a few months before the event and set up a link for me to pick my music. He also called me a few days prior to walk me through everything, asking me everything from how we want to be introduced, each song we wanted played and when and the dances I wanted plus the timing of when we are doing them. Everyone was so helpful throughout this process. The only thing I would have done differently was to request me and my husband have a meal wrapped up to go since we were so busy mingling I didn’t finish my delicious dinner.I will be planning my daughters sweet 16 there for sure!Big thank you to the cottage greenThis place is AMAZING!

These ladies in the office were great. My aunt is planning a 70th birthday party here for 2020. The warmth an professionalism started at the door plus they have great customer services skills with humor. Loved them🤗 the rooms and ambiance were so inviting. Plus I found out you can order holiday food for your family an either picking up or deliver according to zip code. But they have gone as far as the airport. So order your extra sides like we will an give yourself some extra free hands for cooking. I loved my experience here an we were just planning a party. Will be back to get our roast beef for Thanksgiving. I hope you guys will give them a try as well.Enjoy 👏

My brother Joe and Christine threw a baby shower at Cottage Green. There is plenty of parking on the premises. The facility is clean and the wait staff are professional and work very hard. The room he rented was the perfect size for this event. I would definitely recommend Cottage Green for all types of gatherings.

Great food, attentive staff

I wish I didnt have to give them a star at all, my family had booked this place for a luncheon after my grandmothers funeral and we had nothing but poor service, the one server who was older than the rest of the servers was really rude and had an attitude because we asked for some iced tea (which was really warm almost hot), then we asked for some soda and she gave us an attitude again, one of the servers took my moms fork and my mom had to ask others at her table for a fork just so she could eat, their food wasnt that good at all, their meatballs were overcooked and the sauce they used was just nasty, we had mixed vegetables and the ones that were suppose to be green were actually purple, their potatoes were over seasoned and unable to eat, and as soon as everyone was almost done eating the servers started cleaning up making us all feel like we were being kicked out, we didnt have time to talk amongst ourselves about my grandmother inside the cottage green inn instead we had to do it outside in their parking lot, their bathroom for the ladies is a mirror maze and many of us walked into them (accident waiting to happen), I will NOT BOOK anything with these people ever.

Cottage Green was amazing! I had my sisters 40th Birthday Celebration there on 5/4/19 and everything was great! The staff (Celeste and Megan) were extremely friendly, the banquet crew helped set up my things, Alan came to set up the projector, room was gorgeous and the food was GREAT! I loved the fact that I was able to come in and decorate.The first time I came to Cottage Green to decorate and manage a memorial service and I loved everything about Cottage so I return as a customer. They did not disappoint!The one thing that I wanted was the option of taking the leftovers home. My brother-in-law, sister and I didnt have an opportunity to eat all of our food so we wanted to take it home but couldnt. Bummer...because the food was so good!We had such a wonderful time that my brother now wants to have his 10 year wedding anniversary.One more thing, parking was great!Thank you Cottage Green! My sister loved her special day!

My family recently held an event at Cottage Green and I have to say that the staff and facility were WONDERFUL! When we originally contacted Cottage Green, it was their responsiveness that initially impressed us. Being from out of town, having someone respond quickly and with sufficient information was important. We were also thrilled by their large parking lot, as many other places had street parking only. However, it was their attention to detail during our event that wound up impressing me the most. When we arrived 3 hours prior to our event to set up our programs, flowers, etc., we found the place beautifully decorated for our event. The staff assisted us in setting up our stuff and connecting to their projector. One of the things that I really liked was that if there was something they didn’t have or couldn’t do, they offered alternatives and made sure that we had everything we needed for our event to be perfect. The staff was considerate and extremely attentive. Several of our guests commented on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The bartender was particularly nice, and was really good with the children at our event. And the food was DELICIOUS!!! Many, many guests raved about the food. Honestly, I was an event planner for 5 years and it is hard to find places that are so easy to work with and that provide so much!!!

Place has been completely renovated and looks great! All different size rooms to accommodate your needs. Food was very good.... surprisingly very very good!! Village caterers know what theyre doing!! I had been here years ago, and didnt want to go back. But a family member had a luncheon there, and I was shocked at all of the changes. Absolutely recommended!!

We just had our wedding yesterday and it was amazing!!! We had a brunch and everything about the event was excellent. My guests raved about the atmosphere, food and cake. Kim made everything simple, was super helpful and very nice throughout the whole process. The staff was nice, courteous and respectful. Have been here several times for wedding celebrations and funeral luncheons. Cottage Green has several rooms and can hold multiple functions at the same time. The staff is very attentive and will make sure you have whatever you need, the bar is well stocked with good beer selection and mid shelf liquors. The food has been great every time we have come here over the years. I would recommend to anyone who wants an intimate setting with family and friends.

Village Catering always puts on a great breakfast for our group of 100+ business people. Alan and his team are total professionals and can stage any tyle of event. Weddings, showers, anniversaries and business functions.

Its a good place if you have to have a gathering they have a lot of rooms you can rent all in all the good food and they have cocktails

Our wedding was a class act .Staff was very attentive. The decor was absolutely gorgeous and food was out of this world. Desserts were delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests .

The hall was nice, and the food was pretty good, only issue was it was supposed to be a surprise baby shower for my wife and the greeter up front basically ruined the surprise when i asked for the room to go to. She called out the baby shower in front of my wife and ruined the surprise. My family was a bit upset when they found out my wife knew because of the lady upfront announcing it.

They treat you like family! Ive had several celebrations at The Cottage Green and Kevin Evans has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. The food is delicious and the service is phenomenal. Free parking and a convenient location in the northeast. We will continue to do business with them for many more years to come.

My fathers 80th birthday was celebrated here. Food was very good. DJ was excellant. Staff friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion, figure out a way to keep tables not so close to sound system. Our table was right next speaker. Too close for ear comfort.

This current manager here fired a friend of mine after one shift and is currently refusing to pay her actually having the audacityto claim that she still owes them money for her uniform she was sent to be fitted for. This seems like a unprofessional manager who thinks he can swindle anyone out of a days pay after ignoring them for weeks then making up excuses at the end just to get out of paying people. Who would pay $75 to work at this place? Who would pay to let this dope host their special day when its clear he has very little regard for anyone?

I have used this venue on several occasions for events. The food is good and reasonable prices. They have their own parking lot and not difficult to locate.

On October 12, 2019 my wife and I got married at Cottage Green on Ashton road in Philadelphia. Alan, Linda and the staff were absolutely amazing they worked with us through absolutely every single little detail and the pricing was exceptionally reasonable we were able to make payments coming up to the wedding which made it less stressful on us. The food was out of this world we had the flounder stuffed with crab imperial, smoked ham, roast beef and a baked ziti along with grilled garlic cheddar potatoes and buttered corn along with a lot of other sweets and the numerous hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend this venue for any event you choose to have. Wish I could give them more then 5 stars. Awesome place 😊

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was so wonderful I had to spread the word. I live in NC, but my mom spent the last 10+ years of her life in Philadelphia. So when she passed from colon cancer it made sense to have her memorial there. Over several months of planning the staff was amazing. Meghan, Alan and Celeste were responsive and caring while still maintaining complete professionalism.They provided pictures of everything, from the room to the contents of packages I sent in advance. The florist we chose wasn’t able to deliver on our schedule so we used one of Cottage Green’s preferred vendors. The flowers were even better than the pictures we provided as examples.When I arrived at the site the day of the event, having never seen it before, everything was PERFECT!The flowers were already delivered. The centerpieces and tables were set wonderfully. The projector, podium and screen were set, jut awaiting our adjustments. They worked closely with us to get the audio/visual just right. We started the program late (no fault of theirs) and they adjusted. Things were running long and they brought out food for the children, even making extra for those I hadn’t specified in advance. The food was excellent, with a variety that gave everyone from my family (gluten free, vegetarian, no beef, no pork, etc.) a full meal. The bartender was loved by adults and kids alike.I couldn’t have found a better place to work with during one of the most trying times of my life. To be able to do that from multiple states away says just how well Cottage Green treats their customers and guests. My family was extremely impressed and want to use their services for future events. I truly believe that five stars doesn’t do it justice, but that’s all they will let me give.

My family and I went for mothers day. It was terrible! The shrimp were taninstead of pink. The food was cold, selection very limited. My kids didnt like anything except the salad. They should at least serve chicken fingers for picky kids. The crab cakes were good, but thats about it. The fettechini alfredo was lumpy and cold. The strawberry shortcake was frozen in the middle.
