From the time I sat down to meet Mrs. D until the day of my party it’s was nothing but an absolute pleasure! She handled EVERYTHING for my party! Her and her staff were amazing and professional, they catered to my every want and need! All I had to do was show up to my party. Her and her amazing staff decorated, catered, bartended, hosted, and cleaned up. As far as the decor she brought my vision for my party to life! Her food was very good! And the best part about it was I got to leave afterwards and didn’t have to clean up! No worries!!!! I will definitely recommend her hall and all of their services to everybody! She will be seeing me again! I’m sold I will never use another hall again!
Everything was done beautifully and professionally. Food was delicious also. I had a wonderful time. The environment was safe also.
The hall was nicely decorated. Paid for 100 people, they ran out of food which was tasty, but they ran out of food with 4 tables not being served. We had to buy buckets of chicken. There was not enough sodas & water. Coffee was old and less than half full. Cappuccino machine was inoperable. Not enough staff to serve. There was only 2 servers. Owner is professional, personable. Would I use them again, yes for the venue only. Pleanty of On street parking available on wyncote ave. With bringing in your own food they will provide servers.
Paragon Hall hosted my Wedding!! The decor, food, dj, drinks, cake, and the whole ambiance was on point!!! It was beautiful! Everything flowed the planning was stress free, and the guest left happy and satisfied. I would book with them for future events
The hall was really nice I didnt like the servers who served the food they didnt change their gloves enough kept walking around with the same gloves I didnt like that thats truly my only downfall downfall with the banquet hole
The Paragon showed up & showed out for my event today. I left all details to them & it was fabulous. A Celebration of Life for my Son & a celebration it was. Thank you again! ❤️
Had a baby shower for my daughter today and everything was great I love everything thing that Paragon Banquet hall did the decorations was very beautiful. The staff was excellent with everything help with things and step in with everything they was dynamite ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I most definitely will be using them again.Thank you again for your service paragon banquet hall

I love this place. I’ve already had 2 events here. Both events were amazing. Miss Dee is great she makes sure you have everything you need and everyone is so nice. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely loves this place it was amazing Ms. Dee was exceptional, very professional and warm. I would have thought she was from the south how much southern hospitality she was giving. I can’t wait to do the next event there, the staff was so nice great conversations with them all. I enjoyed every moment there I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
I absolutely love this place!!!! The owner is so positive and supportive. This is definitely a great place to have your event at. I was a vendor at a event that was happening there and the customer service was just fantastic. Not to mention the place is beautiful.

The room set up for the birthday party was excellent. The service was good, the music was excellent. I enjoyed myself as Im sure everyone did.
Ms. D, was very nice kind and professional the prices was reasonable for the hall and for her to decorate. The only thing is you don’t get Tim to set up and break down. My time was from 8-2 so we could set up the food until 8 and we had to be out by 2 it was a big issues I just recommend you adjust your time so I told people the party was from 9-1 so the food could heat. Tasha and Josh who were the bartenders were friendly kind and helpful.
Very good place to have event. Had my event here on April 27th great staff Ms D, Tasha, and John were great. Will definitely be back for more service and events.Thanks to all!

Came to set up a backdrop for an event that started at 7. I arrived at 5:48 and had to wait outside until 6pm. 1 hour to decorate but whats worse is that I wasnt let in being only like 12 minutes early. 2 minutes early, still no let in. Exactly 6pm..

My initial meeting was great. She gave me lots of information about setting up for my event. Customer service was amazing and she was very accommodating.

Ms.D was not pleasant she needs to learn customer service skills. Shes very unprofessional. She made guess feel uncomfortable, not very friendly at all. I would never want to go back. Think twice before having your event here.
The owner was very petty towards us. One of the many petty things she did. Our time was from 2pm to 6pm and we couldnt bring food or set up until 2pm. So basically we had to set up as guess were coming in & it was so cold in the building my guess had to keep there coats on, and many other petty things smh
OVER PRICED, AND FIVE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING! WE ALREADY PAID A NICE AMOUNT OF MONEY. STINKY LITTLE DARK BATHROOMS. PAID MORE MONEY FOR HER TO DECORATE AND TRIED TO CHARGE US $30 A PIECE FOR 2 PAPER FLOWERS! WHAT A RIP OFF.
The steps killed me but, the event was nice and well decorated/catered.
The staff prepare the hall with you in mind, the catering was excellent and professional. The hall is intimate but spacious.

Really bad owner told us that we could come in an hour earlier to setup they did not open the doors until the event started so it made it very difficult for me to set up then there were special made candles and I was told to take them off the table I would not recommend this place.Very ghetto!
