Got an amazing pedicure. The lady was very courteous and even had a gadget to hold my feet. They bring you a complementary cold drink, I got a frozen Margarita.

I love this nail salon. The staff are friendly and professional, and the salon is clean and welcoming. They are conveniently located in the Stone Hill shopping center. I don’t get my nails done very often, but this is the salon that will always get my business.

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! I went here for a full set of nails and While getting my nails done I asked if she could cut them down some more she would cut them down after applying the acrylic powder and she didn’t not to mention she took two hours to complete the set.Upon leaving I noticed small cracks on the sides of the nail an when address she said they would be fine it’s just the “top coat”. 2 days after having the set two of my nails broke right across the tip of my natural nail where the cracks on the side where that I had mentioned then a week later 3 more came off one resulting in me losing my natural nail.

First tech was unable to do what I asked so a second tech was sent and did a horrible job. It wasnt a hard design and if they couldnt do it they should of said so. First time at this location and will never return and will let my friends know to avoid. For $73 they could of done a much better job- overpriced.

The girl at the front was not educated on anything in the shop. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and then they did whatever they wanted. Lastly, my pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. They just threw the gel on and then tried to give me a pedicure after the gel was already there. Smh. The situation was so weird I just left without getting my eyebrows done. Would not recommend to my enemy

WARNING Way to expensive for terrible service. I took my daughter for a daughter/mother mani/pedi day. When I asked the price of the pedi would cost she said $48 for gel and $30 without. She insisted that we get gel for $48 because it was better. It got so irritating that we decided to just do the gel for $48. It was also hard to understand because English was not to good so I ask the guy who was doing my pedi and he said the same. After they were done I got a full set and he showed me a few pictures of nail designs and said that it would cost me $60. When he got done the quality of work was terrible and wasn’t worth the $60. Plus he didn’t even do it like it was done on the pictures. When it was time to pay they charged me $58 not $48 and when I told him what I was told he told me it was nothing for him to do about it. What was suppose to be a bonding moment with my daughter turned into the worst nail experience I had ever had.

Horrible! I asked for coffin shape and they came out extremely thick and squared. I prefer longer nails and I understand that these might be harder to do but please put a person that actually knows how to do them. The color was very different on the pallet than on the actual nail and I had an appointment at 6 but they didn’t start until about an hour later. Also kinda overpriced, $57 for a new gel set where other places it would be $40. Won’t be returning ever

Google really needs to start allowing zero stars. Walked in at 11:30, was told would be a half hour, I said no problem can we make an appointment for later then. Was told yes, come back at 12:30 and left my name and phone number. I asked directly “if I come back at 12:30, will I get right in?” I was told YES. Came back at 12:30, told the girl I was there for a 12:30 pedi appt. she told me no, come back later because 6 women had just walked in ahead of me. I explained what I was told and what had happened at 11:30, so she looked around like she was lost and then said “ok come sit” so I sat in a pedi chair and waited there for another 15 minutes and no one came to me. The girl finally came over and I told her I was leaving. Ridiculous.

Lily was amazing first time doing my nails in years and love them!!! My friend with the Tiffany blue nails loved hers as well!!! Yall are awesome!!!

I went in for a manicure and gel polish. Something that should have been very simple. The tech (Henry) not only put SNS powder on my nails -when I asked for just gel he stated that this was how they did things- the nails were thick, uneven in length and topical curvature. I also had to ask for him to trim my cuticles. Four days later I have now had to take everything off [ON THANKSGIVING!!!]. The gel polish wasnt set correctly and started to shift, peel, and pop getting polish all over my clothes.While there 3 of the techs started arguing about who would be taking care of the last client that had just finished her pedicure that was needing a set put on. They made her move chairs three time. This was so unprofessional!! She asked if she needed to come back at another time and one tech said told her to sit and he would take care of her- this was after yelling at his coworkers.End of it all my tab was $98!!! For a simple gel color change on my toes and gel manicure!!! I was charged for a full set of nails, and gel :(Very unhappy with this service and the results and I will not be back.

I get my eyebrows waxed here often and they listen each time when I say I want to grow my eyebrows. They are quick and do a good job overrall. The only thing I would change (if I could) is lowering the cost since average is $10 and they charge $13. I always leave a tip so this comes out more than I’d like but like I said they do a good job. I LOVE how they decorate and furnish their nail salon. It’s exactly the way all should be- relaxing, easy on the eyes, organized, clean and welcoming. It’s a plus that there’s no TVs either. We get enough of that at home and it’s nice to get a break to just be.I also like their pedicures and think again they do a great job. Will keep going for all these reasons.Highly recommend!

My first time I went, I had a great service and my nails looked great. This was right after they reopened and they were good with cleaning and masks.The most recent time I went, a few days ago, the lady who did my nails was terrible. I asked for dip and she did full acrylic. She also made my nails a really wide square but not before she cut me while using the (forgot the name) nail file drill.My pedicures have always been good. The people who reopened are different from the people I see now working. I may try the sister salon to see if the people from my first time are there.

Please be aware of this place! I now have an infection on my toe from the pedicure I paid for a week and 3 days ago. The place was dirty should had known better. The guy was cutting me and now I need to doctor for treatment. I will be reporting this to the health department. Not only did I get a horrible service and now an infection. According to them I did it all to myself, broke my own nails and Im sure gave myself an infection. Not only have I never broken a nail I have never gotten an infection from a nail salon.

Ive been going here for years with no problems. Today was not so good. The nail tech could not shape my nails good (almond shape) so another tech had to come help. He also offered an ombre look, I said Sure, if you know how to do ombre. He did not, there was sparkles halfway down my nails and straight across them, it looked terrible. I had him cover my nails up with pink gel polish. I went in for SNS. The manager was no help. I dont plan on returning. I do thank Mary for shaping my nails and saving me from an anxiety attack.

My experience was relaxing, but... when I arrived I specifically inquired about price - I was told $25 for pedy + $17 for polish. Unfortunately this was not the case! $84 was what I was charged. On a positive note they offer complimentary alcoholic beverages, the slushy was great! My technician was absolutely friendly and lovely. But polish not precise. Over all a nice experience but would not recommend for the OCD or budget.

Susan is amazing. I only had time for a classic pedi today and this was my first time here since I just moved to the area. I have a lot going on and Ive been incredibly stressed. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and my sparkly gold toes look amazing. I will be back soon when i have time so Susan can make my feet look beautiful again!

Went in for a pedicure. I’ve tried several places in the last year and I have to say the tech did a fabulous job. I was not rushed, she gave a phenomenal massage and my feet look fabulous! I will absolutely be back to get them done again and to get my nails done. So far so good!

I have been going here for over a year. I get SNS and usually have John. He does an amazing job, no matter what I ask him to do. He loves the challenge and they always turn out GREAT! Im always so happy with my nails when I leave. I was just there yesterday and also had a great pedicure done by Nancy. I will recommend them to anyone!

I came here and had Jon. He was AWESOME. Super experienced, didn’t cut or hurt me at all (this happens a lot for me because my skins grows under my nails further than most) and was able to recommend better options for me. He know the products and applications very well because he used to own his own salon. Highly recommend asking for Jon!

I got a full set and within 3 days I had 3 broken nails which 2 of them just flicked off. I went back and they charged me $15 to fix them, after 2/3 days the same nails flicked off. Ive been doing my nails for years and never had nails just randomly flicked off. I was very upset because I paid $60 with tip.

Pedi and Mani done Hai did a wonderful job!!!Highly recommend great experience feel like I have new pretty feet and hands. Love the massage chairs.

I called at 9:30 to make an appointment for 11:00. They double booked. I have gone here for years. I drove 30 minutes to get there and told them as much. They asked if I could come back at 2:00!! That is 3 hours later than appointment I made on the phone! I will never go back there again.

There good at what they do. Not very fast. They are open on Sundays! Friendly service. Fixed a nail that I didn’t even realize I needed fixing.Very honest and talkative.

Ive only gone to Mary. I see her by appointment and I never have to wait more than five minutes, and 80% of the time she takes me when I arrive. I get the SNS and she does a lovely job. Love the strawberry margaritas. She does an awesome pedicure as well.

Great Nails is such a great place to do nails. I love their service and their decoration, looks like a luxury nails salon, but thankfully, they have a very good price. I come to get pedicure every weekend and I love those spa pedicure massage chairs. I felt very comfortable using the featured massage functions. I felt even more comfortable with the pedicure service, they cleaned my feet well and gave me good short leg massages. After getting pedicure done, my feet really felt fresh and lighter.

JOHN was my tech. Im from Houston ..and was visiting for the weekend. John was very nice. He made me laugh all while hooking my nails up! There are many things to choose from.. Ill recommend them to anyone. The price is higher than what I pay in Houston..but very much worth it. Great experience..Thanks Bob

I have been going here since they opened. This place is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. It is ALWAYS packed, good luck getting in on the weekend w/o an appt and be prepared to wait if you dont. Kim is the lady that does my nails, she is the manager and is awesome! It has always been very relaxing, clean and an overall nice atmosphere. My friends & co-workers always admire my nails and now all of them go to Great Nails too! I have always been greeted by a smiling face and a glass of wine and very affordable. Matter of fact, Im having a fabulous ladies party there in a few weeks. Some people you just cant please no matter what you do. Try it for yourself and see...Youll be going back.Oh and they dont yank you back, throw you in a chair and put you in cold water If this really happened, would you be back a second time? Drama!

My wife went in on 12/23 for nails and face wax. She reports that this is a well run and managed shop. Her nails were great, however her face wax was almost a nightmare. The operator pulled skin in patches on her cheek and around her chin....We were 1week from our sons wedding. We called 2x and went by 3x, the final time I had to go to meet the manager to finally get a full Cash refund. Yes we will come back for nails but recommend being careful with waxing.

Paid $5 to fix a nail that broke within 5 days of getting it done! I loved the guy who did my nails first and I understand nails break but within the first 5 days that’s ridiculous! I typically stay at one nail shop for years but I will NEVER go back!

I was able to get in and out but i wasn’t impressed with the services. I got shellac/gel polish change and my polish began peeling the day of. I’m extremely upset about it. I don’t like wasting my money.

This is a great place, just like its name. The modern design and new furniture make it looks like a royal salon. The salon is always busy but they got so many technicians that I don’t have to wait long every time I come. The technicians wear uniform and look very professional just as their job. I come every two weeks to get manicure and pedicure combo. The price is cheap for the great service.

Friendly atmosphere! John does an excellent job. I like my nails square and round at edges. He does them exactly the way I like them done everytime.

My mother in law brought me here. She set up an appointment at 3pm, didnt get someone till maybe 10 minutes later. They sat me down and then the guy gets up and goes to another chick that wanted her nails redone because she didnt like how the other lady did them and leaves me there waiting for over 30 minutes! Then after my mother in law said something, they sent me to Kim and she did a good job on my nails. But the whole reason of making an appointment is so you wont have to wait over 30 minutes, right?!!!

Its great, my nail tech was just so wonderful.

They do a good job - but keep raising prices. $28 for a gel manicure just seems so high! The other downside is that the pedicure water is cold and therefore not very relaxing. On the plus, they have the greatest color selection of any other salon I have been to in the area. Im going to try other nail salons that arent so pricey!

This place is fantastic. Received quick and excellent service. My pedi/mani was done by a very nice man that continually checked on my comfort level and did an excellent job making me feel like I belonged (I dont get nails done very often). I will def be back here and highly recommend them. They have over 15 chairs! There were lots of people in and I didnt have to wait. Very satisfied.

Ive been coming here since they first opened. Julie is my nail tech and does a fabulous job on my waxing, SNS and nail art and jelly pedicure with designs. They are all friendly and the salon is clean and comfortable. When on vacation Ive had to go to other salons in different cities and they have all paled in comparison.

What a horrible experience!I have given this nail shop several chances - each time greatly disappointed! This last time - today - was the worst!I went in specifically asking to have my shellac soaked off and to have a really good natural manicure.I left $30 later with nails that looked uneven, not filed or smoothed and dirty! This was after asking (Kevin) not once but twice to redo the buffing and clean my nails! And massage - what massage! He simple rubbed a little lotion on my hands - no cuticle oil nothing!DO NOT go here! They do not care about nail care - they care about money! Which in the long run is too bad! I simply wanted to give my nails a break and then would have returned for shellac again.Horrible customer service in my opinion!

I got a pedicure yesterday and I asked for a regular pedicure and when I paid they tried to charge me for the most expensive pedicure when you pick a flavor and they soak your feet in that stuff but I did not get that I got a regular pedicure so they tried to charge me $51 for a regular pedicure which I did not get and the guy who did my pedicure tried to tell me that I got that but I did not so I’m very unhappy with this place and I will never go back! They WILL rip you off!!!

Ive had nothing but good experiences at this salon and Ive been returning routinely for over a year. The pedicure water is always warm or hot. Nick, the manager, is fantastic. The wait is never long. Appointments are welcome and, frankly, I recommend making one because this salon is crazy busy on the weekends!

If i could give this place less than 1 star i would. They can’t do any shape correct. If you ask them to fix something they give you attitude and blame it on you. There’s always a man smoking coming in and out and it smells like cigarettes. Overall, don’t recommend coming here. This will definitely be my last time.

Went in tonight to get manicures for my daughter and I. We were very rushed. A man did my daughter’s nails over in a corner where I couldn’t even see her and she was done in five minutes. She didn’t get a massage or cuticle treatment- all he did was file her nails and paint them. I asked the manager if that was was the manicure entailed and he said no. He then proceeded to ask the man who did her mani if he did it and he totally lied and said he did everything. Super disappointing that the manager didn’t believe us and thought my daughter was lying. We will not be going back.

Horrible! This was my first time here, and my last. I will start with saying they do not use clean tools. They keep them in the bags to make you think they are new, but the bags are not sealed, and if you look at the tools they are dirty.Now for my nails. I told her I wanted gel and she kept pushing SNS on me, so I finally gave it. She said it would last for 3 weeks minimum, it didnt even last 4 days. All my nails have chipped, lifted, and one even peeled off completely.Now for my toes. It was the post painful pedicure I have ever had. Even when I jumped and told him it hurt, he remained just as rough, even making me bleed. He also put so many coats of polish on, that when I put socks on the NEXT day, it smudged both of my big toes.I would not recommend this nail salon.

Ive tried this place twice: once for an acrylic fill and once for a pedicure. I will NEVER go back.For the fill, the nail tech spent more time looking away from my nails than at them so my nails were obviously uneven, the skin around my nails was rubbed raw, and the gel polish was on my skin. They also changed the price on me. I went to another place a few days later and paid them to take them off.For the pedicure, I paid for the stone massage pedi which says itll be 50 minutes... Most of which should be a massage. It only took 30 minutes. Also, I went in because my toe nails were long and I had some dead skin on my heels...i left with long nails (he didnt cut them... just filled them a little) and dread skin still on my feet. Now Im going to need to pay someone else for another pedicure so its done right.

Pedicures are just fine, nail polish is perhaps a bit watered down as it didn’t last as long as usual.

Today, I went in for a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was okay. However, the polish coat was too thin causing the finished product to look under polished. And he refused to do my nails for whatever reason. The nail tech was Henry.For the manicure and full set, I showed the nail tech exactly what I wanted in a picture and she said she could do it before she began. When she was finished, my nails looked nothing like the picture, and she proceeded to say the picture was photoshopped. But regardless, she said she could do the image the way the image looked, but she didn’t. And she blamed me for picking powder that I had no idea of what it would look like once she was finished. All I knew was I wanted what I showed her and didn’t get it. Needless to say, she tried to fix her error, but it was too late after the powder was applied. And the nails are too thick. I won’t have these nails on for long. The nail tech was Jenny.

I went last evening to Great Nails and it was the worst experience at a nail salon Ive had. Only the manager spoke English and he was gone for the day when I was finished. The tech kept setting the light directly on my toenails smudging the paint. I liked the look of the techs nails only to be told they dont do that. She had gone to another Salon. I will not be going back or recommending!

Terrible experience! After my purchase, I came back to make a return and they said it was against their policy- a policy posted nowhere around the store, nor spoken to me at the time of purchase. When I went in, no one even stood up and addressed me to discuss the matter, I was discarded quickly and given no help. They said the manager would give me a call and clear up the matter, but I never got a call back. I went in again and had the same outcome. Terrible people, terrible service, terrible business. 0/10. Would NOT recommend.

I have never gotten a pedicure done beforebefore, I usually just get a manicure from different places. My first time here my first Mani and pedi and WOW!!! Diana is the one who took care of me and it was amazing. There was no rushing, she asked me if I was ok, it was amazing .Loved this first experience.

I had a manicure and pedicure done by Julie/ Julia, she was very cold and not talkative. First off, the water was very hot and I told her that and she told me to sit in it anyway. Some of my toes when she was doing my pedicure were not straight and I asked her to fix a few multiple times which made her visibly angry. The polish was done poorly and continued to come off the following day on my manicure. They overcharged me for my sisters manicure and failed to give me a recipe so I could not return and get my money back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is awful! I had my nails ripped off like I was in a torture chamber. YOU NEVER REMOVE ACRYLIC NAILS WITHOUT SOAKING THEM. My nail beds are almost completely gone. It hurts so bad! Now I cannot get my nails done for a couple months.

Way too much watching the next customer coming in to see who would get them. Pretending to push back cuticles with tool and cleaning from under nail by simply touching the tool to the nail and moving on.

Edit: I have removed my SNS and found gouges taken out of my nail from when she preped my nail and used a rotary tool on my cuticles. She kept going over the cuticle area over and over and now that it is grown out I see the trenches left in my nail. I tried buffing them out, but some are so deep I cant get them. I reduced my rating by 1 star because I shouldnt have this much damage on my nail.Normally Im not picky, but for the price, Im going to be picky. The environment was so nice. The ladies who did my mother in laws and my nails were super kind. I got SNS and she got acrylic. It was my first time ever getting my nails done so I dont know if this is what people normally do.... She took a rotary file up to my natural nail and cuticle to prep it for SNS. I would think because its my soft natural nail (which she was aware) you could just use a hand file. Oh well my natural nail is just thinner now. My nails are naturally very long and kinda strong, some nails more brittle than the others. She asked me what shape I wanted and I told her almond. My nails were pretty misshapen (but still kinda almond shaped) from all the times I didnt fix them after I broke them. She did most of my nails almond and my thumbs & index fingers were in a slightly rounded square. My nails were uneven from all the breaking so I was hoping she would even them out. NOPE, my thumbs were a whole centimeter off from each other and she left them like that. She did the SNS super thick on my ring finger and uneven, so when I got home I shaved it down and put a gel topcoat on it. She also got some stuff trapped in my SNS and didnt remove it. So Ive been dealing with little dust and black spots in some of my nails. Overall, my nails were a let down and the service was good.

I just got a pedicure and accidentally stubbed my big toe getting into my car which ruined the front toe. Went back in and they fixed it right up right away.

Have been going there for years but the last couple of times I’ve gone, their quality is horrible. I’ve gotten SNS since they started carrying it and the last time they started to peel off within 5 days. As for my pedicure they cut me and when I told them they didn’t care and they tried to overcharge me! Will never go there again.
