I have been visiting this nail salon since I moved to Phoenix in 2016. I wasn’t happy at first because they did not get the ways I wanted my nails but eventually they did and I have been happy. Ms. Lisa and Amy are the best and after getting my husband to get his first pedicure in 2019, he’s also sold. Love this place

My friend recommended Tommy at Tuyet Royal Nails about 3 years ago. I have been very pleased with the salon and Tommy since the first time I walked in the door. Tommy does my nails and La Na does my toe nails and I really the job both of them do. I like how clean and the atmosphere of the salon. Everyone is a pleasure to be around with a happy good attitude. I get little animals and butterflies painted on my toes and La Na does an exceptional job and I get comments on my fingernails and toe nails all the time. Ive never walked out of the salon dissatisfied Im happy I tried Tuyet Royal Nails and cant imagine going somewhere else. Try the salon all the nail techs are great.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years or more. I guess people get comfortable. I started getting attitude for canceling two appointments. Things happen in peoples life and I was in a car accident and an appointment slipped my mind. I was treated like it was a regular thing I did. While doing my nails he had to repaint a few times because with the shields your hands Barely have room with all the COVID guidelines and those things you should expect that and not give the client attitude you had to redo it a few times. Treated me like it was purposely done. I can’t believe I was treated so poorly with how much I have spent there the last 5+ years and bring additional people in with me. The reason for this post is because my appointment was cancelled last min yesterday and was today. Then with the reschedule I couldn’t get in till Thursday next week. A week away and I had to wait a week for this appointment. I was asked to allow someone else to do my nails but I have done that several times and always disappointed with the work they did and had to come back in to fix it and pay. So I was told to try some place new. If I didn’t want to wait. So don’t get comfortable at this place they treat you with no value. Excited to try win nails 1440 n dysart.

My daughter had been coming here a while and I just started getting my nails done. I’ve been for pedicures here in the past as well. Fast, friendly and I love the quality of my nails. Much better quality than the last place I went.

They always are willing to try and accommodate you into anyone’s schedule you request as best as possible if it’s last minute and help work around your schedule. Tommy the owner is AMAZING and incredibly talented at Nails as so is everyone else you can’t go wrong . Ana is so very sweet her pedicures are to die for and she does an amazing job at any manicures gels dipping powder & all your waxing needs. You really can’t go wrong with any of the staff they do a fantastic job and pay special attention to detail .

I was dying ( first world problems) and needed my nails done before I started work at a new job tomorrow. Tommy is the manager and OF course he was booked! So I went to miss Ana and she Impressed me so much with her technical skills and everything. I’m going to cosmetology school so I exam and everything that she did. Clean nice caring talk to me but when I said I need to listen to my school she allowed me to do it she said I’m not gonna bother you and she just concentrated on my nails to make them good I showed her a picture and she did exactly exactly what I wanted!!!I will be going back in 2 1/2 maybe three weeks and to get a fill and I’m also going to get a pedicure and I highly recommend Lisa for pedicures because she can make anything ugly pretty.I will never go to another place I will always support @tuyetroalnails 83rd Ave. and deer ValleyEveryone is so happy and positive.

I have been coming here for eyebrow waxing and shaping since I moved to Peoria. Its a quaint, very clean, and friendly salon. They are always so kind to my five-year old when I have her with me. The customer service is excellent too! I came in for a pedicure today and I loved it. The prices are reasonable too. Will be back!

I was able to make an appt the night before I needed it and fit my sister in an hour before hand. That was great, but this was the worst pedicure I have had. Massage was quick and basic. I did gel and the polish looks horrible. They didn’t even finish trimming my nails until after they were painted. Also, didn’t even push back my cuticles. Not happy at all for the $51 spent. Won’t be back.

Things changed. Hope things get better it was good until they had me waiting for an hour and wont change nail polish taking people over me. Even with appointment they pass people and let me waiting and dont go there to fix anything without the manager they will miss treat you.

My mom has been going to get nails done for years here for years by Lei and she LOVES her always takes care of my mom when she goes in to get her nails done. For me I go to school in Tucson but whenever I come into town I get my nails done by Tommy, he can really do just about everything on nails. My Pinterest nail board really comes to life when I get my nails done. I highly recommend getting your nails done.

Don’t go here!!! Only went to this place because Palace Nails by Fry’s was booked. My mom and I were both disappointed by our pedicure technicians. They were not gentle at all and we both ended up with cuts on our cuticles because they were so rough! Waste of money for sub par pedicures.
