My regular nail place had a 2 hours wait. I came here and it was great the got me in right away and my nails are beautiful. Will come here again.

Ive been coming here exclusively for almost 5 years now. This is the only place I have ever gone to that is able to do my length of nails and they dont snap within a week! They dont come off till a month sometimes longer!! The only time they break or come off is at least a month in when my nails are over due for a fill lol I will always recommend them to people and I am always getting compliments on them.

This was my first time and they did not disappoint!I brought in a photo and he was able to deliver.The facility was clean and my appointment was on time. The price was also very good. I cannot wait until next time!

Ive been going to Vu / Mystic Nails since opened opened and were at Parkwest. 10 plus years!! Very clean, professional and so talented!! When I moved out of state for a few years I would make an appointment with Vu while I was home. So happy to back and back at Mystic nails!!

Made an appointment online in advance, they were not ready for me when I showed up. Had to wait for 20 mins. The nail tech who did my gel manicure was very nice but slow and meticulous. She did my pedicure, manicure, and brow wax. I wanted chrome powder and she didn’t know how to do it. She put too much gel Polish on because it’s been 4 days since getting a manicure and 2 of my nails chipped. Had to scrape the rest of the Polish off. She nicked 2 of my fingers even though an electric drill wasn’t used on me. She did ok shaping my brows but once I got home I saw hairs under my brows that she had clearly missed and I had to pluck. 2 friends loved the service they received but I can’t say the same. Also some of the tools they use don’t look clean like nail files.

Scheduled an appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived. Very clean! They did my nails sooo good within a reasonable amount of time. They even have a kids spa chair i love it! Highly recommend.

The owner Vu does amazing nails. He does all my designs freehand and they always look fabulous. I repeatedly get compliments on my nails. I will be a customer for life.

My daughter comes to mystic nails and loves their work so I thought I would see how good they are. I went in as a walk-in and they took me right in. Sean was my nail technician and did an amazing job! Definitely going back every two weeks! So glad I finally found a good nail salon to go to! Plus their prices are great also!

This was my first time there. First thing I noticed is how clean the salon is. The staff are friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure and full set of nails. I am very pleased, they did a great job, Flower was great, I really appreciate her skills. I would definitely recommend you give them a try.

This was the cleanest, friendliest and best pedicure I have ever had. Though I didnt get her name, my nail tech was thorough, gentle and so sweet. Never will I visit another salon again. Voo did my mothers fill, even going so far as to fix the horrible job another salon did of leaving acrylic and glue under her nails. The claims this is the best nail service shes ever had. A must hidden gem in Peoria.

I have very short bitten nails and Flower has been the first nail tech to actually take some time to work on them. I have been to so many nails salons across the valley and they have done a sloppy job because of my natural nails. I will definitely be coming back. The nails feel nice and strong, not to mention they are shaped very nicely.

I got my nails done here a while ago and never really wrote a review but I really did love the place two guys (i forgot to ask their names) worked on my nails and they were the best ive ever had them done. The only thing I will say is there was a lady working and she kept looking at me and the person I was with and ignoring us and doing everything to try and not help us even though when we had gone in earlier she was doing someone elses nails but im glad I ended up with the two guys doing my nails. Im very picky with nail salons and how people do my nails and have never went to the same salon twice because of that but next time I get my nails done I definitely will be going back here.

I wanted gel polish and my technician said he didnt have time to do that. they turned another lady away because they didnt have time to her main pedi either I will not go back. If I am paying for services you should do what I ask or when I show up let me know we dont have time right now but come back. I will not go back. I paid 33$ for mani and pedi it wasnt great and the man rushed through and now my nail polish is already chipping. Nothing great.

They do a great job if you get in. Though the last two times I went in they turned me away. Apparently if you show up at 5 with no waiting and they close at 6 then they cant help.

THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST, i felt as if the women rushed thrue, my nails and was pushy, she didnt ask how long i wonted the length and demanded i due a dark color because she didnt wont to take the time to clean up my cuticles, she rushed thrue useing the dremal on my nails and burned me several times with it, felt that because i was spending the minimal she didnt feel the need to put to much effort into the service, i will never go back

They can get super busy so its best to make an appointment. They always do a good job and take their time with me. I never feel rushed so I dont mind waiting for them to take care of the clients before me.

I was a little skeptical with so little reviews, but myself and two friends went and it was clean, friendly, affordable and of course they did a great job! Its in Park West, a parking lot behind BJs Brewery.I had a mani/pedi and then also decided to get my brows and lip waxed. I had made it very clear to the woman (LEE- she is great) that I had had bad waxing before and dont do it much anymore, she reassured me and I did it. Great all around!Would recommend this place if you need to get in and out, dont want to pay a fortune, get a quality job and friendly service! :D

Was very disappointed with this place today. Walked in with three other people to get pedicures and manicures and were not even serviced. The place only had 3 customers and the lady told us we had to have an appointment because they were too busy. Will never attempt to go back.

If I could 0 stars, I would. walked in at 615 to get a pedicure and was told they couldnt get me in... really??!! they close at 7!!!
