They were very nice & professional when we were there! They were very busy today and had a lot of phone calls but got us in and out in a timely and up beat manner. I showed the picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that! I love them. Pedicure was nice as well. Will be returning!

I stopped at a neighboring salon at 635-640 and was told I had to make an appointment - last appointment was at 615. (They close at 7.). I went got to Lamour Nails at 645 (they also closed at 7). They had me come on in and took care of me! That is service!! I was impressed. Thank you, Lamour Nails! I’ll be back.

My 18yo daughter went to get her nails done. She picked out the colors (5 different on each hand) to do ombre. The nail technician used a color my daughter didnt pick. When my daughter spoke up (after one swath of the wrong color) that she used a color my daughter didnt pick, the lady continued to use the wrong color. She didnt even listen to my daughter. My daughter tried multiple times to get her to switch and she wouldnt switch. Very disappointing. Big waste of money as my daughter had to come home to paint those nails to make them look right.

I wont go anywhere else in Peoria. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the beautiful job. You cant go wrong here!

These are the best acrylics I’ve ever had. The shape, length, and thickness are all perfect. The staff was so kind despite being obviously stressed and busy. Definitely going back!

Took forever to get in even tho I had an appointment. My appointment was at 2pm for a full set and pedicure. I didnt leave until almost 630. No exaggeration. And had to ask my nail tech to fix a few of my nails on top of her making me literally bleed when she was shaping them...just dont go.

My grandma and I had pedicure appointments at 12:30. They didn’t start mine until 1:15 and hers around 1:40. I also got a fill and told her I wanted inverted square shape, she gave me round square shape. This was our first visit here and will definitely be our last.

Always so kind & usually can fit me in at whatever time I request. Had a masks required sign up, but they didnt enforce. Kept clients at a safe distance away from each other.

Usually I love this place and enjoy getting my nails done here. My last visit wasnt so exciting. I have a medical device for my foot they refused to let me wait in the chair for my nails on my foot dry before leaving. So my device smudged my toe nails.

I’ve come here for gel manicures for quite some time and they always easily last 4 weeks no chipping! The staff really listen and are so nice. I chipped my pedicure and came back the same day and they redid my big toe for free! Highly recommend this place.

I’m not a picky person. I don’t regularly get my nails done as I’m okay with a bare look. So when I do come in, I just go with the flow and trust the techs. I just got engaged yesterday, so I wanted to get my nails fancied up more than just the regular nail polish. I’ve never done acrylics or gels or dips before. Because of the special occasion, I wanted to try the dip. My nails look beautiful and they did an amazing job.While they were very nice and accommodated my walk in, there was one huge problem that knocked off the three stars. During the process, my nails were dipped into a large container with the colored powder. Excess powder on my fingers were brushed back into the container. The containers were not new (no plastic wrapping) and this method seemed to be reused with each customer. After talking to my mom and doing some quick online research, I must say I’m rather appalled that this method is practiced here. I have no way of knowing if someone with a nail infection used the same container as me. The only way I will know is if I get an infection later. Though buying large containers and brushing powder back into the container does save money, it does so at the cost of the customers safety/health.For the owners, I suggest that you buy individual containers and stress that each has never been used before. Or to keep buying in bulk, use the (new) large containers and aliquot them in smaller containers. That way, powder isn’t being reused between customers and infection risk is kept to a minimum. This is a common practice that my lab uses to ensure that we do not risk any contamination of our stocks. Of course you can ignore this, but I will not be returning here for dipped nails if this does not change. Hygiene and health safety should be prioritized over profit margins.

I took my daughter in here for a spring break adventure! I know - spring break in Peoria?? Well this place provides the best experience we could have dreamed. We started with a pedicure. They have a special room for only 2 people. It was perfect! We were able to talk and laugh and simply enjoy the experience. Then we had a manicure! Shannon and Jamie did these. They were fun and fabulous! These gals are good at what they do! My daughter and I left with a fresh wonderful feeling. So glad we had the chance to enjoy an afternoon here!

I sent my daughter to this place to get acrylic nails and she came home hysterical. She took a picture with her to show the person what she wanted and came out with nails that looked nothing like the picture. The nails are way too long. She tried to tell the person the nails were not what she wanted and they tried to convince her it was what she asked for even though it looked nothing like the picture. THEN, when I called today to ask for a credit b/c I have to take her to another nail salon to get these fixed, they told me that she got what she asked for and said nothing to them. And last but not least, when I initially called, I asked to speak to the manager and the man who answered the phone refused to get the manager and kept asking me what I wanted. When I asked for his name, he also refused to tell me. Finally he put a woman on the phone who was of no help at all. This is a very shady business.

Wonderful experience, my sister and I came to visit today for last minute pedicures. They got us in so quickly and set us up in a private room. It was very relaxing and we’re very happy with our nails!

My first time here, and my last. I got in quickly but felt rushed. My heels are still very rough, and were not attended to at all. The polish doesnt even go to the tip of my nail. I paid good money and I dont feel like I even got a pedicure.

By far my favorite nail salon! They are welcoming and remember you. They always open up sterile kits of tools to work with and line the pedicure tubs with plastic wrap. They are very clean.

Great customer service take there time with the service that being provided. I’ll recommend this shop to anyone who like great service.

The experience I had here was by far the absolute worse experience I have ever had at any establishment in any city or country I have ever lived in. The people that work here are rude, unprofessional and a disgrace to their craft and community. They do not take care for their work or any responsibility for issuing poor quality service. The manager explicitly stated that she doesnt care about complaints or reviews, and employees put their hands on and threaten to whoop their customers ass in the parking lot, in addition to openly disrespecting their customers in front of a full salon. I am reporting my experience here to all appropriate licensing and regulatory organizations.

The overpriced Manicure lasted less than a week. Poor quality polish. Heard the employees gossiping too much. The decor was nice, but thats about it.

I had a horrible experience overall. First, the wait time was way misquoted. Then when both my sister and i were finally called for our pedia, we were not allowed to sit next to each other on the pedi chairs because we did not make an appointment!!!! How ridiculous is that!?!? And the owner was the one that had this rule. I shouldve left at that point but my sister really wanted to stay. I was cut while my nails were bwing trimmed and my nail polish chipped within a few days. Needless to say, im never going back.

This was the worst experience ever. New to the area lady doing my nails did a horrible job. I just paid and left. Will never go there again

We will never use this salon again. My 15 year old went in to get her acrylics filled for prom and was pressured by at least three of the workers to get gel over the acrylics which doubled the cost. She said no several times but they kept pressuring her. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.
