This was my second time visiting the facility, it was a Monday at 445 pm. 2 employee were laying in the chair all curled up on their phones, and the younger gentleman had his shoes off feet elevated, The older gentleman was the one going to do my nails. He sat down never introduced him self, just handed me a small book with about 25 colors. I didnt see anything I like, I asked him do you have any other color which I knew they did. He got up and gave me a basket full of color. wow thanks. He asked me if I want my nails cut down and I said yes, and he said that will be 3 dollars extra. I said excuse me your going to charge me 39 dollars and 3 dollar more, I said never mind I will go closer to home and have them done. I have never been charge to cut my nails down, usually that is included in the price, The younger gentleman talked to him in their language and he said he will do it for 39 dollars. two of my nails were filed crooked. I will never go back there. I

Atmosphere was great! Everyone was so nice and professional. I called, they were able to get me in at the time I asked for. Immediately seated and done within an hour. The complimentary water I was given was cold and refreshing!Definitely coming back again ☺️

My toes are pretty decent, but my nails are a mess. They were a mess when I left and theyre worse now. Im so upset. Its been three days since I got gel nails on my natural nail and they are already chipped and peeling. I havent done anything for them to chip. The nail tech did a horrible job painting. I wont be back.

They were so nice! Everyone was professional and I will definitely be going back and referring people there. I loved the atmosphere.

Ive been going to Tom and his family for about a year now, my mom has been going for years! They are awesome! Before coming here, I never liked having my nails done. Now I love my nails. They are great, super friendly and just awesome! I will always recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been going here for about 5 years and they’ve always done amazingly by me. The acrylic nails always stay on until I want them off (usually around the 1 month mark but some last longer) and the designs are always gorgeous. Literally recommend them to anyone I know who gets their nails done (I have a mini collection of their business cards even to give them to friends lol)

I was disappointed to see that 3 women walked in for pedicures and they were not wearing masks, were not asked to put one on, or if they needed one. Then a 4th woman was serviced with a mask around her chin. They were sat one chair away from me, and I did not want to be in such close proximity to individuals not wearing masks. I understand that businesses need all the customers they can get, but I did not feel safe. My techs were very good and professional.

By far, the best of the best. I am SO GLAD. I found this shop. Great atmosphere, nice staff, and very clean. Tom is a straight up master.

We were so disappointed. They used to be our favorite, then they consistently overcharged by $20. Over menu prices, we always tipped well and happily paid for any extras agreed upon. We stopped going due to Tom upcharging us each time we went. My husband didnt know we switched, for Christmas he bought my self and 3 daughters each a gift card with the amount quoted for the service he asked for. Sure enough....we went to pay....I got no extras and was shown the menu prices picked what I wanted and was upcharged again. Never going back. They charged my daughters over the menu price too.

Great service by tom, mindy (pedicure, mani) and rest of staff super friendly. We felt relax and comfortable, instead of getting many people working on you, or in a rush. Right place to go.! First time clients and from now me and my daughter will continue with them 👍🏼

Tom is the absolute best. Seriously, I have been getting my nails done since high school and I have really sensitive nails but Tom takes his time, I never have issues and he does a fantastic job. He has been the best nail tech I have ever had.

I cannot believe this place has good reviews. I wanted to try a new nail place because I haven’t lived in the area long so I called this salon. First of all, they told me that a full set was $20. I was excited so I went in. Got my nails done, staff was friendly which wasn’t the issue at all, asked for coffin shaped. Nothing was said about an extra charge for shape (not that I really care for a small fee, I just wasn’t told). My sister and I both went so she gets done first and comes over to my chair. The man that did her nails CUT HER and put nail glue over the cut!!!! Her nails were awfully done with bubbles everywhere under the polish, the shape was uneven, and so was the length. I shrugged it off and decided to wait and see what happens. Mine get done and ALL of my nails are a different shape. BARELY even coffin shaped and the lady that did mine didn’t even fully put the acrylic on my nails so they’re flimsy! I am really upset at this point and just ready to go home. I go up to pay and they tell me it’s $33 for each of us. I am shocked when they tell me it’s because we got coffin shape. $13 for a shape they barely even did???? So I ask why. The dude tells me a full set is $28 and shape is $5. I quickly told him that both my sister and I got told a full set was $20. He knocked $10 off the price and I left. 2 days later, a nail popped completely off with me barely even touching it. Another one is cracked from the lack of acrylic & both my sister’s and mine are are catching in our hair when we wash it. I am VERY angry I spent $56 on something I could’ve done better myself. Like I said, I don’t understand how this place has good reviews at all unless I just had a really bad experience. Either way, I will not be back OR recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter and I just had pedicures by Tom & Sam, they both did an amazing job! We are from out of state, and chose the salon based on proximity and reviews, we were not disappointed! Friendly and attentive, probably the best pedicure Ive ever had. If I lived here, I would be a devotee!

I had a pedicure and gel manicure and was out within one hour.She did a good job, but very rushed I felt.Not sure if I will go back?

It is the worst! I just got home I got acrylic set my middle finger is already lifting on the side! !!I had acrylic set plus manicure! This woman didnt bother to wash hands from filing and was covered with dust did hand massage that felt like sand paper! !!!! With oil! ! Who uses oil??? Omggg I have residue of acrylic thin film all over my fingers ! I want to scream! On top of it I pay with a card the bill was 43$!! !She asked how much tip I want to leave I said ok run it for 52 she ran it for 53!! ! ! !Never never never again ! If there was minus starts I would leave that

My first time and so so happy with my gel nails. They did a great job!! I would recommend 100 percent!!!

Every time I come here Tom just rushes his work, every time I get my nails done a couple days after they always seem to break. I decided to give them another chance doing my nails recently and again rushed work and they turned out crappy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, I’m done going here.

My two daughters and I just got pedicures from here. They did a very nice job, and have nice equipment. Everything was clean, the tubs are plastic lined, and they were very good with my 4 year old too. You will see me again in two weeks!

Very nice salon! Staff was helpful as all salons are. The took me in for a mani-pedi without an appointment. No problem.

I’ve never left a negative review before, I usually just don’t come back, but after today, I had to . If I could leave a zero I would . Although Tom started out doing my nails and passed me off to someone with little to no experience and let me say, I walked out before he was even finished and I was bleeding !! The technician laughed at me as I sqirmed and even argued when I asked for corrections about length shape and all an even length .. and he spent such little time disconnecting the messy dip application around my cuticle it made me bleed with a hand file because he didn’t even notice as he watched the t.v.!!! Awful never going back and I even offered to pay leaving unfinished. Could not chance my cuticles to the drill. Ouch!!! Trying to figure out how to attach a photo.

By far the worst nail salon ever. Little sisters pinky nail is COMPLETELY lifted. Not worth the time or money. Don’t even know how you are still open with all the bad reviews of cutting people and bad work.

To expensive! I felt very rushed to pick a color because Tom was to busy worrying about his next appt. So he rushed and did a Crappy job on my nails. I was so disappointed in the color and texture I had to pay someone else to buff & Repaint them the same day!!!
