I first went here back in early May for prom to get dip on my fingers and just a basic pedicure on my toes and, the lady was super nice and helpful to me when I was being a bit indecisive and probably annoying haha and did the design I wanted perfectly with a little nice twist to it! My nails stayed on for a little more than 2 months (both my dip and my basic toe color!) and just today (July 12), I went back and the man who did my nails was also very sweet and helpful and did a wonderful job! another lady also did my toes and she was one of the sweetest ladys! The dip was only $45 when other places, it is a lot more expensive. All together, it was $70 for dip plus basic pedicure (which is like a care package for your legs, feet and toes). Very good prices for an OUTSTANDING place! I definitely recommend on coming to try this out!! All around, AWESOME

I went to Victoria via recommendation from all of my friends and I LOVED HER! I usually never get my nails done because it’s too expensive/my past experiences at other nail salons have been below average and never worth the price—but this was 100% worth every penny! I showed her a photo off of Pinterest and she replicated the design perfectly! Highly highly recommend this place, and especially recommend visiting Victoria! Can’t wait to come back for my next set!

I have been a loyal client of Classic Nails & Spa for 4 years now. Everyone is cheerful and gives great service. The spa is very clean and organized. Victoria is my favorite nail tech and she is the best in my opinion at dip nails and nail art. We have fun with designs. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and this is by far my fav place.

I went in today with my friend and we both got a french tip full set, both with a design. Mine were $75 and hers were $55. I’m confused on the price because our nails are the same. I went home with burns all around my fingers and it is really painful. I loved the lady who did my nails and she was really sweet but I feel like I am being ripped off. The front desk lady with blonde hair is always so rude to me every time I go. She makes coming to this location just not fun. Once I paid she just looked at me and said nothing. Some of the nail ladies were very obviously making fun of the color I picked. They kept pointing and laughing and saying I should have done yellow. I’m a loyal customer I come every 2-4 weeks but I’m not sure i’ll be coming back to this location. I get ripped off and made fun of.

Worst pedicure experience ever. A woman named Wee did my pedicure and when I saw her getting her tools from a bin they didn’t look clean (they weren’t in a sterilized bag). She didn’t really speak English well so when I asked and voiced my concerns about their cleanliness she just nodded and said yes over and over and went to work. Not only was it painful it was a also done with such sloppy speed and was anything but comfortable or enjoyable. I’ve never in my life had any ingrown nails or issues and after this experience I had infected ingrown toe nails and fungus! Do not go to this business as they do not care about quality or cleanliness, only rushing as many people through as possible.

As much as I’d like to keep him a secret, I will share that Sing is AMAZING ❤️ I am always very happy with my nails, he gets them done very quickly and they last so long. Sometimes My schedule doesn’t allow me to get in more than once every 3-4 weeks and they last the entire time. He’s the best!

When Classic Nails & Spa first opened, it was my go to place for pedicures. Staff was always friendly and I never had issues with the quality of work. I went back, after about a year and a half of not having any services done and boy has it changed. They seem to be doing well, very busy, but I was able to get in right away. I wanted a mani and pedi since my baby shower was the following day and I am now unable to reach my toes. They handed me a menu that stated basic pedicures are $25 and manicure was $15. When they wrote me up a ticket, it stated $45. I asked why the price adjustment since I had not added any extra services. I also pay cash since there is a charge for any sort of card used.. They simply told me that manicures are $20, even though it is not stated on the menu that way. Someone with some sort of authority walked over and stated that they will honor that price THIS ONE TIME. The whole situation was very uncomfortable and why am I treated like I am doing something wrong and they are doing me a favor? My advice to future clients, check the price of the service. Question the pricing because they seem to be trying to skim $5 bucks here and there. Hopefully that was an isolated incident, but it was enough for me to make the choice of not going back. On top of that the service performed was not the best. I left with many cuts and scratches on my cuticles, after asking several times to not be aggressive with the removal. She also asked to trim down my long nails, I figured a trim would help with the shaping.. she cut them down as short as they could go.. The least they could have done is simply pushed back my cuticles, I would have been happy with that vs the stubby nubs I was left with.

I have gone to this salon on many occasions, typically satisfied. The salon is clean, professional and a convenient location for me. Approximately 6 weeks ago I had a pedicure which was ok, and since I was in the salon I decided to have my dip nails removed (I only had the dip nails on for one month). Decided it was too much effort to continue going in every 2 weeks. They were very busy snd I asked if they had time to remove them. They assured me they did. They put the cotton and foil on my nails and let me sit. I understand it takes time as I have had this done before. However after about 20-25 minutes, and no one checking my nails, I asked if someone was going to help me. They stated I needed to sit longer as to not damage my nail bed. I understand they were very busy, but PLEASE don’t schedule a client and let them sit! After another 10 min or so, finally a nail tech came over. I wish I could attach photos of what my nails look like today, 6 weeks after the dip powder was removed. As soon as my nail has any growth, they split (vertically and horizontally)… break and tear…which makes me need to continue to clip them as short as I can. I’ve had to bandage my ring finger for 3 weeks as it would snag and tear. If the nail techs are too busy, please let the client know. I’ve NEVER experienced this before snd over the years have had acrylic, dip and gel nails. I will never return to this salon!

The Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! Been going here for months for manicure and pedicure and only go to One tech for manicure and another for pedicure. Techs are great but Management is horrible, seems like all she cares is money right now no return business or her loyal customers. I was late for 8 minutes and they told me to reschedule for another day coz Im late. 38 weeks pregnant I need to wait if and when my technician will have openings. You can be late for doctors appointment for 10-15 minute, but not this Nail Salon, why because Management doesnt care and they cant wait to loyal customer for 10 minutes. The most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard and experienced!!! Will never return again even though I loved my technicians.

It was my first time coming here and I made an appointment, a male did them and he said his name was Song. I got a full set and I guess I should’ve shown a picture. Some nails are crooked and some are too narrow. They’re thick at the base and thin at the ends. It’s frustrating because I paid $50 for a nail job that’s not great.

If new, They tried to just randomly charge me for services not going by the menu prices. The most ridiculous part was kids meant toddlers and not a 10 year old.

Customer service and quality of work has gone down hill here. Will be looking for a new nail salon. And I would definitely not recommend anyone go here if you care about detail oriented work.

After waiting for a VERY long time, the owner did my nails. I am not sure she was actually licensed or knew what she was doing. She cut off all my length ( I only wanted a small trim). She did not apply the SNS correctly, all my nails are crooked, there are bubbles in the SNS AND after voicing my concerns, she said it was my fault AND still made me pay!!!Also, while I was sitting waiting, another regular voiced her concern about her visit today and the owner did not seem to care that she was unhappy. This is not how you keep clients coming back. Horrible.

Ok so I know I went on a Saturday as a walk in but that shouldnt matter. I got a pedi and a full set. The polish on my toes was good but 3 days later it has chipped. My nails are all kinds of wobbly, super thick, and they have dips on the sides. When I got to my pedicure my feet soaked for like 3 mins then she started scrubbing. And my heels are not as smooth as I would like. The 2 stars are for the massage that came with my pedi.

Not a very friendly place. And the girl I had was in a big hurry. She was awful. Will never go back there...2% charge on your credit card. Bye to this unfriendly place. Owner walked around but never spoke to any guest...she was very snobby. Poor interaction with guests...no hello when walking in and no thank you when leaving...just weird.

This is my first time coming in, but not a very good job because asked to get acrylics and she was rough on my nails and had three of my cuticles bleed and when I usually get my acrylics from other places my cuticles don’t bleed at all. I try to come in and fix them, but they just made them worser I spent $65 dollars just for gel acrylics that are crooked and not shaped right. All I can say that was good that they were quick to have me seated to get my nails done because I made an appointment.

If you want your nail polish to never come off and look ugly as it is fading then go here. The shellac nail polish stayed on my nails for 3 months looking ugly as the nail polish chipped with the growing nails. 100% acetone didnt work. Soaking didnt work. I wonder if they used car paint to their nail polishes.

My nail tech is very good. I always receive great service. My concern is as I was setting there getting my nails done, they allowed his next appointment come set right next to me and no mask on! They seem to be going slack on social distancing. I will not be going there again.

Bad experience at this place of business. Got a horrible fungal infection after a pedicure in November. Have had Dr bills, prescriptions and pain since this happened. I am so fearful of getting any nail service done anywhere. Please be aware!

The salon was very busy and they rushed us to get on to other customers. We had appointments and were sat late, put cold water in the bowl, barely massaged our legs leaving the lotion on our legs, didn’t say anything as they walked away as they finished, and we were done in less than 20 min. Extremely rude staff, horrible experience. We were very disappointed as we had been there before, but won’t go back and have told others not to as well.

Really good they take their time to try to make your pedicure and use this really nice wax thing so your feet can be soft !

Toes were bleeding after pedicure. Had to go back for them to fix the polish. Got a gel manicure the next time and polish came off less than 12 hours later! Called to schedule an appointment to get it fixed because I was tired of going back and forth and the unprofessional lady at the front gave ME a hard time about getting it fixed!! All I asked for was quality product for what I paid for. A simple apology and time given to fix it would be nice.Not an excuse about why I had two horrible experiences and inflexible about when I can come in to get it fixed. Will not be going back which is a shame because they are conveniently located.

Decided to give this salon a try. It was clean, beautifully designed and very busy!! Very popular! The women seemed to have their techs they go to all the time and have relationships with everyone in there which I loved. The techs were all so friendly. I saw “T”, which did a beautiful job. She was gentle and was a sweetheart! We talked the entire time, which is also rare when you go to a new salon. Love this place and will make this my new primary nail salon!!

Everyone there is very friendly and proper as soon as you walk in and when leaving. My nail tech T is super nice and left my nail pretty and suggested me the perfect type of service for the health of my nails. Every nail tech communicates with their customer making it a fun experience as well. I highly recommend classic nails to everyone!!!

It took more than 2.5hrs for them to do a set of mani and pedi. The lady who the did pedicure forgot to turn the light on and painted a thick quote of nail color and it was still wet. I tried to explain her the color is not dry and she just played dumb. I told the owner and told her how long it has been at the salon, she volunteered to fix the color. While fixing it, she kept leaving in between to accommodate other customers or answer phones etc etc. Totally wasted my Sunday morning.

I have been going here for around 2 years now now and have never been disappointed with the results i have gotten. They are very affordable for the job that is being done and well worth it. Everybody here is always very nice and willing to do whatever to help. I never feel like they are rushing through my nails, even when it is busy. I love this nail salon more than I have any other salon. I will continue to come here for many more years to come.

I used to LOVE coming here. The owner and her daughters ran a great spa! They are clean, and had a good staff performing the services. But my subtraction of stars comes from their new front desk personnel. She is RUDE. She is not friendly on the phone or in person. She is not helpful. And while i was willing to overlook this before, today was the final straw. The woman left me on “hold” for over 10 minutes, when calling to make an appointment, i finally just hung up as she never came back on to help me, i could hear her speaking in the background long after the customer she was helping walked away. Sorry Classic, i can do better. UPDATE: just was informed by my mother who is a avid supporter. They used to offer 10% off if you paid cash. Now they no longer do that AND have added a 2% fee for using a card. So that’s unfortunate.

This is my favorite nail salon in Peoria. Everyone is very nice and professional. I love the cleanliness of the pedicure chairs. The owner is always walking around making sure every one is doing well. The decor and chandeliers also make it feel more upscale

I moved here about 7 months ago and started coming to this nail salon because it’s only 3 minutes from my house and that’s with traffic! I’ve been extremely pleased with customer service since I’ve started coming here along with the quality of my acrylic manicure. I typically see Jan who does a good job, but today I have an appointment with Natalie and I’m extremely excited to see how things turn out! She has my complete confidence. :)

Waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure only to have 5 people that came in after us be served prior to even acknowledging when we would be sat for our treatments. Completely inappropriate and biased behavior from the “receptionist” and only to be told “you ladies will be next”. Infer what you want about the “you ladies” part. Will never spend my money there or send any of my friends to this establishment to be treated in such a manner.
