I have been going to Andy for a year, and never encountered any problems until today. I’ve been a faithful client and the 1 time I let him know I don’t like my nails, Andy states I have to find someone else and gave excuses about me being on my phone, (which I’m always on and he never says anything at all, except when I just told him today I didn’t like my current nails. During the entire time I kept informing Andy that I didn’t like my nails. He kept stating for me to give him some time and it would look better and it didn’t. Asked Andy what’s the last appointment so I can get my nails fixed and was informed to find me another nail tech. Wow, especially when I’m always tipping and spending $80-$90 a 2-3weeks.

I got my first pedicure with Tri and it was an awesome experience. He was very delicate with my feet and took his time. I’m excited to go back and get another set done.

My mom and I came for the first time to get full set acrylics with gel (Photo Attached=my set). We both left extremely happy and satisfied! Walking into the salon, we were greeted with “hello’s” and were seated right away. Not only was Andy and Toni very friendly, but they were extremely attentive and for the first time I felt like someone actually listened to me and executed what I was wanting. My mom and I will definitely be coming back and thank you guys again for the awesome experience!Friendly Note: they do get busy during the afternoons, so if you want to avoid the ‘crowds’ go as soon as they open/book appointment, because they are popular and bring cash to pay so you don’t have to pay fee to charge your card) :)

Andy and Tamy both do fantastic manicures for natural finger nails. This is the place you want to come to. The establishment is extremely clean, staff is very welcoming and friendly.

It was my first time in and the experience was great. We came at a slow point in the day so we were welcomed and served immediately. We were offered water and overall the staff was so warm and friendly. I got a full set and Andy was so efficient yet meticulous. My nails look amazing 👏🏽 and he even mixed up a black sparkly acrylic just for my set. Literally Im in love 🖤

Got a mani/Pedi and everyone was amazing. This was my first time to this place since my last nail salon is no longer safe to go to. Will definitely be going here from now on. Mind you the photo Im attaching is two weeks after I got the services. Sorry for the ugly feet..lol

Drove from Chandler to get nail services and they DID NOT disappoint!!! Andy and the entire staff are awesome!!! An employee who started their first day today did my nails and she was amazing! Andy did an amazing job on my nails. I am very picky and he took his time and they look phenomenal.

I had the worst experience here about a month and a half ago. I got a full set of acrylic nails. I took them off a few weeks after I got them. My nails underneath are a disaster. All of my nails were filed down so thinly that most of them are warping now due to daily activities. When I was finally able to remove all the acrylic off my nails, there were huge craters in a lot of my nails where a nail tech from this place had filed down my nails so much that the drill actually went through my nails. It has been well over a month since I have been here and I am still worried that I might lose half of my nail on a daily basis. I have to apply daily coats of a nail hardener in order to even keep my nails on my fingers. Also, most of my nails are so thin that they are a different color than the healthy nail that has grown. This is the worst place I have ever been to and I am still suffering the consequences of this horrible experience weeks after the experience.

This is my first ever pedicure my girlfriend insisted I go; Linda took great care of me ! I rarely have my socks off as you can see; but I strongly recommend this place; I’ll rate it 10 stars if I could.

My Friend and I were on our lunch break, we only had one hour and Andy and Linda were wonderful. They were able to work together and get our manicures done in that short time! Our nails look great! Very pleased.

They did an amazing job fixing my nails up after another salon didn’t do that great of a job !Andy took his time and was very professional when working on my nails ! I highly recommend them !!!

My sister and I walked in and we were sat right away. I personally was confused what the difference between a manicure and full set was, and the staff kindly explained the difference and accommodated us swiftly. Andy was my nail tech and he was very kind, outgoing, and professional in his expertise. I showed him a mere picture and he read my mind and was able to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 experience!!!

Would never recommend this place! Horrible work and under qualified. I got my nails done on Saturday and my first nail broke on Monday. Then I lost more nails within two more days. I got the first one fixed and the guy admitted that the nails were done too thin but would not fix them all. They have no nail design experience and nail shaping was horrible. We scheduled an appointment for both me and my friend and while she got hers done I had to wait for the same nail tech to do mine after. Very unprofessional and other techs were barley clothed. I got charged $50 for $20 job based on quality. Not sure these other reviews match the experience. Would not go back ever again.

Came here for the first time and was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Tammy, Lisa and Jenny were the nicest, sweetest and most amazing techs ever!!! I have found my new spot. I love everything about this place.

My mom and I came here to get our pedicures done and it’s probably been the worst first experience.We had an appointment at noon and so did another person, and we got here a little early and I have been sitting with my feet in the water for 45 minutes and still have not been talked to. We got told that since the other person had an appointment as well they were getting attended to first even though we had the same time. The person doing my moms nails doesn’t seem to know what he is doing and has been buffing her toes for 45 minutes with plastic wrap on one foot and the “seaweed” mask only on the front and middle of her shins. For a $50 pedicure this is quite lacking. We won’t be returning.

Worst experience ever! Would NOT recommend to anyone. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I requested a pedicure with 1 toe on each foot acrylic, gel nail polish. I went over the type of package I wanted over and over and OVER and still they did not understand what I wanted. VERY unprofessional place, the man doing my service killed a FLY with the nail filer ON the towel to use on my feet, another man comes and smacks my leg, pretending there was a masquitos ! And a woman raising her voice because she wasn’t understanding what I wanted! But the OVERAL ISSUE was when I complained to the owner, that my toes were not done correctly (they weren’t even nail polished yet, and only had done acrylic on one toe) he yelled back at me, I had been here for over 1 hour on a service that takes 30 mins tops anywhere else, I was here PASSED closing hour. And when i stopped from going forward with anything else the OWNER LOCKED ME IN THE SALON yes this “man” locked me in a salon, with another worker still there. Everyone else had left already. He said he would not let me go until I paid, the money was not the issue, but it is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL to lock a WOMAN in a salon with 2 men inside, what am I supposed to think was going to happen !? Yes I called the cops! My boyfriend heard the whole thing on the phone. I paid the man, like I said money is not the issue. But he could have been MORE professional or negotiated a better resolution. I would NEVER recommend this unprofessional, dirty & disrespectful place to ANYONE. I was not even disrespectful towards them, simply told them to stop doing the service I would go somewhere else and felt like I was being forced to stay so it could be “fixed” PASSED thier closing hours . This place makes me sick and i regret wasting my time here.

The owner cut my feet and still charged me the regular fee of my feet. He hired a new person who he suggested I go to because he was busy and my nails started lifting within two days. I called the owner and he suggested I come back in. Didnt apologize. But I came back in and didn’t get accommodated. I make appointments with him and he tells me toCome back in. They have lost a good customer

Me and my mother-in-law made an appointment for 5:30pm didn’t get seated until almost 6:00pm. The lady that did both of our nails used the same utensils on both of us nothing was sanitized, all of their towels are old and dirty looking she also rubbed cuticle oil on my legs and I find it extremely disrespectful when we cant all speak the same language we clearly knew that they were talking bad about us. This was our first time coming to this place and It will surely be our last I just really hope that all of the utensils that were used on us don’t give us any fungus or any infections. This could have clearly been only because we didn’t want to choose the more expensive pedicure but either way poor customer service poor care for the customers health and safety new customers beware.This review is solely based on my pedicure experience.

I absolutely love going to Luxs Nail Spa! They are great every time I go. The shop is kept clean, and they make sure to follow all the guidelines for protecting the patrons. They do beautiful nails and my pedicure was amazing. I will keep going back to Luxs.

I just moved to this area and needed to find a new salon. The owner/employees are so nice and professional. The organic pedicure I received was absolutely amazing. I’m also 7 months pregnant and they made sure to help relieve some of my foot pain with an extra long massage!! My toes are beautiful and my feet feel amazing. I practically fell asleep twice. Highly recommend.

Both Andy and David are great. Different styles on each tech however both detailed and customer focused not to mention the very fair pricing. It was hard to find a go to spot moving from Chicagoland/Chicago area where I could throw a rock and hit a nail salon but I was pay close to double. I went through 3 before I stayed loyal here.

I just moved to Peoria and I was trying to find a new Nail salon, I found this gem on google maps and saw all the good reviews so I decided to give it a try and I don’t regret it, Andy did a beautiful job he’s amazing, I got acrylic nails and they are beautiful just perfect !! 💕💕💕💕

I waited 30 plus minutes for a pedi, water was cold by the time they got to me. My friend had their nails scraped with clippers, got hurt a few times and the over sell was consistently pushed.

Staff is super friendly, not so happy about my scabbed over cuticles tho and half my nails are flat while others are thiiick and curved. Some of the tips are different sizes altogether. Loooove the cat eye nail polish, but there was no attention to detail. When I called prior I was told a totally different price then the price I ended up paying by $25 which is a considerable amount. Referred someone for pedicure due to in house referral during my visit an they had a similar experience as well as being over charged more then I was. Probably wont recommend again.

My first visit here at Lux’s Nails and Spa was absolutely amazing. They really know how to take care of their clients. Andy did a beautiful job with my SNS. From start to finish he searched for imperfections to keep a flawless finish. I appreciated when he asked me if I liked the length, shape, and color multiple times before forward to the next step. I also had a relaxing pedicure with Tammy. So relaxing that I canceled my plans to stay longer to get the next pedicure package up to extend my 1st visit. Tammy has a gentle touch and she took her time with everything else before apply my polish (which this is usually my 1st step in a pedicure). She is a great conversationalist even while almost putting me to sleep lol. I definitely I have found my new nail and spa. ☺️

The experience I had at Lux Nails was phenomenal! Each time I visited the nail salon Andy was completely accommodating and professional. My nails look amazing and he was able to squeeze in my daughter, friend and myself without hesitation even though they were close to closing hours. My toes look great and my gel manicure has been on for so long without chips or peeling! I recommend this place 100%!

Everyone there was very polite. There services are very fast but yesterdays was a bit slow but becouse they were very short handed. They were closing when we got there, apparently it was the owners birthday day, but they kept open for us since we were a bundle of 5 clients.and then after more people were coming in. Over all they were excellent.

I was in this salon few weeks ago. I’m not impressed to the man ( not Andy)who did my foot spa that cost $55.00. When I went home I could still feel the rough skin in my feet . If I’m case I will come back again I don’t want this guy to do my foot spa.
