This place is amazing! The workers were very nice, and my experience with this place was very good! They understand if youre sensitive and are very gentle. And they were smiling and being very nice to us! I would highly recommend this place!!😀😀😀

I have been bringing my wife here for years and we love the people here especially Mimi and David they are wonderful inviting people i would not take my wife anywhere else at all even if i have to wait, we are customers for life we love you guys.

Very unprofessional. One nail tech was on a video call with another nail tech in Florida the entire time. They didnt explain that glitter polish was $5 extra. They charge $1 to use credit cards. They absolutely dont do a massage when paid for. I will not be back.

AMAZING!! I go here only to get my nails done! Idk why all these comments say their rude. I have never had a bad experience and they always make sure to have the place clean and peaceful for their customers! I’ve tried so many nail salons none of them do as good as this place does! All the workers are great people. Moral of the story is my nails always look great and last long much love.

My father got his first pedicure. He loved the gentleness of the technician and totally enjoyed getting his nails trimmed. Feet cleaned of dead skin and a leg massage

Made 3 mani/pedi appointments, one of us was taken right away and finished before I even got my pedicure. They took a walk-in fill prior to taking care of me who had been sitting 30 mins before the walk in. The technician was ruff with massage and toes and didn’t file my nails, the paint job was poor. I was rushed.

Just finished. Bad experience. We got 2 pedicures and one manicure... towels were cold, callous removal was one second, massage was extremely short.Daughters manicure looks terrible. He painted OVER her skin cuticle. It was also high priced compared to others 22 pedicure and 15 manicure PLUS $1 fee for using a card....wont be returning.

Over priced for mediocre work. The pedicure was of but my nails where slanted and not even and not filled properly. Not even worth trying to have them fix it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely rude staff. Was quoted 3 different prices as she was doing my nails. Asked for gel nails and received acrylic. My nails are very cute but my experience here was awful. I will never be returning to this salon

My friend aspen and I went in to get our nails done, we wanted gel nails. The next day we go to work and her nails chipped.... like how does that happen if she just got them done? I do not recommend going here unless you want cheap quality. Will not be coming back unless they do a better job.

They did a good job today, just what I asked for, it was a bit more than I expected to pay but the people are nice and she did a very good job. Her name is Meme she seems very sweet

Was looking for a good nail spa and this one failed epically! My daughter and I went here and the service is just awful! The lady that did my daughters manicure actually argued with her about what color she wanted! There was another employee asleep in the pedicure chair in plain view if customers. The place was really dirty and unkept. There was food all over the back area. The lady cut my daughters finger with her tool. I wanted coffin shaped nails and about two of them are and the rest are square-ish. Both employees were on their phones most of the team they were doing our nails. One time was actually a video call. Another customer came in and then walked out after no-one even acknowledged her there because the one employee was too busy sleeping. We went to pay and the lady was basically insulting our tip amount and demanded it be paid in cash. I dont recommend this place at all!

I was in the neighborhood, was killing time. I definitely regret stopping. Very sloppy work. She was more interested in watching herself in the mirror. she ruined one of my nails and didnt even put top coat. missed some steps in my pedicure. Was to hipper to get up and see herself in the mirror again. Never will I go back.

Horrible experience! I walked in with a picture of what I wanted and before being sat down I asked if they could do that exact look, color and design. The lady looked at it and studied it for a while and in the end said yes. I asked ahead of time so that my time nor their time would be wasted. After them removing my old nail Polish the lady said that I have to pick a color. I was shocked! In my mind I was thinking what do you mean pick a color, I showed you the picture. So I flipped through the colors and found not one color similar to what I wanted. The lady quickly tried to sell me on a different color in which I was not happy with. I said I asked you if you could do this color and design when I walked in. Right away they started making excuses and putting the blame on me and trying to justify what they had previously said. Had they told me no they dont have that color but could do a different color up front I would have been more pleased and open. But the fact that they lied and then tried to turn the blame on me really upset me. I then told them I am not happy and that I didnt want them to do my nails. They tried to charge me for taking off my previous nail polish. And I about flipped. They finally said dont worry about it and I left.The point of this is that if Im paying $5 more for everything on top of an already high priced service then it should be to my liking and desire. If they are incapable of doing what I want they should be upfront and honest so that at that point I could make the decision to stay and compromise or leave and find someone else to do what I want!Dont waste your time unless you want basic for a high price.

Worst Pedicure ever. Even my ten-year-old could do better. I just waste my money

I had had a dip done on my nails and within two days it had started to chip and crack. I couldn’t get back to the salon until five days later and by then my nails were so bad I was embarrassed to let anyone see my hands at work. When I asked to have them redone at no cost because they were done only 5 days ago, the woman refused over and over again because it had been more than two days from the original procedure. I paid with tip $45 for the worst service ever! Like other reviewers have said....it’s a waist of your money. Clearly they don’t care about their service or quality of workmanship, just about taking your money and blowing you off.

I been getting my eyebrows done here for 3-4 years and they do a great job. They do it faster then most and they do an amazing job at them. I haved tried many places and they are the best i founld.

Good pedicure, they took their time to do it right! Gel manicure wasnt worth the price.

They sanded my nails too thin. Very rough. Had a crooked nail. Did i mention it was for my wedding. Do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience!!! Never ever again. Ive been here once and I was satisfied with my french manicure also I loved the fact that its cheaper. So, yesterday I did the big mistake to go back again and I passed through the worst experience ever.This time my nails were done by other lady. I guess trying to do it fast she sanded not only my old gel but also my skin around nails.I did not want to rate this place but Im in pain every time my nails touch warm water, fingers are burning cause Ive been sanded and cut with the scissor.Not to mention that when I asked her if scissors are sterilized cause I can get infected, she goes like shhhh I guess not to mention anything cause there were few more costumers that could hear. At the end, no discount not even an apology.So ladies,if you wanna use this place watch out who is taken care of you cause you may pay for a torture .

Horrible service. Went there to get my eyebrows, pedicure and nails done.The lady rushed thru everything, didnt even includle a base coat on my hands or toes. The polish was littered with tiny bubbles that began chipping by the end of the day. By the next day all the bubbles had popped leaving tiny holes behind. The entire French tip was chipped and ruined by the end of the day. Never again and I will read reviews before trying another new salon. Lessoned learned.

I got my toes done on Friday. I didnt realize that they didnt put a clear coat on until after I left, and by Monday almost all of my toes polish were chipped. Never going here again. I wasted $45.

Service was rushed and half done!!!! My nails were painted sloppy. When I asked for them to be cleaned up the guy rolled his eyes. First time visiting NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

DISGUSTING!! I got a gel manicure less than a week ago, and my nails are turning purple! They look like they have dirt on them!! Working in the medical field this is unacceptable! I called to see if I can come in and get them fixed and she HUNG UP on me! I am walking in tomorrow and demanding they fix this for free and never coming back here again

Worst care ever . There is nothing good except for massage chairs . Pedicure was done in a hurry that she had a flight to catch in an hour . Manicure was even pathetic . The nail polish she put on my fingers chipped off just in a day . Worst place ever, if u have not reached the place and parked ur car yet - Please leave this place ! There is no value for money ! Worst place for manicure and pedicure ! Pls choose a different one . Absolutely do not try no gel manicures at this place !
