I got my nails done at 79th Avenue and Peoria inside the Walmart Di Vi nails. The Asian man that did my nails is also the manager. When I asked him to correct the issue he got upset and thought I was challenging his profession which I wasnt. The wife said they could correct it but I have to pay them $20 more dollars or they could take $20 off my bill and thats all she could do as she walked off with an attitude. The NERVE!. Tomorrow Im looking for someone to correct this mess. BTW all money is the same color thats what you should have been thinking because contrary to what you believe, black people tip well when they get good service. I give your service Mr Manager and wife 1/2 star. You should treat all customers as if they are your first customer giving them a good experience.

Not very consistent with good work. Some techs are good and some not so much.

My experience with John was peerless. Those are my feet being treated to parafin, which I highly recommend. I wish I could go back weekly!! Clean, attractive and tidy business.

This is the best place to get your nails done in Glendale. Ive been going there for many years. Owners, Kevin and Anne, treat regulars like family and make you feel welcome. I love how my nails look after Kevin does them.

I believe it’s the owner but the female worker was yelling at me and I even told her I don’t appreciate her yelling at me. She did so while someone else did my pedicure.

I came for manicure and they rushed everything DID NOT even push my cuticles back or anything plus they skipped the massage so they just quickly painted my nails!!! NOT allowing the base coat to dry or the color and then applied the top coat so quick without each coat being able to dry so it took over 45 minutes to dry then was still tacky!!! PLUS I was NOT offered to set my hands under the light that helps dry them I literally just had to sit in a chair and allow them to air dry! And as you know if you dont allow them to dry in between coats they take forever to dry also every single employee in there have their face mask underneath their nose so all of their noses were hanging out they did not care about safety at all

It is a very friendly place and they do a fantastic job

I loved my lashes that Ann did. They stayed on for about 3 weeks. I plan on going back now Im done with radiation.

I really upset with services. I ask for 30 deal they made the cheaper one, they did not cut my nails right than hurts. I never come back to this place. I do NOT recommend

STAY AWAY! This place sucks. The women working the area rude. Signing in doesnt do anything. We signed in, were told it would be a 40 minute wait so we said we will come back in about 30 min and confirmed that by signing in it will hold our place which staff confirmed. When we came back 30 minutes later we were ignored. Waited 20 min with no one even acknowledging us so we left. Rude. Stinks, too. They do not use low fume products. Messy. Dont go.

Kevin is absolutely amazing! So courteous and caring, I’ve been on the hunt for a good nail salon and my hunt is finally over. I will be coming back to Kevin over and over!

I went to get my nails done, when I entered they were nice and gave me a seat when I went to pick my color they gave my seat to someone else. When I complained they didn’t do anything, this was very disrespectful and unethical! then they started talking about me to each other. Kevin the manager was very rude!

Had Henry do my nails, he took his time and sculpted very nicely!! Impressed from reading the previous post. Will be back to Henry!!!

This was a horrible experience! The first time acrylic was sloppy hanging over my nail beds. When I return to have the repaired it got worse I lost 6 nails in less than a week. When I return he blew me off. Worst $50 I have ever spent. Thumbs waaaaay down.

I go there monthly for a pedicure, ladies are fantastic, I have recommended to several friends and they like it as well.

I used to be a faithful customer here. My fav was Kevin. I came to get a tow nail fill and pedi. I have very little picky to and asked if she could work her magic. She said yes..I noticed that my left pinky to was loose. She cut all that was left off then rebuilt it, the problem now was that it was the biggest toenail on both of my feet. Lol I asked that she make it the same size . She yelled at me and was very rude. While everyone in the shop sat there and watched. I was upset because Kevin didn’t even get up and ask what my problem was... or even try to make it right. I’ve spent time talking to hime about my military career and my daughter, I’ve told hime a lot and just expected more or at-least try to make it right. No one in that shop did anything and I cannot believe workers are aloud to treat customers like this. I will never be back and will make sure my friends and family don’t go ether later in the car it popped off. I paid what was owed even though she didn’t finish .

Twice now Ive gone and my acrylic has started separating from my nail as if it was a press on. I have never in my life dealt with such poor quality! I definitely wont be back and wouldnt recommend this place to people I hated.

We walked in and asked for 2 mani/pedis. I got both but my daughter didnt get her mani. While getting my pedi my nail tech and the other one were talking their language and the lady next to me asked them if they were taking about us. They didnt say anything and the nail tech doing my pedi got really quiet. The other nail tech, Lisa, didnt say anything either and her client said her name a couple times and then told her its rude to talk in their language while we were present cause it makes it seems like they are talking about us. My nail tech acted like she didnt understand English nor did she talk very well. She was also rushing and nipped my finger while trimming my cuticles. Probably wont go back!

Wife went there,they were rude and had her waiting for each process. The quality was poor. Lots around there,go else where

Jus got my nails done there today worst place ever a waste of money all I got was french tips plain n simple but the lady did a bad job never will I ever go there again she did my full set n made it look like I had them for weeks n needed a fill very poor job.....

The man at this place has a very short temper and by other reviewers, it looks like this is a recurring thing!!! There was a lady telling him that her acrylic nail was crooked and he flipped! He yelled at her and said “God dam it!”. The poor lady said, “don’t say that” and she started crying. I am not sure what the back story is there BUT, there are boundaries and he has no respect towards the other customers who were also there. Word of advise if you get him. Don’t critique his work on you, otherwise you will be encountering a HOT HEAD who will tell you to keep your mouth shut, you are not a nail technician.
