Friendly staff thats easy for me to get in for a haircut without having to wait. Would recommend.

In desperation to get my hair cut the same day, I called the salon and got an appointment. I should have sensed that there was something up, but like I said I was desperate. I think Becca who cut my hair must be the owners daughter, because I cant imagine her having a job any other way! She didnt even use conditioner on my hair after the shampoo. The cut was incredibly basic like what youd get at a Supercuts, despite me bringing in a picture. If I had been charged a discount salon price then I would have figured thats what you get. The very basic cut was $60. Not a fortune, but definitely not in line with what I got. The front desk was unfriendly, didnt acknowledge me when I came in, so I didnt bring up my concerns because Ill never be going there again!

I have never cried after getting my hair fixed until today. I get home and instead of my hair being 1.5” shorter like I asked, my hair is 6” shorter AND BLUE. I know my hair will grow but I clearly said what I wanted and I have nothing close to what I asked for. I asked about my hair being blue and was told that the blue would fade after washing. I have washed it four times today and it is still blue! It will take yearSS to grow all the layers back out.

Becca was amazing from start to finish. My appointment was originally with someone else but they didn’t come in. I had spoke with Becca on the phone while making my appointment a few days before, and I’m glad I ended up with her. She remembered what we talked about on the phone (I wasn’t her client then) and recommended something I would have never thought of, but the results were just what I wanted

I absolutely love getting my hair done here!! 6 months ago my hair was falling out, I now have healthy hair, it is growing back & shorter thanks to Tracy!!

Staff were friendly and professional. Salon was beautiful. However my jaw dropped when I got my bill. $$$ almost 200 for a trim and partial highlights. Quality was average. Not bad, but not worth the high price. **edited to respond to owners comments. I did not ask for a glaze, nor do I believe I received one. For sure did not get a detailed hair cut. Very slight trim. Did not receive the services that owner listed below. Will not return.

The people are very friendly. I took my two boys to get there hair cut an one of them was also getting black an a grey blond in his hair.when I made the appointment I was told it would start around 135 for my sons color .remind you his hair is short not long.when I got there she then told me 200 ok thats fine.after they was done. I got my bill an it was 300 for 2 boy cuts an 2 colors on short hair an not only that after she dyed my sons hair she then didnt have time to cut his hair so she put him off on someone else for this kind of money I would like for one person to do my kids hair dont bounce him around cause you ran out of time . I will not be back wasnt worth the price an my sons hair has more black then highlights.iv always went to expensive hair salons my whole life an me being a women every place iv been to has never charged more then 165 for 3 colors an a cut an they did an amazing job.

Tracy is a miracle worker. She did a color correction on my hair, taking it from black to a very pretty brown.I cant say enough nice things about her and how talented she is. All the staff was incredibly nice. The salon was very clean.

I had the BEST experience with Jacklyn! Ive been on a search to find a great hairstylist since I moved to Phoenix almost 5 years ago. Ive had some really horrible experiences and came in a little apprehensive, but hopeful. Jacklyns personality and pure talent was such a delight. I feel like she really heard me when I explained what I wanted and when she was done, I couldnt be happier. My hair hasnt looked this beautiful since I left Texas. I even made my next appointment with my new forever stylist.

This place is great! Not only is the staff friendly and caring, but they take the time to help you if you arent happy with the color. A clean salon, where you receive scalp massages as they wash your hair. Jackie is such a sweetheart and really knows what shes doing.I highly recommend giving this place a try, if you have the money, as it is pretty expensive. And when I say expensive I mean just over $150 for a root touch up, trim, and tip. So be aware of the pricing!!Update- this place deserves 10 stars out of 5. They go above and beyond for you to feel happy with your hair color. This place is worth every penny you spend there!!

First visit today and Vickie was my stylist. She did such a great job. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and the result was amazing. She actually took her time and asked numerous times about the length. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be going back to see Vickie.

Excellent men’s haircut by Sarah. Very impressed by her talent. It’s hard for me to find someone that pays close attention to thinning areas and keep my big gourd from looking any larger :-) Sarah did a great job at blending and left perfect amount of length.

This place is wonderful. The place is setup with a nice, relaxing style. The owner is super sweet and focuses on getting you to relax through the experience and just have a good time. They have a variety of products and services though Ive only used them for hair at this point. Its the best!

I love everything about this salon. I am super picky and Ashley is so accommodating! She always does exactly what I’m asking for! She’s super sweet and just makes you feel so comfortable when your in her chair. The front desk staff is just as sweet, Im always welcomed with warmth and friendliness. Can’t say enough good things! The salon is absolutely gorgeous and inviting.I came in nervous, I have had a hard time finding a quality hair stylist. Candy had a thorough discussion with me of what I envisioned my hair looking like and then educated me on options to achieve the look I wanted so I felt very confident moving forward.

I have been in Pnx for 2 years, gone thru 4 stylists. Went to Tracy, and she got it right! Am so grateful to find someone who listens and gives a great cut.

I must say that I have never, until now, left a bad review anywhere. I will not mention names, because its not polite, but I received the worst haircut Ive ever received in my life. The stylist while flat butchering my hair preceded to cut her finger open twice and had to excuse herself to stop the bleeding and bandage up. I actually got up 3/4 of the way through the cut and left to go up front and pay. I just wanted to leave. I gave the girl at the register my card. While taking my card she ask how everything was and in the same breath, she double took on my haircut and then said We can have someone fix that if you would like. Obviously she new that it was awful just by the double take and comment. I told her no thank you, but thank you. I just wanna leave please. I guess I should have said something or requested not to pay. I guess Im probably to nice. I preceded to get in my car, drive across the street, and repay for someone else to fix her mess. Costly and embarrassing !!! If your looking for an semi-upscale salon that gives you that Great Clips fresh out of cosmetology school haircut......Than this is the place for you !!!

Ive been here twice, and both times Ive had the pleasure of having Sarah do my hair. The first time I came in nervous about getting a haircut in a new place. The first time Sarah gave me a a nice trim and gave me some cute wispy bangs. She was so knowledgeable about new and upcoming hairstyles. I had told her I want to dye my hair a lighter color and she said it would be perfect. 3 weeks later and I came in to dye my hair a chocolate brown balayage. It came out perfect. Im going back in two weeks and cant wait to have Sarah work her magic. Thanks again Sarah youre the best! - Dora 💜

Candie has been cutting and coloring my hair for a while now. I can honestly say that her cuts are the best that Ive ever had. Usually, when I get my hair cut, I spend a few days wrestling with it afterwards to get it in place. With Candie, my style falls beautifully into place right away.Ive noticed over the years that it can be hard to get someone that is good at both the cut and color. Many times, the stylist is better at one part. However, Candie is great at color too! She really listens to what you want and will nail it the first time.The salon is nice. All the girls are friendly and its a classy environment but not snobby or expensive.I like the line of products that they carry, especially one called Pai Shau (shampoo, conditioners, etc.) which is a natural, exotic tea blend, based on an ancient Vietnamese bathing ritual that is still practiced today. Cool, huh? It has a great fragrance and a little bit goes a long way, so its economical.Id highly recommend anyone in this salon because Candie is the owner and I know shes very discerning about quality work and surrounding herself with caring people.

I was providing a permanent makeup service there last tear. The owner Candy demanded more money increasing my rent despite the contract between us after couple months. She didnt even give me my last check. It was very unprofessional and she is very greedy, controlling type of person. Beware if you want to work there because turnover rate is very high and she ended her business relations with some hair stylists and estheticians in full of drama

Ive since had Zoey do my Bayalage ombré and blending my grays the last two times Ive come here. She is amazing!!!! I love my hair she did for me today and Im so thankful Candie Hired her! Shes like a bayalage guru! I know every time I go that Ill walk out feeling beautiful!Ashlee is great too, my sister goes to her every time she gets her bayalage ombré done too! :) I honestly think anyone you go to will be great!
