Nails turned out good. My tech was pretty fast and made sure I liked them before I left. I only wish they had hard gel instead of regular gel

Absolutely love the place. I visited and was greeted nicely, Made myself a cup of coffee while waiting to be seated, They had free wifi and i love the look of the place. once i was seated i was overwhelmed by the quality of the seat and how sanitary the bowl is. I have never seen a salon use plastic bags over the tub before and that made me feel very clean. when i was done with the fantastic pedicure I watched them clean out the tub with soap and sanitizer even though everything was contained by the bag. I would recommend my friends to this place and will be coming back

I had read other bad reviews but was in a time crunch and went there. I get a acrylic nails with gel polish. It was chipping and peeling in 4 days. Ive never had gel polish chip ever! What kind of garbage products are they usijg?

Not professional, gel pedicure takes them 2 hours and a half to get done, and when talk to the Manger he says sorry you got your service and I cant do anything for you! He is like I will give you discount for next time, no sorry dude you and your unprofessional employees are not going to get my money again!! I think they shouldnt be in the area!!!1 star is not fair for your business, but to bad they dont give you the option for zero stars!!!

From first glance, the place looks promising. I decided to get my toes done in gel and acrylic on my fingers. The gel on my toes took a little over an hour bc the man put regular polish on first and had to take the polish off. The gentleman didnt seem to know what he was doing and it was sloppy work. I have no complaints about my acrylic nails bc the manager did them. My step mom also wanted to get color on her nails but her esthetician didnt put the right color on. Overall, they got the job done, but took way too long.I reccomend having the customers write down on some paper of what they want, name, #... that way each esthetician knows what the customer wants instead of just guessing or forgetting.

Great experience with Joe, funny and listened to what I wanted. Very satisfied with his work. Henry was Awesome with the pedicure as well. I’m an extremely picky and indecisive person and they both got me together. Thanks I will be back in 2 weeks.

I would put zero stars but it required me to put at least one. Old lay took care of me last time and she cut my nails narrow which left me with ingrown toenails. I got them done march 17th and it had almost been a month when that lady did them. There is puss coming out of both toenails. That lady should be fired! Never getting a pedicure again and Im not recommending this place at all. Also when I tried to ask for a refund this bossy lady insulted my profession. You do nails so you should know that ingrown toenails could get an infection or you will have to do surgery to fix the nail entirely. I should have filed malpractice but I am nice enough to just ask for my money back. Never coming here again.

I drive 20 minutes or more past multiple salons because this place is the best. They do an amazing job and I absolutely love the people. I wont go anywhere else!

I got a pedicure from an older woman working at the salon. She applied cream callous remover, and proceeded to use the callous removing foot file. She was so aggressive with the tool that she sliced into my foot, causing pain and bleeding. She then applied styptic liquid. The styptic liquid was very painful, and she advised me to put my foot back into the pedicure bath.Then, during my manicure, the tech blew her nose in a tissue and then proceeded to work on my manicure, without even washing her hands--claiming that she only had allergies.Upon going to the front desk to pay, I told the receptionist that I wanted a discount since I was injured during the pedicure service. Next to her was sitting the male owner working on a womans manicure. In their native language, the receptionist (I assume) told the owner my complaint and request for a discount. She said she wanted to see how bad it was first, before she did anything about it. I showed her my foot injury. She and the owner exchanged words again, while the owner continued to work on his manicure client. The receptionist offered me $5 off the service, and an additional bandage, since the one I had on was soaked through with blood and falling off.The owner never acknowledged me in any way. He allowed his worker to deal with me rather than deal with me himself. Not much of a responsible owner.

Was in on Thursday with my mother the man that did my manicure was rude right off the bat. The other man that was doing my mothers nails was blatantly rude and the 1 time they were nice was when we were paying... Go figure! Not nice people and to top it off, they were so annoyed with my mothers THREE questions that he charged us for the coffin shape. Before we went in I had called and asked if they charge for these kinds if things and they said no. I will never go back and I only put ONE star so I could explain my experience! Btw the coffin shape could have been better and he painted my nails like garbage. And the whole time my ring finger was on FIRE as well as my mothers left middle finger. TERRIBLE!!

Before this incident I had minor issues but Vistancia is small and only has 2 nail shops so I stayed. I Had to walk out bc the owner was rude after not understanding that I wanted a Gel full set and not gel polish manicure, I only said Hi and what I wanted at this point so I was confused??. After I called back the shop- his sister claimed it was me that didnt understand and reputedly says that to my cousin because she was almost done and stayed behind. It was rude and he talked to me like I wasnt worth his time- borderline embarrassing but he was looking crazy in the end so whatever. Def over them lol

Have been going to this salon for 6 years. New owners but still the best salon in Lake Pleasant area.

Have been coming here for almost 2 years. Always a nice job on fingers and nails. Update,,,Had 5 stars before changing hands a couple years ago. Very bad nail service both hands and feet and the prices to high for the finished product.

Nicked cuticles on both thumbs and a finger! Did not put alcohol or neosporin on the bleeding areas. Technician didn’t seem to understand English. Manager didn’t charge for the manicure but I had to ask for that. Won’t be going back.

I love this nail salon and I also get waxed here,they are my go to.

Its a far drive for me but worth it, they take great care of my nails.
