I came first time and nails were amazing and the second time I went they look like a child finished my nails and not all the same size and length. Very disappointed and they charged me 115.00 but my bank says 144 smh

I came here because my regular nail tech across town was booked solid for 3 days straight and I was in a bind. Clean establishment and nice staff however the technique/shaping definitely needs work. I asked for coffin shape with the exception of my ring fingers being stiletto. Each nail is shaped differently from the others and the stiletto is different on each side of the same nail. The middle finger nail on my left hand was also much different than the right, the tech tried his best to make them the same but the quality is just not as good as other places I have been. I wouldnt personally recommend this place to anyone based off of work quality.

Very beautiful and friendly salon. Great conversation too! No rushing and willing to go out of their way to get the customer 100% satisfied. Will definitely be returning.

They have always been super nice to me and my Alzheimer’s grandmother. I love coming here. Recently went somewhere else and that wasn’t bad but not as good as here.... already have my next appointment booked with them lol

The salon is very nice, clean, staff was friendly. I got a gel manicure and it was not the best. The nail tech didn’t even paint the whole nail, some sides were not painted and then it began to chip 3 days in. Two nails fully chipped off 5 days in and I called to get it fixed and I got a lot if attitude, saying they only honor redoing nails a week past but would make an exception for me. I go in and they were stand-offish to me, ended up redoing all my nails because other nails were beginning to chip. Second round of nails look great until now, I have two nails already chipped, three days later. Waste of money and time.

Made my 8 year old happy, they do a great job. Would definitely recommend this place for the old and the young.

They over charged me and it had happened to another person I know.

I love TC Nails & Spa! They are always polite and greet you by name. My nails always look amazing and he shapes them great! They always say if there is an issue, they will fix it for free. There never are any issues though! Also, they have a rewards program which most places do not have! I love them!

The manager did my nails and its not professional at all, he was on a live feed on his phone, laughing out loud so much he cut me on 3 fingers, went back to get them redone by someone else, she did a terrible job too, shes sweet save your money. Not going there again.

Was very disappointed with the service here. I felt like they really didnt want to be there. It was afternoon and no one was in the salon. I was there a total of 25 mins it that at all. The young girl did such quick job with the massage of the legs, the water was luck warm and just felt like it was a chore for her to do my toes. Will not be going back here....

If I could leave NO stars I would. I went here cause my regular nail place was closed (Sunday) I went for a full set and got coffin shape (extra $5) so after he was done and ready to paint my nails I realized the “coffin” shape was SO bad not to mention they didn’t even get the red color I picked from there sample colors so I told him and he got the right color just to set it aside and continue with the wrong color.. So I told the what seemed to be the lady in charge as well as how HORRIBLE the shape was and she did “fix” them up for me but they’re all still crooked and different shapes and sizes. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. My nails have never came out SOOOO bad before I’m very disappointed, almost to the point where I’d removing them and go somewhere else and getting them redone after paying $30. Ugh ZERO STARS👎🏻 DO NOT GO HERE!!! Waste of money and 3 hours of my day!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻And just to update this just ONE week later I already have a broken nail👎🏻

First time went they were just ok, 2nd time they were awful,they wouldnt listen to what I wanted, the man had to have the woman finish and the whole time they would not talk to me only to each other. I will never go back, they ruined my natural nails.

I had worked sunday-saturday and finally got off early enough saturday so I raced to get here from scottsdale and asked if they could please do my nails seeing as my next day off isnt until the following friday and they told me no they were closed, I get that I showed up 30 minutes to closing but cmonnnnn 😩 yes 30 minutes to closing they werent even closed yet
