Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. I wanted my nails done for my vacation and I was able to get an appointment in perfect time before I needed to leave.

Sara brought me back to life today with a manny/peddy that I was in desperate need for today. I moved last month and I was a hot mess.

Cindy is great! My feet is clean and light after. She does remove my ingrown and cuticles.

This was the worst nail job I’ve ever have. I requested mani pedi even paid all the up sales of extra massage! They painted my nails with shellac and covered with regular top coat and expected them to dry! They did not even after waiting thirty minutes for them to dry. I come back in to request them repaint and the nail tech (Joe) just kept trying to push the polish around that was literally moving in pockets in my nail and stuck me under a nail dryer! Very expensive for poor quality work! I’ll never go there and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They did not even give me a refund.

I have been a customer here for 2 years. Kim does my nails and anyone of the others can do my pedicure, even if I want a design. They are all very friendly, follow the safety protocol, and try their best to please. Sometimes the Vietnamese dialog between them is confusing, but is overcome by the service and results. I like to go early because they can get backed up. Convenient location and plenty of parking.

Lisa does a very good job I really appreciate the time she takes and she picked out a beautiful color for me but becareful who does pedicure a old lady broke my toe nail. Plus youll get a long wait even if you have appt. Plus I called to make appt and I get lies when they have openings. Im going to start going to another place from here on out on Northern Ave.

Absolutely love everyone here! Ive been going here for about 4yrs now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are very professional, its clean, has a great atmosphere and they do amazing work. Every design challenge I have come up with is never an issue and I leave with beautiful artwork everytime. The pedis are great as well and by time you leave your feet are in heaven, you (and your feet lol) will be so excited to go back. This place will become your family and home away from home, its the best and you wont find any place better! Just remember to save room for me to keep my appointments too! 😁

I had an appointment for 5 and they didn’t sit me in a chair for 45 minutes then soaked my feet for 20 minutes. Then the pedicure was fine once someone finally got to me. Then I got a full set and the whole time she was trying to push me to do things I didn’t want done. My full set all fell off after a week and a half LOL. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to do both my nails and toes. Don’t go here

Love them they treat me like family when I come in every month. My daughter is getting married soon and they are going to do all the bridesmaids and bride. I would and will always recommend this salon. If I could give more stars I definitely would.

I would not recommend this place. I came in wanting an ombre fill in 2 colors. I had called ahead of time to make sure this was something they could do and they said that they could. Once the girl started it was very clear that she could not do this for me. I finally told her to just make them a solid color. This couldve been fine except for the fact that they were double the thickness that I started with despite the fact that they filed them down to almost nothing. I called to say I was unhappy and they told me to come back but weekends are the only time I have and they arent open on sundays. So they expected me to wait a week to fix them. I wont be doing that. I will be getting them fixed somewhere else. This clearly is not a salon that has much experience in certain areas but are willing to say they do.

6 Salons, 8 nail techs and a year later I finally found my new Nail Salon home. (My old nail guy Henry went to work in Snottsdale)Ive been blessed with the services from Cindy for my nails & Mary for my toes. Not to mention Kimberly and the other ladies are all so friendly. And this salon is only 2 miles from my house!Make sure to make an appt & keep it, because this salon is busy! Of course they are, they are that GREAT!!!

I love this place. All the workers are so friendly and always remember me when I walk in. I have very sensitive skin when having my ebrows waxed, and this is the only place I have been able to have this done with no problems!! They pay attention to detail and take their time with my nails and pedicures. I highly recommend them!

This salon was recommended to us by a Peoria friend. There were 3 of us from WI and all had Pedis. 2 weeks later all of us still have pretty toes!

The girl that did my pedicure was mad at her last customer when they tried to give her tip to her she threw it on the ground out of her pocket. Didnt really pay attention to what she was doing. Color wore off fast

Worst customer service ever!!!!! DON’T GO THERE!!! Very unprofessional. I’ve tried this place couple times already and every time it’s a horrible experience. This last time the owner Cindy told me 15 to 20 minute wait, I literally waited for an hour. When I asked the lady if she was almost done she said five more minutes.... And within seconds all of the employees there we’re talking their language that I couldn’t understand. Clearly they were talking about the situation and about me!! So unprofessional!! Very rude people!!

Awful job on eyebrows, definitely wouldnt recommend. I didnt even need to see it I could feel all the hairs in-between my eyebrows, I had to go back and ask them to get them. I didnt see it at the shop bc I didnt have my glasses on but when I got back home there was hair on the top still and on the sides and end of brow. Im not picky but it just wasnt good. The manicure was okay, they dont really get the sides of the nails. The pedicures are good though and its the only reason they get a three. Oh and there was also wax under my brow still like a bubble.

I have tried going here 3 different times.1st time they were okay, my nails looked like I did them myself. The lady was rude because my nails were so short. I also prefer SHORT coffin and the lady told me it doesn’t look right short so she refused to do them short. Ok whatever.2nd time came in asked for a mani pedi she said okay. That is all she said, not pick a color it will be a second nothing. So i sat for about 15 minutes and still no one else talked to me so I walked out.3rd time took my niece and I in to get pedicures. Mind you on their door it says walk ins welcome. First thing she said you have an appointment? I said no, she said well you have to make appointment we have a wait. I asked how long the wait is because i don’t mind waiting and she said you make appointment.I give up. I tried three times to go here and never once had a good experience. I liked that it was walking distance from my house, but I will find somewhere else.

An hour wait and now have infection. It has been 3 days of excruciating pain. Finally got the pus to relese. On antibiotics and cream, ice, etc. DO NOT go here!

I cried when I saw the result to my nails. I sadly ended up paying $35 for what they did. All I needed was them to fix two broken nails and to shorten my acrylic nails since I had gone a month without shortening them and the man who helped me made INCREDIBLY short. So short that ANY woman would be able to grow them out to where he left them especially myself. The one thing I indulge in every other week turned out a disaster. Not only were they short but they were uneven. Some were shorter then others, there was no consistency. I had to go somewhere else to get them taken off (which was completely simple seeing as it was all my own nail at that point) and got new ones.

They do such an amazing job and are so kind!!

This shop has no clue on the nail all of the ladies are older ladies and most of them cant see I was trying to help the lady doing mine cause half of my nails had no acrylic in the corners I asked for my acrylic not to be done so thin she built it up so my much I sat for a hour for the other lady to shave it down now mind you this is my second time trying them out the first time was a nightmare but decided to give them 1 more try since there so close to my house never waste my money again lesson learn!

Very upset I was there 2 weeks ago and was told to come back in 1 hour because they were very busy. So I did and still waited an hour to be seen. So they said better if u make an appt. So I made one for 2 weeks later.. I show up and Im still waiting an hour to be seen. Why make an appt if your not going to honor those appt being made

Tackiest nail salon Ive ever went to!!? Very lazy not enough people working, I wasnt comfortable at all. And that was only my first impression. Once I I saw the result of my nails I hated them I wanted them off already. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
