I was recently going to another facility in which I was not happy. So I decided to go to La Fortaleza Rehab, and I am in love. The facility is clean, well organized and when youre visiting for the first time, the wait time is quick ans smooth. The staff are courteous, friendly and very informative.

The staff and facility is absolutely amazing! They were clear and concise about the exercises and instructions and very supportive in many ways. I have been to other physical rehabs in Philly and they were not nearly as helpful in my recovery from back pain. Super shout out to all the staff!!

Me and my granddaughter have been coming to this facility for 10 years for an assortment of issues. My granddaughter 3 times for sprains and 2 fractures to her ankles, and me for 2 hip replacements. I have not used a cane anymore after my therapy was done. I have recommended this facility to every one who was looking for therapy or gym. The staff here are highly professional, knowledgeable, motivated, and caring. I give this facility 10 stars. I am now here for therapy after recent neck fusion. I wont go anywhere else.

I have been going to the Fortaleza facility, Hunting park location for the past 5 weeks due to an injury.When I first started attending, my pain level was 9. Today as I am leaving my pain level is a 2.The staff is excellent.They are knowledgeable, personable and professional.The exercises really help in the healing process.I liked the up- to- date equipment and the music.My favorite was the text messages that were sent to remind me of my next appointment.I recommend Fortaleza, Hunting park location to anyone that has been hurt and is seeking a good physical therapist. If I could give this place a zero I would. The experience my husband had was absolutely terrible! The racial profiling and rachetry from the front desk was like walking into a ghetto convenience store. The front desk switched from English to Spanish insulting my husband (unaware he knew what she was saying because of his Latina wife). All the staff were on their phones and no one paid any mind to the clients. They could not find my husbands information so they basically screamed they couldn’t help him. When I called the woman I spoke to was barely sympathetic because she claimed to call my husband the day prior to say he needed another document. When I gave her the information they found him in the system. Clearly they had the wrong birthday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time having PT at Fortaleza. The Staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Fortaleza without hesitation. If youre wondering about having PT at Fortaleza, No more wondering call and schedule your appointment today you will not be disappointed

I really like to go there. The staffs are so nice. They treat you like family. I recommend this place to anyone. If you dont speak English, dont worry, they all speak Spanish.

I started therapy here today vestibular and from start the staff treated me with respect and dignity..Despite the fact I had no appointment on file the ladies at the front desk still made sure I was seen and they are taking good care of me...Thanks ladies and gentlemen for being so professional and making sure the customers come first...

Best physical rehabilitation center ever visited. Fully equipped and great attendance from staff.

Horrible experience. I arrived at my daughters appointment on time and went to the front desk receptionist and was told to have a seat. Another woman came to the front desk and preceded to help other people. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back and asked if someone could register my daughter, I was given papers to fill out. After waiting again for a period of time, I canceled the appointment. What a big waste of time.

My uncle broke is leg and was told that he wouldn’t be able to walk again, but with the help of Fortaleza rehabilitation they helped my uncle out in 8 months which was a blessing. I am to greatful for this second chance they have given him at life

It was very clean, they were very nice, gave me excellent suggestions, they were very warm, and I would recommend them to any one. Matter of fact if I need therapy again I will go there, and they offer transportation.

Kichayra and Alexsus have been treating me very well through the process of my recovery and help me anyway they can. Kelly is mean, just joking lol. You have to love her, she has been trying me very since I started working with her. Overall, everyone has been nice and especially my good friend at the front desk. I believe her name is Melisa and sorry if I spell it wrong. She’s the best, always with a welcome smile and help me with my appointments and always have my back when I come in for treatment. She always got me before I even say anything. I’m sorry that I can’t everyone’s name but basically, I like working with everyone. The names are the people that I have been dealing with the most that’s all. Also love my central location people when I was going there.

I had been coming here for foot therapy for about 2 months and i love it, the staff here a really helpful, friendly, caring and are always looking for the best interest of your comfort, from the girls in the front to the staff in the back. Definitely recommended.

This place in run by individuals that does not take people seriously. The receptionist is rude. And her co-worker as well she told me that I can speak with her Supervisor he was nice at first then he was acting like his co-worker. This place is not a great with people.

1st impression? Not welcoming at all. Noone smiled. Noone said welcome to Fortalesa, we are happy to have your service. When the Aide came out to call my daughter, she never introduced herself and discussed the plan of action. She just handed my faughter a cushion to place under her knee and to start doing the exercises assigned. The Aide did walk my kid through the exercises, but has yet to introduce herself. We are not going to get personal, its all about the business. Lol. The actual therapist has yet to come out and introduce himself and discuss a plan of action with me, mom. Not sure how Im feeling, but facts are they need to improve on customer service. A smile goes a long way.

My husband was a patient and had a lapse in medical coverage well for 3 weeks now he being told he has to wait a week for an appointment and also I had the prescription faxed last week fo the new ins and was told it was received but when I called this morning they told me they didnt have it. Also I let them know he needs therapy for they are going to have to re operate cause his muscles locked and he cant walk. I was given an uhh well Ill call you back. Everything is set on our end so why am I being given the run around.

Its a multiple stores, a rehabilitation center, Smith pharmacy is located there, they even have a gym with the latest equipment for every one.

First of all I tried to get my first appointment on my day off and they said I have to wait for them to call and give me an appointment. Then they close early too. How is a person going to get my appointment, so much for physical therapy.
