Working for Capstone has been one of the best jobs of my life, they have the right people in the right positions. Greg, Latrice, Onders, Stan, Ralph, Trevor and Maria have all been amazing examples of what a good leader and boss is and I have a tremendous amount of respect for that. I consider myself very lucky to be an employee.

DO NOT work for this Company they will try to cheat you out of your money, lie, and are a third party to Home Depot. Which means Home Depot employees feel they can harass you and feel like they own you as if you were a slave yes a slave. Capstone will try to blame you as if it was your fault. I could go on about my recent experiences but its safe to say you have idea of what that experience would be like. Dont trust Ajene Hilliard(Trey or Stan) he terminated me without paying for my any of my work. Which has be documented

I could tell they were not the company to work for. I had my mind made up after the interview. The gentleman who interviewed me, I was skeptical about him. You could already tell the employees there are people you wouldn’t want to work with, or probably couldn’t work with. It’s just my opinion of what I saw. It was stated that they have a high turn over rate and that people have walked off the job. Not shocking to hear at all.

Worked for this company and its unprofessional and very untrustworthy. Employees are paid by the case. They have to pick so many cases per hour (CPH)to reach a pay scale; unfortunately, at the end of the day their cases are shared with other employees to meet their pay. They cheat you out your money daily. Worst experience ever. I was fired trying to do the right thing. Great!

Worst company to ever work for. Sam one of the site managers will have you show up to work just to get sent home bc there is no work. Very unorganized company, & marissa at 2509 dream forest road is a very rude site manager.

Sad my son was cheated out of his money by Maria the hiring manager. She is very nasty and unprofessional. They refused toProvide something as simple as seperation notice

This Job is 100% misleading! I asked multiple times my pay scale, and was lied to the entire time. Would not recommend this company at ALL.

Food Lions & Capstone Logistics avoid this place; 10 am apt. Delivery apt Checked in at 8-1:40 still no papers yet. Reefer -10 bunch of errors. What a no high school management running this place. Unloaders smoking, Derry, stinky place; avoid !!!
