The woman who answered the phone was very rude, and hung up on me while I was answering the question she had asked. For being in customer service and an emergency spot she certainly isnt a very good representative for this company
While experiencing the worst pain imaginable I begrudgingly book an appointment for the morning at a location for 25$ upfront (price for dental work not included). I was told that I am paying for a referral service and to hold my spot. I then get a call 2 hours later that they would not be able to see me in the morning. Felt like I was scammed!After several attempts to call back failed, my call finally goes through to an agent who gives me an email, so that I can ask for my refund. Wow!
No one even answered the phone. It should be taken off that it is 24/7 if that’s the case
