My experiences at the western dental on thunderbird in Peoria were more than frustrating. So frustrating I decided to quit going. Obviously over time youre gonna need a check up so I decided to give it another shot 6 months later. When I showed up I noticed that all the staffing including the dentist were all new. This group was so professional and polite and caring, I think I actually like going to the dentist now. The group of staff I experienced at this location were these few here, Lane, Margarita, Sonia, Dena, and Dr Kahlan. I cant thank you enough and I hope to see you all again soon!

First experience with Western Dental in 2019 I wasnt sure I wanted to go back. The current staff is wonderful. Office staff is friendly and Maggie and Dr Hanf made me feel completely at ease while having a root canel.

Everyone is so friendly and my daughters teeth look great. I know when her braces come off, shes gonna feel like a new woman...and more beautiful than she already was.

The Orthodontist and Dentist was great. I thought they were very high in price. I wanted to go and get a second opinion, went into a very big, blocked wall, the office would only fax to the other dental office, which was a joke, Christina the office manager claimed there was no way they could do this, they were not able to because of blocks. I finial had to go to customer service and demand my money back because insurance will only cover one set a year. Then suddenly, they found a way to email them to me. Really this took me a week and a half to get this settled. I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone. There are better priced companies that do the same thing almost 3,000 cheaper.

I called to make an appointment and spoke with Diana, she was so unprofessional and rude. I had made my appointment and tried to call to get correct information but somehow my appointment was never made. So when I spoke to Diana, the way she speaks to guest I cant believe how she can get away talking to guest like she did. When asked where can I call to make a complaint she said I dont know, how am I supposed to know that. When asked for her supervisor she said I dont have one and Im the only one here. Diana just blamed the call center and said its their mistake, call them and them fix. Just wowed by this lack of customer service.

I have been here three times now. First for exam, second for a cavity fix and the third time to remove my wisdom teeth. Every time they have all been very nice and caring, very informative and addressed my issues. I’m glad I randomly chose this place from my insurance. I highly recommend !!

Today was my first time in a WD office. I went in knowing I needed a root canal but I was impressed that the dentist went over my xrays with me to show me exactly why I needed a root canal. Throughout the procedure he was vocal to let me know everything was going well which calmed my nerves. The front desk lady was also polite & professional. She was the only one in office & clearly had a lot on her plate but she was still a pleasure to interact with.

I do admit I am paying 2 contracts for the same service because I moved to another state! I like the dentist there he is good but only when he does my braces adjustments, every time an assistant does it my wires come out in 1 day and then I have to wait for an appointment, get to the appointment on time and then sit for over 30 minutes!! They ARE ALWAYS OVERBOOKED!! This is horrible, I mean every appointment my braces are messed up! I’m sitting here and my appointment was 35 minutes ago!! Why keep overbooking patients like this!! I have to find a more professional office!! I can’t wait to pay this off, it’s been tough but I am doing it!! I want to be seen just 1 time on time!! Just once!!

I think that joesph pieser needs to take a few classes on how to treat someone and not to be so harsh to someone seting in the chair that he is treating 1. If you move dont stop in the middle and say if your going to do this you can come back put you to sleep .2.dont be crying in here3.please dont open your eyes cause he will let you no. Close them he dont want you looking at him4 he will tell you to put your big girl pants on5..he will make you want to be gone amd never come back

The orthodontist was really personable and charismatic. The people there are friendly and work with you and what you can afford. Inform you of the best course of treatment and take in your knowledge and make you feel heard.

Went in for a root canal and I gotta say this was the best place Ive ever been Ive had so many bad experiences in my life and I was so nervous coming in but honestly Dr.Tzuyu Meng was amazing she super informative and very gentle I wasnt in pain at all everything went so smoothly and for once in my life I can say I had a great experience at a dentist for a treatment shes truly amazing will follow her where ever she goes if she ever leaves this place lol I also enjoyed the conversation she was having with her assistant Lol

If I would have seen these ladies early in my childhood, I wouldnt have such dental anxiety. They treated me with kid gloves and took care & caution to ensure I was as comfortable as could be when extracting teeth... They were as great as a dentist can be. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing and even made sure my wife was in the loop.

Changing my review.... My first visit was really good but everything went downhill from there..I gave them numerous chances without even getting upset because I understand things happen but it is now ridiculous. I want you to know that the staff was ALWAYS nice and friendly but I had a root canal back in March and after the root canal I had severe pain and came back in due to this. They “couldn’t understand” why I was in so much pain. Then I was told my insurance would NOT cover the crown so I would have to pay out of pocket for it.. I called my insurance and they didn’t approve the crown because they show that the root canal was an inadequate fill per the x ray. They were going to have me pay to cap a tooth that was not done correctly! Wow! Then, I brought the letter from my insurance stating this and was told by the dentist “oh thank you for bringing that letter, I was going to redo the root canal anyway.” 😮 Then Covid hit and everything shut down. When everything opened back up I went and got a second opinion from my childhood/young adulthood dentist (who used to sit on the AZ board) he also stated that the x ray shows a good portion of root still left (which would explain my pain) and that it looks like the tip of the file broke off (no one told me this) and they left it there and that’s probably why they couldn’t complete the fill!!! So I went back to do a retreat but this couldn’t be completed by WD because I kept jumping due to sensitivity (probably because of the live root left in there) I was then referred out to an Endodontist but my insurance won’t cover them doing the retreat because they already paid WD 🤦🏻‍♀️ So at this point I was like let’s just pull the tooth I’m done. Made the appointment to get tooth pulled. Received call that my insurance will pay for the pull and that I HAVE to have a bone graft but my insurance will not pay for this and my portion will be over $700! What! Ok now I’m getting upset.. I went back to my other dentist and asked him if I HAD to get a bone graft and he said no... I kept going back to WD so they could do the right thing and fix this since the problem started here.... Now it is clear they don’t care to do the right thing and I’m stuck with a partial root canal, in pain, the tip of a file in my root and cotton under composite.. I do not know what to do at this point.. The dentist who gave me the second opinion will be writing me a letter stating ALL of this. He suggested I get a lawyer and file a complaint with my insurance and the board.. I’m not going to do all that but I am very upset. I feel taken advantage of 🙁

The people at the office in Peoria are extremely professional but when I lost my job because of this COVID epidemic I didn’t have the money for the monthly payment. I’ve never been harassed by anyone more than them in trying to collect. 8 calls a day when you ask them to please be patient I know I owe but that’s not good enough for them. I told them I will get my attorney involved for harassment and the girl laughed and hung up. Now I find out she set me up for automatic payments without my permission. What a joke

I love this office so much. Now they have a dentist that will work with children. They’re setting up rooms for kids now it’s great. Always friendly. I’ve only had one bad experience in this place but I’ve never seen that particular person before then or since so I’m assuming they take care of the bad apples.Thanks guys

The Doc an Amanda were ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL an CARING !!! I believe my #14 tooth was pulled . Very little pain w/ injections an extraction. The young lady at the front office is VERY POLITE an UNDERSTANDING . Finally found a Dentist an office where its just NOT about the money w/ the patients !!! OUTSTANDING STAFF, THX... I just wanted to start off by saying how much I enjoyed my experience at this Western Dental location. I usually dread going into any Dr. visits elsewhere however they completely surprised me with how professional and courteous they all were especially the young lady in the front end Michelle. She was extremely helpful with any questions I had prior to my appointment and during the process. She had the sweetest personality, very knowledgable and made me feel as if she truly enjoyed her job, it honestly made my day to experience such great customer service. I’m definitely recommending this location to all of my friends. A huge thank you to the whole office!!

Good cleaning and almost pain free. I would have felt more comfortable if I knew who I was interacting with and what procedures were going to be performed. Hi, Im so and so, Ill be taking your x-rays today...no one wears name tags or identifying badges. I didnt know who was a technician, hygienist or dentist. There were a total of four areas I was moved to throughout my cleaning. Overall, it wasnt terrible but a few simple changes would make it more pleasant. I was using DMO dental benefits and offered point of sale products that I wasnt sure I needed.

Ive been a patient for Western Dental for a few years now, Ive had a good amount of work done since. Recently they hired a new Doctor, Dr. Slater. She is an awesome Doctor, friendly always smiling always making her patients feel comfortable. The manager Skarleth also very friendly always greeting me with a smile a good morning or a good afternoon. The receptionists are very polite and friendly as well always making conversation, they even know me by name. At one point I stopped coming because of Dr. Dillon. One day I came in for a appointment and witnessed him yelling at his employees which made me feel very uncomfortable, that I would miss my appointments because what I witnessed was NOT professional especially by a Doctor. Then one day I received a call from one of the employees here to remind me of a appointment I had coming up and told them that I was sorry but I wasnt going to be coming back because of what I had seen that one day. The employee that I was talking to told me that this particular Doctor was no longer working at this office that he was only here once a month. I then asked the employee I would only come back if they were to schedule my appointments on days that he wasnt there. Ever since then Ive been coming to my appointments and feel much better now. These employees are super awesome and make me feel like family when Im there. If this office was to ever lose any of these people it would be a HUGE mistake, I would stop coming here and go somewhere else......and thats the truth!!!

I liked how the dental assistant was very inviting and friendly. She told me step by step what was going to happen and what will be the next step in future procedures. The dentist was very nice also both of them listened to me on what pain and where it is im experiencing it. They informed me of another issue i was not aware of and asked me if i was ok with it. This is the first time ever seeing a dentist that i felt relaxed and was assured several times i will be taken care of. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Best experience i have ever had.

I really dont like to give bad reviews but there is a lot of bad going on here first of this place is filthy I mean really really dirty every where you look its dirty this place needs a top to bottom cleansing also next is value if it werent for the easy credit finance program they have here I would not have even come here but my teeth were so bad I had to come here just to have relief from the pain if I had good credit or even better cash savings for what I financed here elsewhere I could have gotten full implants for the amount of money I spent at western dental all in I spent nearly nine grand for extractions and top and bottom full dentures and I wish I had implants because Im having a very difficult time getting used to eating and even talking with these dentures in also the process of getting my teeth extracted was a very high source of anxiety for me i was actually so nervous I was shaking during the entire process and was not even informed until after I was done that I could have had nitrous oxide which would have calmed me down considerably and made me feel better I will say this the only reason I gave them two stars is some of the technicians were very nice to me even holding my hand during the surgery to help calm me down because I was shaking to bad. I hope something will change at this office

My daughter had oral surgery this morning at Western dental for wisdom tooth removal. I feel that my experience was great with western dental, all the staff were very professional however; I feel that there is room for improvement in aspect of better communication with the patients.

Came in, was seen quickly. Has my xrays done fairly quick and was sent to an exam room, doctor came in and let me know I needed a root canal which I knew because I had previously gone somewhere else but the work couldnt be done for another couple weeks and the doctor here started my treatment right away.

I came with my wife who is getting a tooth extraction and was kicked out of the lobby. I am the person who is to be driving her home after her procedure. This is the most rude staff I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to any person I know.

I have had a bad experience with Western Dental every since May 2017. I will not recommend this place to anyone at all. Someone recommended this dentist office to me and I should have ran. I have been trying to get a completed dental job done and was told they tried three times and they didn’t know what else that I wanted them to do, How about get my upper denture properly fixed? I’m not the repairman, I’m the one who is trying to receive services and by the way I’m paying, it’s not free. I’m going to contact the BBB and get my attorney on it because I do have a contract that states they are standing behind their work. Well, they aren’t, I have been really nice and never missed a payment but I’m going to stop the payments because I’m not getting the paid services. PLEASE RUN FROM WESTERN DENTAL!!! They don’t stand their work !!!

Great staff and great doctor, I went in for pain but he still examined my entire mouth and told me other things that needed to get done as well as the area I was having pain in. Which is great because I didn’t know how much work I actually needed to get done. Definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I have had nothing but the best care at this Western Dental. They have gone above and beyond any expectations I had. Everyone from the front staff to the dentist are absolutely amazing.

Went in for my first visit been in a ton of pain from a wisdom tooth, appt was at 3:45 they called me around noon asking if I could come in early as they were closing early for NYE (understandable) they told me to come in at 1 i got there only to be told there would be at least an hour wait. I asked the receptionist why did they offer me that time if they had so many scheduled at the same time. She proceeded to say well do you want to reschedule? I wasnt gonna wait over an hour. She asked when i wanted to go back. I told her when I can be seen at the time of my appt. Not when they are tripled booked or more. So lets see how friday goes. I wasted my time and gas. Left a bad taste in my mouth! No pun intended.

I cant speak for everyone else but my visit personally was awesome. Everyone was really nice and open to conversation and any questions. I was well informed if any issues i had and also the solutions to any issue.Overall great visit

If I could choose no stars I would, sadly thats not an option. Ive never been so disgusted/upset in my life after a dentist appointment. Upon arrival ALL the girls at the front desk were so rude, I was not even greeted. One of them was yelling at a elderly women on the phone. They are all more concerned about doing their hair and makeup. The front lobby is absolutely disgusting, there is black stuff all over the floors, it looks as if it hasnt been cleaned or mopped in over a year. I was called back 40 minutes after my appointment to complete X-rays.. when my X-rays were being completed my chart was under someone else name! They were doing my X-rays under another patients name. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. When i was getting my teeth looked at the doctor told the assistant to get new tools because they ones he was about to touch my mouth with were dirty! I really have enough to file a law-suit, im so disgusted and mortified by this place its insane. To top it all off they attempted to charge me for services my insurance covers. They told me my insurance did not cover a simple cleaning! They are so incompetent its insane!! No idea what they are doing in that office at all.. My insurance had to call them to explain they cover the services they were trying to charge me out of pocket for. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOURSELF OR LOVED ONES HERE, it will be a huge mistake. ALSO theirs a sign that says no pictures or videos, I now know why!!!! Ugh so nasty.

Worst service ever!! Very unprofessional and no communication! I made my appointment and they approved my insurance over the phone. When I arrived to my appointment, she said, “we do not accept your insurance”. I asked, “why did they not call me to notify me”! The receptionist said in a rude tone, that they tried calling me! I said, “no they did not” and looked at my missed calls”! She began to say, “we did call you but it didn’t go through”! This girl should not be working at this place because she sounded very unprofessional and looked very unprofessional to be working at a Dentist office!

Office staff is SO important. Being able to work with and know everyones insurance is valid. Bias against people who are on medicaid should never happen. Unfortunetly due to poor office staff training it does. It happened here. If you are on medicaid please do not visit this place. Unproffesional.

I got my wisdoms taken out about a month or so ago and he did it so fast! Literally in less than 5 minutes! I for sure refer them, theyre amazing!! The healing process was quick also! 5 stars!!

I went in because I had broken a tooth and was in massive amounts of pain and no one else could schedule me in. When the dentist did the exam, he recommended a lot of work, most of which my insurance would not cover. He refused to do anything to help out the broken tooth unless I agreed to do the full treatment and did not like that I pointed out that they were trying to charge me for things that I knew my insurance covered. I was able to take care of the tooth (which ended up needing a simple extraction) and the dentist who pulled the tooth was in shock over the horrible ego and heartless dentist I had to deal with at this Western Dental. No more Western Dental, even if they can get me in quick for a tooth emergency. They did not even send over my x-rays to the dentist I was able to end up seeing, even though they made me go into the office and sign permission to send the x-rays over.

I love Western Dental!! Three if my children have seen the orthodontist, Jesse McQuire and are out of braces!! Their teeth look fantastic...and they are so proud & thankful for their beautiful teeth. The Ortho crew is out of this world!! Fast, friendly service. Dr McQuire is the best!! I highly recommend Western Dental & Jesse McQuire!! Thank you from the Lee Familee♥️

My appointment was 945 am...I had to ask whats going on at 1030. We only have one x-ray machine she told me. I wasnt even there for that. Do not go there!!!

BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH WESTERN DENTAL! Too bad Google does not offer zero stars! Western Dental proved to me their gross incompetence! Their staff cannot book appointments correctly, cannot communicate properly! I needed a tooth extracted by an oral surgeon. A simple process. I arrived early, waited patiently they called me back a half hour late obtained the XRays needed sat me in a chair. OVER AN HOUR after being called back they report that they cannot perform the extraction and I would have to come back an hour later! Their incompetence is unnecessary and uncalled for! Due to the performance of the front office staff I was not going to risk allowing their doctor touch me. when I booked the appointment I made it clear that I needed an oral surgeon to remove the tooth. Come to find out they did not even have an oral surgeon available today! The incompetence is just too great for me to risk my health care needs.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I swear this place is a scam. You can pay your bill on time and they will still charge you late fees, you get harassed by their corporate office so much that I actually had to block their corporate number, the people at the offices are rude, mean, lazy, and never have any idea what youre talking about they constantly change orthodontists on you to the point where you meet a new person almost every time you go, which in turn the requests that you have on your contract never get completed and yet they will still charge you for uncompleted work that they were suppose to do. The orthodontists are very aggressive when changing the wires and bands, theyre also very nosey about your personal life. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but I personally think more people need to be aware of what theyre getting them selves into with the company. Trust me when I say go somewhere else! I promise you that you, you wont regret it.

Dont ever come here. I had to get two crowns. My first crown didnt come in on time. So another week or so of eating soft foods! And my temporary crown has fallen off twice. This is unacceptable and Im very disappointed. I will not be returning to this dentist after my permanent crowns are in place.

If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is rude, filthy, mean and dont care how they treat you. Dr. Dillon is by far the worst human being I have ever encountered. He told me he would extract my 4 wisdom teeth in under 15 minutes. I got there at 10am. I did not leave until after 5pm. He treated me terribly during the extractions. Told me I wasnt in pain. Told me I couldnt make a sound. Told me I was not allowed to cry. With each whimper I made when he hurt me he told me if I dont stop it he wont finish and will make me go somewhere else. When he was on the final tooth I was in tremendous pain and I made the slightest whimper and he yelled thats it Im done! He ripped off his gloves and threw them on the filthy floor and said Im not going to finish because I wasnt cooperating as a patient. After he and I went back and forth he told me he said if Im in pain I was to raise my hand. I said youre a liar you never once said that and as a matter of fact when I did bring my hand up to rub the side of my jaw you yelled at me and told me to put my hand down and never put it up again while youre working. After a solid hour of ripping and wrenching at my tooth he finally got it out. He said I would be slightly swollen. Today my whole face neck and ear are swollen. I called him to tell him how much pain I am in. He told me after my behavior yesterday he quite frankly doesnt care. I can barely open my mouth and he told me hes not helping me anymore and is dismissing me immediately as a patient. I said you made this happen and youre not going to help me?! In the end he hung up on me. He was by far the worst dentist I have ever encountered. And I am filing a complaint with the dental board and will sue him

This is the worst office ever. Im sorry I have to give at least one star. I would of prefer to give no stars cause thats what they deserve. The girls at the front desk are awful. They are never wrong even when they are wrong. They treat you like s***. First appointment waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to get in. Was there for 3 hours just to get a buildup for a crown. 2nd appointment was for cleaning and actual crown. Cleaning was great so sorry the hygienist has to be lumped in with this group cause she was awesome. Crown appointment was to be right after at 1030. When cleaning was done was told my appointment was at 1130. Why in the hell would I schedule appointments with an hour break in the middle. Of course the front girls tell me Im wrong, but I have the F-zing card to prove it. After this procedure will never be back. The reviews that say this place sucks are correct. Save yourself and your money and time. Youll be glad you did. You

I have anxiety when it comes to the denist, I told my denist that and she made sure she was telling me everything that was happening and was going to happen. She awesome!

Horrible place. You will be expecting a one to three hour wait if you go. Many new orthodontist and dentist every time I go.I have been going there for a year and a half. I have been mistreated many times but here are three examples:1. During last summer I went to Spain my homeland on a one month vacation. Since I have appointments once a month I called the ortho office to say I would not be able to make my appointment. They said it would be OK and to call whenever I got back. I did and they said they were charging me a $500 fee.2. Resulting from number one I said I wanted to quit the service and since I signed a contract at the beginning of my braces work the contract states that if you ever want your brace of that you have to pay a $1,500 fee. I had to keep going there.3. I once waited three hours to get my teeth whiten by a dental hygienists.

Sarah Fuentes was seen at this location in December, interested in getting Invisalign. After the insurance renewed in January, appointment was made for today (2/2 @ 4pm). In the past two weeks, I have placed 4 separate phone calls to this office to find out what the insurance covers. All 4 times the staff that answered responded as if they really didnt know what to do, but that they would call me back, and never did... So I went in today at my appointment time and was told by a lady at the desk that she didnt know what the insurance covered, that she tried to call but nobody answered the phone. She acted like she couldnt care less and all the people behind the desk with her just stood there and watched. Im glad I was entertainment for them. I dont know what their previous experience is in this office but it sure isnt customer service. I have made an appointment with a different company and thats who I will take my business to, and I will definitely let my family and friends know to never visit any Western Dental offices.This was a review of the 83rd avenue and west Thunderbird location.

I wouldnt recommend but if you decide to go their anyway and are wanting braces make sure you go to your general dentist and get your teeth cleaned and checked for fillings or anything before getting braces. When I went to get braces they just threw them on me and I was excited and then when I had an appointment 6 months later with my general dentist he said western dental should have checked my teeth first because he had to fix 4 fillings that had holes and 1 cavity so just make sure you do that first and I have also had problems with their billing staff very Annoying.

This place is a joke. They will give you a quote over the phone, then when you arrive they will try and add on another $75 just to get in to the chair. They also told me over the phone that the would accept my dental insurance, but I when I got there they said the couldnt. In addition the lobby is packed...feels like something shady is going on here (I walked out!)

Well, I have to disagree with the other reviews because this office treated me like gold from the moment I arrived. I have had a problem finding a dental office that wasnt there just to rush to your wallet and set you aside when you dont agree to their financial write up.this office took care of my immediate needs same day and set me up for future work at my convenience, just cant say enough good about this place.

Waste of time ! Do NOT go to this location ! I made an appointment a week and half in advance, provided my insurance information prior to my visit. I show up I’m advised they only have ONE doctor and he’s running an hour and a half late and they can’t verify my insurance coverage. I was furious as my time was wasted and they clearly had no respect for it. They advised I would need to come back the following Thursday or Saturday! This was a joke ! This office is inefficient and should be out of business.

I have been going here since 2012. Their communication at the front desk was terrible, but dental staff great. Then Dr. Dhillon came along, and the office improved a lot! I noticed I had been overpaying them, they agreed. I pay every visit, right away, in full. When they submitted the info to their reimbursement department, it was denied. The reimbursement department had different records and showed I owed money. What? Some weird Insurance lingo that happens between parties that have nothing to do with the customer. I tried showing the proof and submitting complaints/claims, to no avail. Ive changed dentists.

Had 2 appointments waited 45 minutes.. couldnt tell you how late they are running. Should of at least had something tell you..Maybe they shouldnt overbook or double book.. walked out.🤔😠

Incompetent office staff and forget trying to actually reach someone in the office. Your call gets sent to a California call room where they answer the phone and their accent is very thick. Now that being said I normally dont have a hard time with language barriers.I was seen on a Thursday for an appointment involving pain. It took 3 hours and I still didnt see the doctor because it was after 5pm and the doctor left for the day. They made an appointment for me to come back the next however I didnt have my calander with me and let them know Id reschedule if needed. I could not reach anyone until the following Wednesday in the office. The 1800 number gave me the run around and I sat on hold with a guy finding me an appointment for almost an hour. I go to my scheduled appointment on the following Thursday only to find they actually put me in for Friday. Front desk lady smirked and giggled when I expressed how ridiculous it is to get ahold of anyone and when I said they even gave me a number to reach the office she said they dont actually answer that number. She then said oh its okay we can see you today. So I wait 30 minutes and more people are coming in and going back. I left, I was done having my time wasted by this company

This place was very far from professional and it seems like their lack of dentists and scheduling competence is not only my experience. As a registered nurse I look at any healthcare office but this office was being talked about by other patients in the office and online. I went there for a broken tooth and in excruciating pain and they come to me with an estimate for a crown thats been off for at least 10 years on the opposite side of my mouth and talk about wisdom teeth that havent once bothered me! Whoever manages this place needs to get some lessons and the staff needs to stop talking about how mad the dentist is today and the dentist needs to take responsibility for the way his office acts and schedules. In the end they would do nothing except tell me to wait in pain 2 more days! Horrible office! Cant be trusted.

Had a cleaning appointment at 215pm I arrived at 205pm waited until 320 before i canceled. Slow service not happy. Response I got was we are backup..... You would think a dental office whos been in business have a schedule system to a T. Waste of Time!!!!!

I took my daughter in for a second opinion and was very happy with the information Dr. Maguire gave me..will decently be taking her back for another check up in 6 months..and the staff was very friendly..

They are the worst. They are liars and thieves. I went to them in March 2016 to have my teeth pulled and fitted for dentures, worst mistake in my life. Their front office manager wanted me to pay more then what my insurance indicated (had to fight them on that) then their Dr. D would not fix my my dentures bc i filed a claim against them. Dr. D told me he would reimbursed me my money n refer me to another dentist. Well Dr.D is now lying about the conversation . i have filed another claim against them with western dental corp. N az dental associations. Western Dental is the WORST place to go for dental help. I told them people dont go to them because they are the best only because they payment plans. Hope they read this because i will b posting on all social medians about them...BAD

I called to get an estimate for having a tooth pulled and before she got 30 seconds into the call she starts to break down the multiple fees before anything about the work I needed done. She tells me that she can only give me an estimate. Next she gives me a broad range of how much it might cost. I give her my exact issue and next she tells me shes not good at estimates and they only give her a sheet with a range of estimates. Nothing but the run around obviously. Next she tells me she doesnt want to guess but because its a molar Ill have to wait and ask the doctor, which might need to be an oral surgeon (more money)!!!I just ended the call and said thank you have a nice day because she scared me off, knowing Id be giving up a rent payment for a tooth. If thats the normal approach, its amazing they get any clients!!!

One step up from a back alley..... I havent experienced this much incompetence in a very long time. I wont go here let alone bring my child.
