Friendly guys. I walked in with no appointment and they were clearly working on stuff But stopped immediately to help me. Had my iPad fixed in 15-20 minutes. And was apparently such an easy fix for the expert that he didn’t even charge me. I had spent hours on YouTube trying to fix it. He knew right away the issue and took care of it. Didn’t try to then sell me something I didn’t need like many places would . Just asked that I come back in the future if they can be of service . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There is no where in 100 miles that compares to this place for service, expertise and price. As soon as you walk in the door youre going to get service no matter how many customers got there before you. They dont have a waiting room or ticketing process because its rarely needed. I drive 30 miles to get work done right past other places. Keep up the good work staymobile TEAM.

Get the repair cost in writing. Was quoted $120 for the front screen, $140 for the back. Went the next business day, and was quoted $200 just for the front screen. I went to Cell Fashion in Westgate Mall, and paid $115 for the front screen.

These people had my phone over a week, changed my passwords to all my accounts, including my bank account. They even logged me out of my baby apps. My phone has been completely went through. The screen is now glitching from when they fixed it I will never use these people again

My cell phone screen was shattered and they fixed it on the spot in minutes. I can’t wait to have my computer repaired. I can’t believe I just said that!

They forgot to call me when my screen came in but they replaced my screen within an hour and it works like nothing ever happened.

They quoted me $30 for a charge port replacement for a Galaxy S4 when other stores were quoting me about $70. When I took it in, they found that the problem was just some corrosion on the connector, which they then scrubbed clean. They offered to let me walk away without paying anything, but I insisted.Really friendly and helpful staff with great service. They would be my first choice in the future if I ever have any need of more repair services.

These are the go-to guys-- they are pretty reasonable, compared to others, and usually fix things pretty fast. Theyll tell you if they cant get the part, of if the parts suck. They also got an old desktop working for me really quickly, and didnt charge me. Also very nice.

The manager is the most incompetent person Ive ever experienced I needed a repair was told it would take a week to get, a week goes by so I call to check up on the status and was informed that it wasnt ordered and it will be another week. He could not care at all and refused to over night it. He also refused to give me the contact information to his supervisors.

This is the ONLY cell phone repair place you need to go to.After breaking my phone for the second time in one month, I was freaking out about having to fork out a bunch of money for a new screen. On top of me freaking out about money, I was also freaking out about time. I only had 2 hours before I had to leave for GA. All my fears came from my experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Spartanburg. FORTUNATELY all my fears went away when I walked into Staymobile. NOT ONLY did they fix my screen in 15 mins right in front of me, they also fixed it for almost 100 dollars less than CPR. AMAZED. Just go here. They are awesome .

Weve used them twice and had a good experience both times. Quality work at a reasonable price. I usually fix everything myself but dont like working on Apple products. They replaced a bad iPad air screen for $89 in about and hour. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I talked to them.

Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a repair shop. The staff is very friendly and fixes the phone in front. Unlike most places that took my phone behind a wall, I could actually watch the repair in person. I was out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent job guys!!!

Would have loved to give a higher review but unfortunately I just cant.After bringing my phone in for a charging port repair a couple months ago, when problems arose with it again I decided to return. And thats when he knew that he messed up...I drop the phone off and leave my number. A week goes by. No phone calls from them. No texts. No smoke signals, no homing pigeons. Nada.So I call them. To find out that they knew my phone was bricked for the lions share of that week. At this point Im a little bit annoyed, but hey things happen, and they are going to order me a new phone. How nice right?In theory.Fast forward two weeks later.Ive never gotten a phone call, smoke signal, snap chat, email or anything like it from them. Ive given them my contact information multiple times, stood next to the guy while he supposedly ordered phone, and yet here I stand phoneless.The staff have fantastic personalities but I just cant recommend them for anything other than an immediate fix that can be done that day while you watch them. If you cant watch them do it on the spot be prepared to call them every day, twice a day to make sure they are doing what they say they are doing. Now Im going to have to take my phone to yet another repair place to get a second opinion and if confirmed order my own phone.Again, super nice people, and would recommend for a simple quick fix, but expect them to disappoint in the customer service department. Wish I had a different rating to give fellas, but ya done goofed real bad.

Dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Customer service from Alex was great. The screen was ordered thru Amazon and within 24 hrs was delivered to Staymobile. I then took my phone there and in an hour or so it was ready.

Literally the worst place ever. If zero stars were an option, I’d rather go with that instead.Apparently buying a “new” iPhone battery means getting a 2014 manufactured battery that’s already been charged over 700 times (had this checked and verified by another local shop). Not impressed at all and the owner couldn’t even own up to the mistake and refund what I paid for the overpriced battery that looked like it had been ran over by a car.Don’t waste your money here people.

I had a issue with my Samsung 6 Galaxy. Others, including my service provider, had told me there was no way to get information from my damaged phone. Payne and his coworkers worked diligently to retrieve my lost data including irreplaceable photographs. I appreciate StayMobile Spartanburg and highly recommend them for repair of damaged devices.

I had originally planned on getting the battery on my iPhone replaced at the Apple store in Greenville but Im so glad I found these guys through Google reviews instead! Not only did they have the battery replaced in less than 10 minutes, but it was much cheaper than what Apple charges. I was so impressed with their expertise and prices that I returned later that day to have my sons screen replaced on his iPhone. They also had it done in about 10 minutes. Other places Ive been to made me return in an hour. Ill be back anytime our family needs repair on their phones or iPads.
