I’m never coming back my fingers still hurt! 0 stars! They didn’t do my nail correctly either.. It was meant to be light blue and light pink… I was so disappointed! .Also they didn’t wipe the leftover nail polish. Don’t come here!

I recently relocated and needed a new nail tech. I decided to check this place out based on the reviews. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and it was $70. $55 for the manipedi and $15 for gel polish on my toes only. The facility was clean and inviting. The technician did not try to force conversation which I liked because I am an introvert and I didnt feel like talking just relaxing. She did cut me while trimming my nail bed. She immediately sprayed my hands with alcohol, cleaned away the blood and offered Neosporin. I gave them 3 stars because I felt she should have offered a discount due to the fact she cut me, but for everything else 5 stars. I would recommend.

Most of the ppl in the reviews sound bitter. I always go to the sisters and they are always very nice and professional. I never have a problem and they always do my nails and toes nice.

I love it here. Ive been coming here since I was a little girl. The sisters have always taken care of me and my mom and do a great job everytime.

They provided great service and did a beautiful job on my nails. I plan to continue to be a customer.

I walked in last Sunday, only because it was Sunday, I was waiting to get my hair braided, and Exotic Nails was closed. A lady comes to the front with a fork in her hand smacking on something and asks what I need. I told her a full set so she asked me what length and shape I like. I told her square and said I keep my nails short. She proceeded to show me the length on the mannequin hand and tried to tell me it would be $30. (The board says $20 for a full set btw.) I asked her what her definition of short is and she showed me her nail (she literally didnt have a nail.) I told her I would not be paying $30 for the length of my chewed off real nails and told her I would wait. No wonder there was no one in there! She tried to rip me off I guess because business is slow. Do quality work and you will get results and repeat customers! Dont go here!

Walked in and asked for nail repairI did not need a full set or fill. They proceeded to tell me they dont do repairs..they cant do them. So I asked how do they do nails but cant repair a nail. Lady comes from the back and says I have to get a fill or full set. Negative....I wont get anything from this place. Place was empty so I took That as a sign to leave either way. Dont waste your time on this place. It stinks anyway and you might end up with an infection.

This place is great for pedicures! I drive all the way from 32514 to see this one lady. She takes her time, gives me an amazing leg/foot massage, and does my toes perfectly! If something isnt right, she notices and fixes it right away. I dont even have to say anything! Speaking of not saying anything...she doesnt try to talk to me. She lets me actually enjoy my pedicure, which is one of the reasons for even going to get one done in the first place! Ive been going here for over a year, and will continue going! Its totally worth the drive!

I go there often and receive good quality service. I started going about a year ago when i barely had any nails. My natural nails are nearly two inches long and would be longer if i never cut them. I would surely recommend. Only complaint is they need help. Often there is a wait and weekends can be slow.

Horrible place, I walked in and there were two woman. One doing pedicures, one doing nails. She says ‘can I help you’ I told her I needed a nail fixed. She told me ‘oh sorry hunE, we so BizzzE’ I didn’t know two customers would be considered busy. I told her I could wait and that I wasn’t in a rush, she told me ‘come back tomorrow’ I will never go there again. Mind you, this is at 2pm and they close at 6

Walked in here on a Sunday only because it was the earliest nail salon I could find opening for the day of the week it was. Upon entering the building you could smell marijuana extremely strong in the salon and it was hot and there because they were not running the AC. Wanted to charge me $40 for a backfill and polish change. I turned around and walked out

Its has a strong odor. Made my stomach sick. Told the lady to inform her so maybe she can fix it. She got upset and said that she dont have to do the service I came for. I was just trying to inform her just incase she doesnt smell it.

Plllleeeaasssseee do NOT go here! I went to get a fill and ended up leaving because of the poor customer service and they couldnt even do my nails correctly. I ended up leaving and having to fix my nails myself. They didnt even get to put on new acrylic, i left when they were buffing my nails.... never again. Now my nails hurt when i push something or run them under hot water

Very poor customer service. They do your nails the way they want too. Get a nasty attitude when you ask them to correct it. Never again. Today was my last visit... I WILL NEVER RETURN... VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

If i could give them no stars i would. Csme in on a sunday ONLY BC EXOTIC AND NEWYORK NAILS WAS CLOSED only wanted a polish Change and two nails she rudly tells me they dont do polish changes that if i want service i would have to get a fill which i did not need and tells me itll be 31 bucks total!! For one...why do i need to pay for a service that i dont even need!!
