Havent been to this place in over 10yrs but, my experience was amazing, my pedicure didnt feel rushed at all, hes an older guy, I didnt get his name, but he took his time and my feet felt so amazing when he finished, I was here about an hour and I felt so comfortable and relaxed, I almost went to sleep 😊😊😊

These nail techs are the BEST in the city! Very professional, friendly and very accommodating. I have used Nancy and her husband for at least 10 years now! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are the BEST!♥️

I’m from out of town and I desperately needed a fill in. I stopped by here and I’m so pleased with my nails. The guy who did my nails was amazing he paid close attention to fine detail to make sure my nails were beautiful. The price of my fill in was very ready priced. My daughter got a pedicure and the lady who did it took her time and really pampered her feet

I asked for full powder dip with nail extensions and the lady made it very chunky and uneven. Also, charged way more than expected. 1) the shape was not what I wanted 2) the gel top coat came off the same freaking day 3) charged me extra $5 for making it short the next day and literally peeled off top coat from every single nails. This place is not friendly nor professional. I absolutely do not recommend this salon.

Nancy was unprofessional sloppy and very rude she missed my nails and my feet up charge me $80 for something that I didnt even want and then would not even fix it Im mad I had to give a star for the worst nail place in Pensacola Florida besides Lee nails

Really sick of the rudeness. Really didnt like being treated like I done something wrong because I declined half of the services offered that were way beyond my price rangeI stated my budget and my ideal results I expected done, i asked if with X amount of dollars buy me a certain set of nails with toe polish. Not evebrow were discussed before we agreed aka (our mini consultation upon appointment setting). Theres too many talented nail technicians that I much rather have paid 86 dollars for a full set, Im sure my cuticles would have been cut. Before was all said and done, to top it off, I requested the top coat of clear to be the pink tinted kind and it also was a problem to her so I do not recommend this hustle shop of nails to anybody. Just pick any other place in town and you will be better off. Not how they use to be 5-10 years ago.

They are very nice and I always get a great pedi and Nancy does really great nails

I wasn’t too happy with pedicure polish but I’ve had my nails on over a month and they are just now lifting, I have been to several places while being in Pensacola but this is the first time I have not had a nail pop. Needless to say I’m going to get a fill in today.

Customer Service and quality is great!! Mrs Jenny makes you feel like a friend and she has a great eye for color and design choices. My nails lasted a long time and by the time for my fill in, there was no huge ugly gap. I love this place and enjoy my time there..

Very friendly and nice and clean, and seats and theatre are kept up and more comfortable, staff was really helpful and fast moving thru the line for popcorn

I got my eyebrows done by a guy and hes AMAZING. I wish I knew his name so I can recommend him properly, but when I came in and asked was the guy here he customers already knew who I meant and I wasnt the only one asking for him.

I was in a bind time wise, so I got a pedi here. They barely dipped my feet in the water and only after they did the clipping. Then dumped the clippings in the water my feet were in. I even got the upgraded pedi that was supposed to include massage and hot towel wrap. . He did something, but that was not a massage. And he actually wrapped ONE towel around BOTH my legs (for like 2 minutes). My advice, if you are in a bind and need to use them, at least dont be fool enough to do the upgraded pedi. Worst pedi ever.

I agree with Kourtney. Most crappiest job to my nails. The girl rushed through it and all my nails are uneven. Now I know why I only go to fancy nails 2. They care an do an amazing job.

This is a new group of nail techs in the last 1 1/2 yrs. Like the private waxing room- brows, lip, chin, cheek and will do arms and legs by Nancy ! DRG.

They dont even deserve a star. They did such a horrible job wouldnt recommend this place to no one. The nails fell off quickly. The nail polish that they were using wasnt even good they even had to add alcohol to it to be able to be consistent. Besides theyre too expensive.

Did not know what they were doing at all had dip on took off wrong cause 3 fingers to bleed badly crooked nails uneven just overall terrible service

This place is horrible!!!!!! I cant express how terrible my nails are.The man rushed to get them done and I have bubbles in my acrylic.All my nails are different lengths and odd shapes.Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

I have never in my life had my nails done so badly! I asked for coffin shaped and all my nails are uneven and not one of them looks the same. The lady cut me at least 3 times, she was on the phone almost the whole time. I felt like she was rushing thru every process. Seriously the worst place Ive even been too and my nails look like absolute crap!
