Very satisfied. I was accepted as a walk-in on a busy morning. Place was clean, everyone wore masks. My technician was polite & made sure I was comfortable while getting my pedicure. She did a wonderful job, my feet are like new!

Ms. Ann did my nails. I wanted acrylic overlay on my natural nails and 2 tips where my nails had broken. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She was very sweet and did a wonderful job.I went in for a pedicure today. It was the BEST one Ive ever had. This lady is so thorough. I had ingrown toenails and she got them out with hardly any pain. This will definitely be my regular spot now.

The absolute BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. My feet are usually a wreck and other salons have just used a giant emery board to get the skin off but never do. This pedicurist uses blades to scrape it all and the rest of the scrub and rub were soo relaxing. My feet have never looked and felt better. All that for $45? Take my money!!Just go here snd you’re welcome.

I Will NOT BE Back. I never right bad reviews. I really don’t. I came in to get a fill and the lady was very nice but when she did my fill she had to take some of the acrylic nail off but she did not fill it in to where it would not show. She said the only way to cover it is with nail polish. Not true. You use more of the pink filling and buff it out. When I questioned her she said it won’t do that. Well I know better. This isn’t my first tome getting a fill Just a way for them to get more money from you. Very dissatisfied

Overall ok, got French tip ties and some lines were uneven and chipped super easily but you couldnt tell from a distance.

Ive been a nail tech since 1990, but i had zero desire to put a full set on myself. So, I googled providers nearby, chose the 1st salon listed. Even without an appointment I was promptly greeted&seated, asked what I would like done, and an hour later I left a happy customer! That was 3wks ago & I havent broken even 1nail and none of the product is lifting; all because she did a thoroughly great job!!

I think they women are rude, they speak in their native tongue and it is obvious that they are speaking about their customers in a negative matter.

Me and my family have been coming to Lovely for over 10 years. The nail salon is clean, the techs are professional and the service is exceptional. Hands down theyre the best!!

Extremely good customer service and very polite. we had some issues getting it the way I wanted because I didnt quite understand how the particular style I wanted work. The colors that I wanted wouldnt work with the type of fade. She had to redo two nails twice only to have me realize it wasnt working out the way I wanted and she still redid an entire hand. It took three times to get it finally right but she was still just as polite and patient as ever. Very good prices too and it turned out great and she had a lot of attention to detail. Highly recommended

At first I was hesitant because the salon does not appear to be nice. Just a little hole in wall. But let me tell you the service is amazing!! The pedicures are the best I have ever had and I have had good ones elsewhere!!! I highly recommend and the prices are fair!

I absolutely love this salon. They pay great attention to detail and make sure you are happy. The price is also very reasonable. The atmosphere is calming and genuine almost like they are family. They are very careful to make sure you dont smell of remover, and for me thats a big one. Every salon I have ever been to I am dizzy and sick from the smell the moment I walk in the door. I cherish my nails and will only trust them with them.

I went for a day of pampering and left a very happy client. The ladies that work there were very friendly which made for a relaxing pleasurable experience. The prices are good, service is awesome, I highly recommend this salon.

I love the atmosphere and the pedicures. I’m a bit concerned about the tools they use with the pedicures. I recently read an article that the cheese grader looking tool is illegal in Florida? If that the case, then apparently a lot of nail salons have not been informed. Of course this is a primarily Vietnamese shop, so most of the time it’s hard to communicate clearly and understand exactly what they are saying.

Worn out chairs & stools. I didn’t see the instruments in sterilized packets or being sterilized. They didn’t use plastic cover for foot bowl when I got my pedicure. I got my nails dipped & less than 3 days & several are already chipped. I will NOT go back. They are pricey too.Very disappointed in the quality of service I received.

Very pleasant staff and wonderful experience! The prices are not the cheapest, but the extra pay was well worth the wonderful experience! Will return in hopes of recreating the experience!

Service and quality of nails are great but like other nail salon I find it hard to enjoy my experience because they do not speak english and that make me uncomfortable because I feel they are talking about people in salon or even me..

I actually like it here alot! I bring my daughter here with me and they always treat us really kindly! Prices are very reasonable and I really enjoy getting my nails done here!

I am Vietnamese and I guess I dont really look it. They were talking about me thinking I didnt understand. They said how I didnt want to do my toe nails so that I must be poor and had no money. My lady said to the other that she was gonna put oil on my hands cause they were dry (yeah, they were) and asked her if it is okay to put oil on my gel nails as if she didnt know. Doing nails, I would hope you know what youre doing! Other than that, the nails were okay.

So i wanted a polish change and a repair mind u i just got my nails done a week prior, i was charged $45 and highly upset about the outcome of a simple gel polish. I left once in my car took a good look at my nails decided to go back. Her idea of fixing my nails was to put two more coats of gel polish on my nails. 😳 My nails are so thick and so ugly like screw this place.

My mom been coming here since i was little im 21 now . This a 5 star place period, Tran is the best she did me an my sister nails at the same time (full acrylic sets) an they turned out great . excellent service an very friendly.

Went to the nail shop bc I heard they did d best nails...well the my nails didnt turn out as I expected...they r ok... her wk was not top of the line fa me...I get my nails done twice a month && I will probably not be going back there...idk maybe 1 of the others can do good paint && artwork...imma try another shop before I go back there...however the ladies r very friendly && was very informative about other things...

They did the worst job on my nails, they were even not the same shape, I had to leave and go to another salon to get them fixed!

Went for a NEW set and when I left just two hours latter one nail had already popped of while 2 others were lifting bad by Monday when I was able to go back 7 out of 10 nails came off just like they were only glued on .. they fixed them for free but did a quick messy job .the shaping was terrible ! Nails were staying on a little better still ended up lifting and losing some nails only 5 days later . Terrible experience will never go back

I got a full set with mood changing color powder it only cost 30$ and they have lasted 2 months without even lifting! This is the only nail salon I will go to for the remainder of my time here in pensacola!
