Had the best experience getting my nails done with Melissa this afternoon. She goes above and beyond. She possesses professionalism at its best, attentiveness and uses the best technique I have ever used in my 44 yrs. Her bright affect and sweet and fun personality made my experience even that much better. She is By far the best nail technician I have ever had the pleasure of having. They sure are lucky to have her at Stay the Spa.

This spa is SO GOOD. Spent my bridal day there with my maid of honor. I got an amazing massage from Twanda. It was so good she distracted me from my wedding nerves. Also got the salt glow with Christine and my skin was literally glowing on my big day. I highly recommend their salt glow treatment. Plus the manager here is just a complete doll. So kind and you can really tell she wants clients to have the best experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I generally do not go for deep tissue massages, but after experiencing pain from weeks of overworking myself, I decided to take some much-needed time away.After just a few minutes with Candace I realized I should had done this weeks ago. She is amazing! Very on-point when it came to pressure (maybe pun intended) and communicative to make sure it wasnt too much. She easily found knots in places that I had no idea were there. Also, she is very attentive and aware of where your tension is hiding, even if youve tried your best to ignore it for awhile. Ha!Also, I have avoided deep tissue massages because past experiences have left me feeling beaten up the next day - but not here. My only recommendation would be to drink a Golden Milk (turmeric) after any deep massage along with extra water intake.This massage session helped greatly and my body feels like its been fully renewed. Each employee was very kind and genuinely wanted my experience to be the best. I literally booked my next appointment during my pedicure! I cant wait to go back.

Stay the Spa is my go-to for all my pampering and beauty needs. My most common treatments are painful by nature (hair removal), but their clean and calming atmosphere and experienced technicians make the experience as comfortable as possible. When I’m wanting to treat myself or recover from my stress, this is where I go for a massage, and my relief is always long-lasting. I’m so glad I found this place!

AMAZING SPA!!! Such a beautiful place, great location in the heart of downtown, and a great place to relax. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I purchased a membership and go there for facials, spray tan, nails and anything else that comes up... so worth it. LOVE going there!!!

If I could upload my kitty picture I would! Due to my job I travel. I was preparing to leave for 4 months “until my birthday”. I had to leave for Houston right after my wax in March. I just returned in July to celebrate. I didn’t have time for them to correct it so I was promised for it to be handled. No matter how long it’s been *WASNT OVER 6 MONTHS* I feel as if I show a manager the work her employee did and I wasn’t satisfied...When she clearly seen all the hair in the picture, an hour after the wax!! It should’ve been for free. The job was not done correctly that I’ve already paid for! And you want me to repay for YOUR employee not being properly trained to complete her job?! The manager said I could receive a 15% off. FIFTEEN PERCENT! that it wasn’t free anymore because I didn’t come 2-3 days later. This isn’t a restaurant! If you knew it was on file, SAVED under my name & number, it shouldn’t have mattered or I wouldn’t have had them waste my time AGAIN! But once again the managers are ALWAYS RIGHT! If I didn’t have my melanin skin I believe it would’ve been handled, just like her barely wanting to touch me during my experience. This was my first time getting a wax & was a horrible experience!

Awesome massages by Candace and Twanda! Kaylee, Jenna, Melissa, and Edna were great to have treatments from as well. Had a full spa day with my husband and all practitioners were fabulous and all staff friendly and professional. 10/10 experience!

I have really enjoyed the handful times going to this establishment and have frequently recommended it to all of my family and friends, but after this past experience I am very disappointed. There was an issue about scheduling and I have reached out to staff several times to rectify the situation but have not received a callback after a week, after the staff offered for a manager to call me back. Staff will not assist in getting me in contact with the manager or the owner after leaving my name and number multiple times. Each time I contact the spa, staff just states that the manager would be in later that day or won’t be in till the next day, although the person I spoke to previously would state a different timeline. I would appreciate it very much if a manager or the owner would contact me as soon as possible to resolve this situation.

First time visiting but definitely wont be my last. The staff were so polite and welcoming. It had been over a year since Ive had a massage. Ms. Twanda OMG is all I can say. She is the real deal and not one time did she hurt me or make me tense up. When I left, I definitely made sure I set my appointment for next month. I plan for Ms. Twanda to see me once a month.

I have been going to this spa at its new downtown location for several years. Ive had several different types of services and have loved each of them. The staff is polite and professional and down to earth. Ive spoken to the ladies and each of them have a wonderful story and love helping fellow ladies look and feel wonderful.

Went in for a gel manicure. The manicure was nice and staff was friendly, but my gel polish was chipped and peeling off within 5 days. Will not be returning.

Valerie is the best always but the massage was exactly what I didnt know I needed. The therapist was one of the best Ive experienced anywhere with actual working knowledge of muscle systems and how they work within the body.

I went to Stay The Spa for my first wax ever for my wedding! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had Tiffany Watson, and she was so great! She was so nice and super quick! I literally lasted seven minutes!! I highly recommend going here if you are looking to get waxed. Super friendly staff and superb cleanliness! Go there for any of your self-care needs because they’re amazing!!!

Stay is the absolute best. The best services, products, and staff. Ive been going to Stay for over 3 years on a monthly basis and have never had a bad experience!

I wanted to book an appointment for the next day for my a few services, however a deposit was required and my card would be charged if I did not make the appointment for some reason. With the issues concerning Covid-19 I feel this is an unreasonable request. You never know what could happen and since the appointment was made less than 24 hours in advance, I would not meet the criteria for a refund if I called to cancel. I would be charged for the full amount of the services. I used to be a client of Stay at the location on 12th and have been to the new location twice. It is not the same.

This was my third time visiting Stay and once again I had an excellent experience. Twanda gave a well needed deep tissue massage with her “magic hands” and Valerie made my bikini wax both comfortable and basically pain free. I love that everyone working at Stay are personable, down-to-earth, and not pretentious at all. Definitely worth my drive from Pace!

Tiffany gave me my first facial and it was amazing! I had originally added on dermaplaning to my facial but after looking at my skin she said i didn’t need it instead of pushing me to get it anyways! she also recommended things for my skin type and was so nice! definitely will go back for my next!

I had a manicure with Katy Legg-Marshall and it was the best manicure I have ever gotten in my life. She pays extremely close to detail and doesnt settle for anything less than perfection. I cannot recommend her highly enough; you will not be disappointed!

Jenna did my dermaplane facial and I was completely blown away. This was my first time coming here and I will forsure return. I can’t rave enough about how amazing it was. She was super professional, sweet and took amazing care of my skin. The products were amazing and my skin was so rejuvenated after. Highly recommend you come here!

Bummed to be writing this because I loved this place and recommended it to so many people. I unfortunately left a necklace behind that was being held at the front desk for me; when I went to pick the necklace up it was nowhere to be found. I called every month to follow up as this was quite valuable and held much sentimental value, but nothing was ever done to resolve my once found, now forever missing necklace. So be smarter than me and don’t leave your jewelry behind if you come here!

The service I got (hair removal) was excruciating, but Valerie, the clean and bright atmosphere, the beautifully decorated rooms, and the calming music made the experience wonderful! I would love to come here and get pampered sometime, and I have already made my appointment to come back for the service I got. I love how it turned out! No pain no gain!

Drove over from Mobile to visit STAY. From the moment of walking thru the front door and being greeted with a smile, the staff was amazing, friendly and professional. My friend and I thought the massages by Lea and Jacqueline were incredible. I highly recommend and will be returning in the near future.

Surprised my fiance with a wedding day massage with Mani/pedi. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The atmosphere was fresh and modern in the lobby and calming in the rooms. I recently had a massage at Stay. I had the worst pinched nerve ever. i was a little weary at first because I had never been there. Nikki was AMAZING! she worked on my neck and shoulders like a champ. I feel so much better and plan on going back.

I had the best pedicure today with Shay! All the girls there were so nice and accommodating, I rode my bike to the spa and there were no bike racks out front so they allowed me to park it behind the front desk, just an overall a wonderful experience. Ill definitely be back ☺️

What a great spa! I have been on a quest to find my new spa home and I think I have found it here at Stay The Spa! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly - and how wonderful it is to sit and relax with a Mimosa before and after a treatment. I had a facial with microdermabrasion and light therapy and Kaylee was absolutely amazing. My skin looked amazing (for being 46!)Definitely recommend!

The customer service was really good. I went in for a Brazilian and it’s wasn’t the best. I was still left with patches of hair and didn’t get the full Brazilian that I expected. A little disappointed.

Stay The Spa is an excellent place to get your gel manicure. Got my nails done for a wedding. The prices are fair, very similar to the prices at home in GA.

Just got gel nails with Cheryl and it was a great experience. Lovely environment, and on top of being good at what she does Cheryl is great with people. I was tired and not in a super chatty mood, and she was perfectly fine with that, but still made me feel like she had her full attention on me. She also gave me some suggestions since I usually do my own nails and I mentioned some things Ive noticed.This was my first experience having gel nails and she made it a great one! I was leery of getting my nails done professionally after several poor experiences in the past at other salons, and thanks to her I know what a proper manicure experience should be like.

Kaylee was wonderful with my organic facial appointment! I was looking for advice for daily skin care during my first facial and she went above and beyond! I learned more about my skin type, how to care for my skin, and I trust the product advice this facility gives. This is a great place to get all spa treatments, and I will surely be coming back again.

Excellent spa service! We had the couples massage with Michelle and Candace. Both ladies were very skilled and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Definitely plan to be back soon. Plus the office was super clean and staff were friendly.

Lea did a great job on my 90 minute Prenatal Massage. The prenatal pillow is a game changer and kept my 33 week pregnant tummy comfortable for the full time. I think the actual hands on time was closer to 75 minutes rather than the 90 minutes I bought, but for the time we had Lea was wonderful and thorough.

Today my deep tissue massage with Twanda was wonderful. She takes her time and hits every sore muscle. Shes so comfortable to be around and the lady has some skills!! This is probably my 5th massage with her and at Stay the Spa. Very happy! Professional, clean and taking all the necessary precautions - Ill be back.

I had a pre natal massage yesterday and it was the best one I had ever had. She did things I’ve never had done before in a massage like stretching my arms and legs and kind of shaking them is the only way I can explain it haha. I will definitely be back for more before this pregnancy ends!

It was my first time there and I had a good time. But some things didnt sit right with me. I got there around 1040 something. My appt was at 11am. We got back and Valerie gave me a fantastic facial. We got to the waiting room waiting for our 90 minute massage. We got back to the room maybe 1210-1215. They talked to us on how we wanted the massage. Then allowed us to changed our clothes. We got done with our massage and were done about 130pm. I blog and snap so I have all the time stamps. I had to ask one of the ladies because I was curious why our massage was less than 90 minutes. The massage therapist later approached me and said its 80 minutes hands on and 5 minutes clothes off. And 5 minutes clothes on ...which would have been fine. But the clock pretty much started the time they talk to you in the room til the time you walk out. And the massage itself plus everything was less than 75-80 minutes. The massage itself was fine but if youre paying $109 for a 90 minute massage then dont do it. My manicurist Taylor did a good job. I was celebrating my anniversary and was pretty disappointed. My husband spent almost $500 not including tip... The services were great but I would watch the clock if you get it done. Would I go again? Maybe. But I wouldnt book a massage. Or at least start counting the time.

Comfortable atmosphere, as soon as one walks in. So many unique items for sale, and lots of great services offered. Little pricey for the manicure and pedicure. Massage was on point if not better than others I have received. The Sauna was an added bonus. I had a small issue, not even worth talking about, but I wanted to say the owner and spa manager contacted me within a day and all was fixed and addressed immediately. Im happy. !!!

I absolutely love Stay at the Spa! I been coming here since I moved her a year ago! I was happy to find all great services...from pedicures...to massages to facials and now to sugaring! I was able to meet Jennifer last week and was so impressed I will never go anywhere else for normal waxing. Sugaring is where it’s at! I also have been getting facials with Brittany and she’s wonderful. She’s always able to save my skin and always is a delight to talk too! Looking forward to trying their infrared sauna next!

They are very clean, very patient here. A few hours after confirming an appointment they allowed me to switch to an earlier time, no hassle. Ive never been waxed before coming here, they talked me through the whole process and options. Ive been several times since moving here, I went earlier today and saw Leslie - so helpful and efficient. Would recommend, will be going again.

My boyfriend got me the couple’s massage as a Christmas present and I’ve never been more relaxed. It’s by the far the best massage I’ve ever gotten and even though he doesn’t usually like massages, he thought it was excellent as well. Complementary mimosas and champagne is included as well. The manicure and pedicures were an added bonus! I’d definitely recommend it!

Brittany is our new bestie. She knew exactly what makeup was best for our event! Bonnie did a polish change while Audrey got her makeup done. Great polish change, Bonnie took time with my nails and never made me feel rushed.. did I mention they have a refresh water & hot tea station? They also have bubbly!

As I walked in I was greeted by the owner who made me feel extremely comfortable in the nice serene setting. He offered me a glass of champagne while I waited for Jennifer who was finishing up with another client. Jennifer was fantastic and she did a awesome job on my spray tan. I will definitely be back again. Extremely professional and efficient. I cant wait to come back.

I moved to the area from Manhattan, KS about 5 months ago and when I was there I had gone to the same salon for the 5+ years so I was very nervous when it came to finding a new waxer. My previous waxer actually did some research and found stay at the spa and recommended them to me. I go and see Valerie about once a month and I am extremely happy every time! My first visit she helped me to feel very at ease about switching and trying a new type of waxing for myself. I recommend this salon to everyone I know and will not be going any where else for as long as I live here!

My cousin and I got pedicures here. The atmosphere is really relaxed, the pedicures were great. They use disposable foot files and everything was clean. I was taken to the back waiting area while my cousin got a manicure and the seating back there is very uncomfortable. I will most likely go back for another pedicure.

I have been getting massages from Rae that works at this location. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs to relax or if you need any aches and pains worked out. I have several medical conditions and massage is the only thing that helps if it is done right. Everytime I leave Stay The Spa I feel great. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff is great.
