I visited artistic nails today, and wow was I blown away by the customer service. Exceptional service, quiet atmosphere, with friendly staff. What more can you ask for? I got exactly what I asked for. The nail tech took her time to make sure I was pleased with her services and that is very rare to find these days. I will be coming back! Thank you guys again.

I went and got a fill in and pedicure on Saturday 9/18. The staff was very polite and professional. My only issue was the paint on my nails. I’m not sure if I was suppose to specify gel paint on my hands but nevertheless I don’t think it should be peeling like that. I was able to peel the paint right off both my thumb nails.It sucks because I live in another state and was already gone when it happened the next day.

The first time I came to this salon I got a pedicure and the service was amazing and the pedicure was great. Sadly the reason i cant give a great rating is the acrylic nails. The customer service was fine but the nails themselves were not filed properly and there was immediate lifting in the back of the nails. The two hands were different lengths and i was kind of disappointed with the final product. This may have been due to having been given one of the newest nail techs but I wish the filing and shape could’ve been less bumpy.

I LOVED!!!! Hands down best experience with getting my nails done. So kind and talented. I felt so comfortable like i wasn’t being judged at all and the tech was making nice conversation with me but still let me relax. The client beside me got the most beautiful pink set with crystals and it was to die for; every tech in there is so talented! I got the dip powder with some lime work designs and it was about $65 with tip. Highly reccomend :)))

The lady that did my nails was really good I liked it but at the same time I just to long. But overall they got really good staff really good with painting nails the lady that did my nails went to go get another color because the one looked yellow. Ive had my nails done at Artistic Nails several times and it is always a great experience. The staff is so talented and welcoming, the gel selection is great, and the services are well priced!

First time going and I absolutely adore this salon! Accurate pricing, beautiful work, extremely welcoming atmosphere, and overall wonderful service!! I dont remember who did my nails, but she did a phenomenal job on both my acrylics and toes! Nice people, nice setting, but I have never gotten gel polish that lasts two days. Two. Days. Before chipping. I washed my hands a few times and showered normally. Completely peeled and chipped off the bottom part of my nails before day 3. Didn’t even make it to the wedding pictures I needed them done for :/

I went for a pedicure during my lunch hour today. Nails are not filed evenly and very sloppy polish. Do not recommend.In response to your offer to correct: no thank you.

Enjoyed my experience at Artistic Nails. Can’t remember the young lady’s nail that did my pedicure but I would rate it 5-6/10 at best. It overall felt very rushed. I then got a full set done by ‘Son’. 10/10! He was quick and truthfully exceeded my expectations. I showed him a picture and he recreated perfection! 100% would recommend him for nails.. pedicure I’d pass on getting again though.

I was treated quite nicely at first until they jacked up the price by $40. It was $30 for acrylics and I got some add-ons leaving it at about $40 plus $5 tip but instead they made it $75 + $5 tip!! The man that did my nails hurt my skin with the drill file and he didn’t put enough polish on my nails I can see through my thumb nail!!! I wish I had complained but I was too scared to stand up for myself 😔

A great place to get your nails done. Had a bit of an issue the first time I went but Kathy was extremely quick in fixing the issue. I have no complaints and will definitely suggest it to others.

By far the worst experience I’ve had my tech was rushing and didn’t listen to what I wanted and had to start over my nails look terrible and they are thick with clumps or acrylic underneath not to mention my rhinestones fell off within days... $80 wasted! would not recommend!

The man who did my nails was friendly and we had great conversations while he worked on my nails. He was gentle and patient as I tried to decide what I would like. He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and my nails are perfect for my birthday!!

I just had the best manicure ever!!! She did an extremely good job - paid attention to detail, cleaned around my cuticles, made my acrylics look perfectly natural and not too thick for my hands. The owner is very kind and she cares about their clients!I went in to get a gel full set and ended up going to another salon to get them fixed! They were way too thick, different lengths and the color I chose was not the color that was applied to my nails. The technician who did my nails ended up getting a client that walked in for a pedicure and it seemed that he was more interested in getting to that client than taking pride in his work on my nails. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of care and customer service that I received I believe for 57.00 I should have gotten quality nails that wouldnt have needed fixing. I ended up going to Nails and Spa 4 u and they did a fantastic job of creating something beautiful with what this nail salon messed up.

Worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. The staff was both unwelcoming and rude as they ignored my girlfriends numerous request for a specific technician. The young lady that did my nails cut my thumbnails far too short, lopsided, and uneven. After, I watched as she placed the tools she just used on me back into circulation without being sterilized. After having such poor manicures, we left before receiving the pedicures wed previously intended to get. This place is not recommended. In addition, is is dirty, disorganized, and dated.

They were very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend This nail place to anyone! When I walked in everyone was so on there phone. I stood there for an entire 10-12 minutes before anyone greeted me. The lady (didnt quite get her name) also was super accommodating because Im one of those very particular people. They also knew that I was in a rush and even brought over another technician to help me get out of there in time!! Will definitely be returning soon. They also give you a little reward card which Ive never seen before. Thanks so much for the great service.

Great manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. They do a massage with pretty much every service. If the chair doesnt do it, the staff will. Lovely place and I cant wait to bring my son and daughter here next week. The kids chairs are very cool.

Aaron was my nail tech. He went above and beyond to mirror my example I brought to him. It was my first time here. I drove an hour, and will continue to come. Its clean, the wait wasnt long, they take appointments, very accommodating. Loved it.

Went to Artistic Nails for the first time today. The service was amazing and the stuff was so nice. I told them how I wanted my nails and they did exactly what I wanted. They have a wonderful selection of colors to choose from. I will definitely continue to come back here!

They took me about 45 minutes before close knowing I was coming in for a full set of pink and whites with a set needing to be removed. The gentleman who took me, had the option to tell me to, Come back tomorrow, its too late... Instead, he did my nails with a smile on his face. He stayed until my Nails were done RIGHT. He talked cars with my husband and I and was a pleasure to interact with. He was the last employee there. But, made it clear that he was happy to have my business. His work was flawless and his attitude was wonderful. The salon is clean and I would go back again and again! Thank you!!!!

BEST NAIL SALON IN PENSACOLA. HANDS DOWN!!!The staff is AMAZING- always friendly and they do an outstanding job!!! I always get gel manicure and it no joke lasts 3 weeks or longer without chipping.But it is always busy so i would make an appointment if you want to go in. Ive never been there and it not be busy only downfall.They have so many colors to choose from it can get overwhelming at times because there are soooo many choices.Im a regular here and everyone should be. You wont be disappointed. I promise.

The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly, prices are good, and they do a wonderful job on my nails - without any bloodshed [after my last nail salon, perhaps my standards have gotten a little lower than they should be. ;)] Ive gone to Artistic Nails 3 times for a pedicure now and have been thrilled with the results every time. They wanted to charge me $50 for a fill and no polish. The lady was so confused, rude and I felt like she just honestly didnt want to do my nails. It was as if she was making up the prices in her head as she went along. She was like well if no polish then thats a extra $10......your nails are a little long thats a extra $10 and $30 for the fill.....I went not even 1 block to Nail lounge whom charged me $20 for a fill in and that included a complimentary glass of wine with a better spa feel environment. I WOULD GIVE ZEROS IF I COULD!!!!!

You can find me here without fail every two or three weeks getting a gel manicure and gel pedicure. LyLy and Linda are top notch. Ive been to every salon in Pensacola, tons downtown, and ARTISTIC is the best Ive been to. The salon is cute, clean, and the water + snacks they provide are icing on the cake. They always remember exactly how I like my nails shaped, and the colors I prefer.Most important, my nails LAST here. Ive had gel manicures show age in less than a week, but with Tina they look perfect for 3 solid weeks. I could go longer if my nails didnt grow so fast. The edges + tips always remain perfect. And my natural nails have stayed healthy - which they should if a salon knows what theyre doing.I am so happy ARTISTIC is in the neighborhood. I cant imagine ANYONE being disappointed with the results here.Thanks May, Donna. other women are also great.

I have years doing my own nails because of the fear of going to a place and getting nail fungus. I am happy to say I finally found a place that not only is clean, but the service is extraordinary! I had my manicure and pedicure performed by employees. Them was a sweetheart and did an amazing job. Loved my service so much, I left with a future appointment booked for myself and my mother.

This place is real ritzy. I like it a lot. Plenty of people there available to work on you. When I came a few minutes after opening without an appointment they got me in really soon. First time getting sns dip powder and Im not ever going to do a different manicure. I was getting my nails and toes done at the same time. Very efficient!

The best shellac manicure ever I have done so far. Mimi did great job on my shellac manicure with trimming cuticles and doing perfectly the color with my cuticles. Im satisfied with my service at this nails salon during my vacation in Pensacola. I do recommend this place. Its worth with my money.

Young Man named Q did my nails. He acted like he didnt want to do my nails the hold time he was doing them. I shouldnt ask for someone else to do them. After finishing polishing my toes he just got up and went in the back and didnt even say he was finished. He didnt give me anything to walk in so that my toes could dry. Had an attitude the hold time, will not go back will spend my money were they act like they want my business.

They were busy and I asked how long the wait was going to be. They replied in 15 minutes. There were 4 others in front of us after the allotted time. Have a realistic time frame when working with customers. I know this is a tactic in the hopes that money doesnt walk out the door. Please stop this practice. It is why we prefer to pay more for prompt service.

I decided to give artistic nails another try just because it was last minute and I was in the mall. Every time I go there they do the job with half effort. As not painting the full toenail, not giving me the proper massage that I paid for! They have my sister a massage but not me! & we both paid for the same pedicure. I understand that they were busy but if I paid for something then I should receive what I am paying for. The numerous times I went only 2 people gave me full effort and gave me what I was paying for. Which was the older lady with the glasses, & one of the guys that are twins. (I can’t recall her name & one of the guy twins) again, terrible customer service the guy up front acted like he didn’t even want us there. Ill take my money else where & get the proper pedicure.

I got my eyebrows waxed last night. When I woke up this morning I noticed burns above & below my eyebrows. I went back to the shop after work to speak to the manager & one of the employees was VERY RUDE & had a NASTY attitude. He told me that if I was burned I shouldve came back the same day & that they will not issue a refund. He refused to assist me & didnt care about the situation. He also refused to provide his name. This was by far the WORST experience ever.
