I went in to get a ghost design on the 27th and the NEXT day they started chipping! Winnie told me dip nails would look better with the designs so I said okay let’s do that. I called to try to get a partial refund since I love over an hour away and the lady was very rude (did not get her name) she kept saying that wasn’t fair to Winnie and she knows she wouldn’t give me a refund and I must have left before the top coat was dry and messed it up myself. When I left the salon the nails were fine it wasn’t until the NEXT day that they started to chip. I paid 70+10 dollar tip just to get this kind of service it’s VERY unprofessional!

Probably one of the most expensive, least satisfying pedicures I’ve ever received. I think in total it took around 15 minutes to do the entire thing. Most definitely won’t be going back here again.

I have enjoyed each trip; all the workers I have interacted with are super friendly. My pedicures are exceptional, typically I have issues with ticklish feet and I havent experienced that while visiting this parlor. I definitely will keep coming here!

Nancy did my pedicure and it was perfect.she was really friendly as well. The salon is clean and they have you wash your hands when you arrive, plexi shields are in place and every other chair is empty. Prices are on point! I will be returning

The staff is friendly and this used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. But my experiences here have slowly gone downhill. I guess some of their more talented nail techs have decided to work elsewhere over time. Today will be the last time I come here. I’ve gotten consistently poor manicures and pedicures from several different people over the past few visits and I have been a loyal customer here for the past 3 years. The pictures shown are of the paint job I just got 1 hour ago. Unfortunately I didn’t really take a close look while I was still there. They looked fine from a distance but once I got home and looked at it closely, I could see how terrible it looked. There is no reason a fresh pedicure should look like this! The woman even propped her phone up to FaceTime a friend while she did my nails. So unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. It’s not the wonderful nail salon it used to be.

Ive been coming for pedicures for the last 6 years. The last 3 have been very disappointing. Techs seem to cop an attitude if you dont purchase above the classic which is the least expensive. They spend half as much time with you as the did in years past and are charging more! Also, the last technician hurt! I dont want my legs beat on! She seamed to have a very inferior technique compared to all the other ones working on customers around me. Im not going back.

Visited Nail Talk on 2/24/17 for the first time after my usual place was super busy. All I needed was a quick nail shape and cuticle trim. The girl was sweet but cut my cuticles badly on my left middle finger and right thumb. I was in a hurry so I asked to skip the massage/lotion and polish. After only getting a nail shaping a cuticle trim (10 minutes) and getting cut badly to the point where my nails were bleeding into a paper towel, it still cost me $12. Not happy at all and will not ever go back.

If I could suggest anything it would be a visible display of prices or discussion of pricing before the service. I feel like this salon was extremely expensive and I was very shocked when the lady told me the price of my nail job. Had I would have known the price beforehand I would’ve opted for a different service or gone somewhere else.

Did not file my nails well before fill- in. Left nail polish bit on my thumb. Sad

The only reason I’m giving three stares is because of the nail Artist WING. She’s the best artist there. Gives the best massages. Doesn’t speak another language in front of you, because everyone else does and I KNOW it makes me uncomfortable. Wing gives you what you pay for. Request Wing if you go here. I’ll never have anyone else do my nails but her. And they say they ALWAYS do a top coat. But they literally didn’t and argued with my friend and I that they did. They literally didn’t. So watch for that when you get your nails done. They’ll try to cheat you out of that.

Raymond is my favorite nail tech there. Place is clean. Tea does good pedicures. They have lots of regular customers I see so others have good service. I get my brows done there, perfect every time.

I went to this place because it is convenient to the area I live in. I walked in, told them what I wanted, sat there and two white ladies walked in, and they placed them ahead of me with no explanation or warning. I asked them about it and the lady said that I wanted acrylic and they didnt. They obviously didnt want my business. I wouldnt recommend this place to a dog!

I use to love nail talk but now I will never be going back. I paid $62 for my nails and they popped off within the first week ! I have NEVER had this problem before ! I am VERY disappointed!!

Every time I need a manicure or pedicure I go to Nail Talk! When I moved to Pensacola 3 years ago a friend recommended I try Nail Talk and Ill never go anywhere else! I always go see Davis because he does such a fantastic job! If he isnt available, Ill wait until he is. Everyone there is so friendly and polite, Ive never had a bad experience. So my mom and I went to have pedicures and I wanted a manicure. We were there literally 45 minutes both finished with mani and peti...my mon even paid for deluxe peti. Totally not worth it! They rushed us in took our money and rushed us out! Will not be back.

Great nail salon in the town. I love how they design and decorate their salon, so clean and beautiful. Their Pedicure chairs are still in good condition which gave me a very relaxing massage while having technician work on my nails. Staffs are really helpful and professional, they clean up every tools that are used for previous customers and that is a plus point from me. I have never left unsatisfied. Remember you get what you pay for and its worth every penny.

This is a really busy nail salon so Id def recommend making an appt. Jay did my nails and they are Fab. Color: White American Gel (see pics). I think he could have did a better job on my toes - he didnt start the polish at the top of my nail beds, not a deal breaker but i pay attention to details. The staff offered complementary drinks and was genuinely friendly. I also got my brows waxed are they look great.

This is the BEST nail salon in Pensacola!! I have tried several places but they are more expensive and dont last as long. A month ago I got a French pedicure and my toes still look great. The workers are fast and very sweet. Highly recommend this nail salon! Dont waste your money in the mall.

Ive been to many nail salons in the Pensacola area and this is by far, the best one. They are very clean, compared to most and the staff is always very courteous and polite. Ive had many different techs at Nail Talk do my nails and so far, all have done a good job. I will say though, that theyve always been pretty busy whenever Ive stopped in and the wait has been longer than normal. But, this is also a testament to how good they are! I would recommend making an appointment.

I love Nail Talk! Ive only had one experience that wasnt perfect and when I went back and let them know they immediately fixed the problem at no charge. Everyone there is friendly and professional and does a great job. They also have a rewards program where they stamp your card and when your card is full you save $15.

I got my nails done by a kid named Ray there. I like stiletto nails. I called the nail shop to ask them if they could even do it, of course they told me yes. I get there & as he’s filing my nails I could tell he barely knew how to shape them. He kept trying to talk me into a more expensive polish (gel for an additional $25). I declined.When he finished, the shape was more rounded that tapered into the point, several of my nails are crooked, & the sides are jagged (picture on my profile). Literally looks like press on nails.I went back up to the shop to ask for my money back because I had o pick my children up & I live in a different city. The manager told me she would give me $10 of the $25 that I paid.The work is AWFUL. DON’T GO!!!!!!!

I love the atmosphere of this place. And the staff is very friendly. But do not go here to get your acrylics done. They dont put on thick enough layers of acrylic and within 1 week, 3 of my nails had broken off. Their pedicures are wonderful and I do recommend them for that. But its disappointing to have your acrylics break off in one week when Ive kept them on for as long as a month when Ive had them done at other places.

I had high hopes for this place seeing all the reviews but after going to get a full set of French tip acrylics and a pedicure, I am not amused.My nails were not shaped properly and my cuticles were butchered. Its barely been a week and already two nails have broken and three others have the acrylic cracked and peeling. Its looks like Ive has them for at least a month or so. Its awful and I paid good money for nothing.The pedicure was nice and at least that still looks good but I will not will not be going back here, which is disappointing because the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. However the quality of work that was done was not worth the price.

Nail Talk is hands down (pun intended) the BEST nail salon in Pensacola! I get my acrylic overlay with gel polish and it lasts for weeks, if my nails didnt grow so fast I could keep my sets for over a month. The waxing is done in a private room and the waxist is a stickler for details, leaving no stray hair behind! Very reasonably priced and complimentary beverages are always offered. Clean, professional, wonderful!

The best pedicures in Pensacola!! My wife and I love this place and are always treated like family :) from the moment you walk in, until you leave, you are subjected to a clean and comforting atmosphere. If weve ever had a problem or issue, it was resolved immediately! We have even been told on a return visit that something we mentioned the last time we were in was taken care of. Everyone there is friendly and happy and if youre a regular customer and dont come around very often, be prepared to get the third degree of why you havent come to see them! Like I said, just like family!Highly recommend for pedicures. My wife gets manicures there occasionally but I cant really speak to them other than shes happy and thats all that matters.

I went yesterday and booked a last minute appointment to get my nails done before going to Jacksons. I think Lynn/Lin was the one who did mine. She was nice, she laughed with other clients, and was pretty gentle with my cuticles. They were very rough and bleeding when I went in. She gave me the best acrylic full set Ive ever had. She was also very patient with me since I was skyping my realtor at the same time and trying to buy a house.

Had a wedding to go to and I needed my nails done. I showed a girl a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she totally didnt do what I wanted. When I asked her to pull them up and start over, she told me that she would have to charge me for the nails she did,which was wrong in the first place but also charge me for pulling them up and another full set. I will never go back. And guess what I missed out on my best friend wedding because of this.Never again!!

The first time I went to this now salon was the end of last year 2018 I had tried the dip. The girl did a wonderful job but after 2 days my nails started falling off so I called them and told them and they said come and we will fix it they fixed it and they still popped off several days later I would give them back then one and a half Stars. I just recently busy Best nail talk salon one more time to see if I can get my nails done and a pedicurewhen I tell you this girl knows what shes doing her name is vivy she knows her nail talk she slayed my nails so good and I am a very picky person this is the first young lady in the State of Florida to do my nails the way I want to have them done Im a Jersey girl thank you vivy. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting their nails done !!!!! 8/2/2019

I got my nails done 03/14 and after THREE days both the thumbs broke off. The tips were not glued all the way. A complete waste of the $55 I paid for them. I’m so disappointed they did not last longer than at least a week. Not to mention the friend I went with had to go back because her polish became discolored the next day 🤦🏼‍♀️

Honestly one of the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The man who did my nails wasnt very friendly and some of my nails were crooked. Other nail technicians might be better than the one I got but I didnt have a pleasant experience and wont be going back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! I came in for a nails service and eyebrows wax. I asked how long was the wait, they had told me that it only 10 min wait no longer then that.. I sat there for over 45 min and I ask again to see when is my turn..they just ignore me.. if I can give them 0 star I would.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 2 months and today I had the most horrible experience. The nail tech was very rough with my hands and kept sucking her teeth then I ask her if there was a problem and she said no. Even the shape of my nails were horrible not only that she put 3 coats of polish..I had to wait 30 minutes to dry but as I am paying...it was still wet and my nails got messed up 😔. I was very disappointed. I don’t know if I will be back...if I do I will not go back to her.

So I been going here for 6 years and had a couple of rough experiences here and there but nothing to stop me from returning.Today was crazy, after making a appt. For 4. I was completely skipped over. Me and my daughter sat for 25 mins and a lady came in after me and was seen immediately. Granted we only wanted our eyebrows done it was poor customer service.
