Ive been several times now and always have Kevin do my mani and pedi. Im very pleased with the look of my nails when done. Gel lasts at least 3 weeks.

I got a pedi, it was great. However my nails were AMAZING. NOBODY had ever really captured what I wanted done at any other place. I dont want thick, tacky, long nails. I wanted thin, oval, natural. Hannah nailed it. I will never go anywhere else.

Friendly staff they do a great job been going here for about 17 years or since they opened you have to call for reservation open Monday to Saturday.

Got my toes done. They were in desperate need of care. They took my reservation on Friday for the coming Monday. Had to work all weekend, so the soak, rub and attention was just what the doctor ordered. My 3yr old g-daughter decided she had to be included so they fit her in. Thank you for being open and maintaining a clean environment!!!

If I could give no stars I would.I called ahead to make an appointment for 3pm. Was told that wouldnt be an issue and see you then. Then I get here and there is a sign regarding COVID procedures. They are requiring everyone to wear a mask. Not a problem, except they could have told me that when I called.Instead I was turned away when I didnt want to PURCHASE a mask from them. (I have one at home, so Im not buying one)Horrible communication on their part. I wont be going back.

The lady was rushing and didnt care about my nails. Im from out of town and expected better since the name is Elite..I wish I could post a video of my nails. The polish looks like my child did it. The chrilic is lumpy, the polish is unevenShe seen that my nail was cracked and offered to put glue on it instead of correcting it... 🤬 NEVER AGAIN

Was getting old nails soaked off and new set on she ripped old nail off made it bleed then the old nails was not all the way off and she tried to charge me and rush me out I will never ever comeback o and now I have to Wes it for a new set because she made a hole in my nail and was going to put new one on it bleeding if I could put a picture I would very very bad service

I have been here several times and they usually do an okay job.But they need to correct their posting of the times they are open. They say they close at 7 p.m. but I tried to just get a quick mini pedicure with no polish with 20 minutes before 7 p.m. and they told me they were closed. So... they dont really close at 7, they close at 6 or 6:15 or 6:30 or whatever time they stop taking customers. That is the time a business should post...the time that they stop taking customers. It is currently 6:45 p.m. right now and their lights are out so they are definitely NOT OPEN UNTIL 7 p.m.

My friend told me about this place and that they did an awesome job with waxing eyebrows. I have a bad experience with new places and getting my eyebrows waxed so I was a little questionable about trying it. But I am SO glad I did. They did an incredible job, probably the best Ive ever had. They were so sweet and I would recommend this place to anyone! So glad I went there and I will continue to go there from now on!

Clean! Excellent service! Current on the latest nail styles! After trying the others, this is the ONLY place Ill go.

EDIT: I went in today for a fill in which went so so. The shape wasnt what I asked for and I ended up leaving without either the shape or color I wanted. The guy who did my nails (Johnathan I think) could not paint my nails to save his life. Three coats and there were STILL missed spots and uneven patches. He ended up having to remove the polish, re-sand and re-file my nails to try applying the polish again. Two more coats a and STILL there were missed spots and streaks. Part of the streaks are because he put WAY too much thinner in to the polish, the other part was his technique. Everyone knows you dont do short strokes and lift the brush in the middle of the nail; you start from the cuticle and do only long strokes all the way to the end of the nail. Period. You also dont shake the nail polish bc it creates bubbles which I now have in my polish. He also did not remove all of the previous color polish so I had to choose a different shade than what I wanted to help hide his callous work. After 5 coats of polish and still having patches and streaks and missed spots I gave up. Im on my way to a different salon now to have them fix this for awful mess. I want a refund bc this is unacceptable. Its bad enough I got a fungus the only time I got a pedicure here bc they dont use tub liners or clean their tools well between customers, but now yall cant even paint? Good grief, why even bother? I tried getting a polish change on my toes once a_a different day than today) a d the girl didnt remove all of my previous polish but rather just painted over it so it looked chunky and uneven. Every time I go here it is a bad experience. At this point Im just done. I cant keep wasting money for work that I can do better myself. The only person there who does ok work is Ken so unless you get him, RUN! 🏃
