Mindy is awesome! She made my toes feel special. I couldve slept comfortably. She was attentive and very kind. She gave excellent service.

After pointlessly soaking for 30 mins waiting for a technician in cooling water, warmer water was added but then Another 15 mins wait while someone else’s polish change was done. Requested Deluxe Pedi and and was so disappointed I almost cried.My heels weren’t buffed. No cuticle remover used on one foot. Old polish was left on. The dead skin inside the nail bed was not removed. The file was dull so the shaping was bad. I lIke my nails cut low and even but they were not, honestly I would have been better off stopping the service altogether.Waisted time and money. I’d rate -2 but they did clean the chair after the previous patron after I requested it and I was serviced by the owner, I noticed she had hand trimmers because they were shaking so I was respectful. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Maria did my nails and followed exactly what I wanted. She was professional. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did it 10 times better than the picture in my opinion. I will be scheduling my next appointment with her. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

I went to Lisa’s Nails on 05/28/2021 for a gel manicure. At the time of service I was really happy, the nails looked beautiful. However just days later by 06/01/2021 the polish had severe discoloration which is unusual of gel nails. I’m just really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be going back to the salon. The staff was very polite though.

The worst place in Pensacola to get your nails and pedicures done. I gave them three tries and three tries they messed up every time. The weight is horrendous and they have no sense of professionalism at all. And when I called it to the managers attention she said thats just the way it is. Will never ever use this place again

I got a basic pedicure for $25. They did a good job and met my expectations!

My acrylic gel nails are very poor quality. she seemed annoyed that i wanted changes to my nails. the pedicure was fine but i question the sanitary qualities. she started my pedicure with already used gloves, they already had nail polish all over them

Got me in quickly as a walk-in and did a fantastic job!!

I had acrylic. .wanted gel. .So I thought theyd soak it off..nope rotary dremel soak peel and clip. .ripped layers off my natural nails. .so I got gelish nails..2 coats& thin. .they will break off before then end of the week..these are not gel nails..still very pretty in the end..and yes these are my natural nails not tips...Two days later..have cracked one nail.😭

I am giving the nail tech, Jessica, a 5-star review specifically. She does great work with acrylic and dip type nails. The salon overall is minimalist but appears very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love that I can call and make an appointment with my preferred nail tech.

Honestly one of the best customer experiences I’ve had anywhere in my life. These ladies go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their services. I requested something that was different from how they normally do it, and they adhered to my wishes and made it happen with a smile. A woman, who I’m assuming is the owner or manager, checked on me multiple times. She made sure I liked my color that she matched for me and was comfortable, offering champagne. Her daughter also came by and spoke with me. A very warm, inviting atmosphere with employees who all genuinely seem to care. I have been frequenting another local establishment, but after this visit I will never go anywhere else! Prices, quality of work, and atmosphere are all superior at Lisa’s. Give them a try.

Very nice, courteous and happy people who give awesome and relaxing manicures and pedicures. Prices are very reasonable and they have different types/levels of manicures and pedicures. They take walk-ins;however, I like scheduling my appts. You wont be disappointed. They also do waxing and offer gift certificates. Have been going to Lisas Nails for years and wont go anywhere else.

I am actually sitting in this nail salon right now for the first time. I was shopping around and did not have time to drive to the normal nail salon I go to. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with many smiling faces, and was asked to pick a color. I was sat with Anna who did an amazing job on my toes, she was sweet and very polite. I will definitely be coming back to Lisa’s Nails! Highly recommend for a great pedicure with amazing service!

I asked for a manicure and to take off the current gel I had on. Well they did not let me soak my hands and they did not clean and cut under my nails and cuticles until I asked her why hasnt she done that. I also asked for pink and white nails but all she did was the white tips only and she never even attempted to do the pink. I would not even recommend this place to my dog!!!!!!

The first time I went there I got a fill and was so happy with my service, they took their time, had relaxing music, and my nails turned out great. I went there for another fill. During this visit they advised me my set was lifting and I needed a new set, and I got gel polish with a chrome topcoat on my new set. Eight of them cracked within a week, they said it was the chrome top coat (I have since gotten chrome somewhere else and didnt have this issue). I went back they fixed it with no charge, great. Went again for another fill and three days later a nail broke. Definitely will not be returning .

Took my wife here before her trip to Belize. Staff was very friendly and professional. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I came here for a set & normally it takes 30 mins it took an hour & a half. My nails aren’t even & I’m disappointed. I’m not one to leave reviews really but I was upset this visit.

Lovely folks. Been going for 8 years.

When my roommate and I got our nails done, my roommates technician cut too close to her nail and hurt her. I also decided to get a basic face waxing, and the lady who did it ended up waxing on my forehead as well as one the sensitive area under the eye (never have I seen, nor do I expect those areas to be waxed with just a basic face waxing), which lead to a little bit of skin coming off. I have pictures of what happened, and to this day, I still have a mark from it.
