Doan (pronounce Dawn) is the best! He is super detailed, clean and professional. I just told him ONCE what I wanted and he did it. He didnt insist on my nails having to be longer or on selling the gel polish. He was also very detailed on my husbands pedicure. The place is general is clean; all of the employees wear masks! They also offer wine, sodas and water. When possible, I suggest going in the morning hours where its not as packed and you get to enjoy their awesome massage chairs in peace and quiet.

The owners are extremely sweet. Very eager for my business, wanted to make sure I was a returning customer and I must say it worked. There was a long initial wait but the shop was busy upon arrival. They didn’t have my polish color but was able to accommodate something similar that I ended up liking better. They say they’d specifically order the color I requested for next time. When filing down my nails she filed down too far into my nail bed and it hurt so for that and wait time I’m giving 4 stars... the QUALITY of the work done was actually worth it. This is the longest I’ve ever had a full set last. It’s been 3 weeks now and I severely need a fill in but have had zero nail separation. The owners really went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. I will be returning soon I just might call ahead for an appointment next time!

I went here based on the previous reviews. Let me start on a positive note by saying yes, the people are nice. I can’t say it’s genuine but they are super nice. As far as nails are concerned they are TERRIBLE. I went for a full set. Rather than soak the nails off, which is the safe proceudure, the older gentleman peeled them off which was quite painful. When laying on the acrylic, he got it all over my fingers and underneath my real nails. It was so poorly done. After filing, the acrylic was still uneven with one side of the nail being thin and the other side thick...on the same nail. Not to mentioned I showed a picture of the shape I wanted, and that was done incorrectly as well. I finally asked someone else to help because so far it was going horribly. She helped with filing but it was still a hot mess. I ended up paying $48 for the worst nails I’ve ever seen in my life. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were passive and kept offering me wine. All I wanted was for them to do a good job, especially for the high prices they have. I’m so disappointed, I feel like hiding my hands in public.As a heads up, don’t get thrown off by how nice everyone is. It’s a mask to hide the fact that they’re all poorly trained nail technicians.
