Exceptional, honest, friendly and fast service every time I visit this location. Sean has excellent customer service skills. I had an issue with a coupon code and he as was patient and allowed me the plenty of time to work the issue out with Groupon. Its hard to find a consistently good automotive shop. I highly recommend this location because everyone has excellent customer service and mechanical skills.

The guys here are so nice and polite. They will not replace anything unless they show you the old piece first. They offered me up selling items and did not push when I said no.

I called on the phone to see if they did state inspections ( they do) and the lady on the phone was very nice. Once I arrived, someone met me at my vehicle while I was pulling up and asked what I was there for. She instructed me to pull around to the inspection Lane where the inspection tech was very nice and did a quick job at getting me on my way with my completed inspection. I never had to even leave my truck. I do most of my vehicle service myself but if I ever need to have someone else do anything with fluid maintenance I will definitely come here again.

Great location, very friendly and professional technicians dropped off truck for oil change. Then my daughter and I went to First Watch for breakfast, after the host said, 45 minute wait, we ended up heading back to check on truck. Service was almost done and I was out the door 10 minutes later.Price was a little high for synthetic oil and cabin filter change. Dealership is a little less but your waiting probably 1-2 hrs at a dealership.Overall if ur in a time crunch this facility is your best bet in and out fairly quickly. If not I know even with an appointment your spending 1-2 hours at a dealership service center.

This station did a good job on oil change service to my car, the price is reasonable, the service is so quick and clean, you will stay in the car the whole time untill they finished the job and you drive out, the service time just about 15 minutes. During the time they service my car the other will walk you through all other services they have at this station and the price of each service if I needed. Im very satisfied and recommend.

Sean was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Manager was also really nice. They even offered me a water while I wait! They went the extra mile offering to pickup a part I needed to get my oils change done. They also had the filter for my Audi which none of the other places had! Thank goodness. I will absolutely be coming back. In and out 15 minutes! Keep up the great work guys! Oh also got to sit in my car while they did the work. They talked to me the whole time explaining important stuff I will probably forget but totally transparent. Again good guys.

I will start off by saying that, after waiting 25 min in line, that I backed up and went elsewhere. The vehicles in line ahead did not move over that 25 min period. My business was theirs to lose as I have used VIOC in another city with never a bad experience. What I noticed is that this place did not have anyone to triage your vehicle and put you in the appropriate line. Plus, they do more than oil changes so you can wait even longer behind someone. I went elsewhere where I was immediately greeted, and directed into the the facility to get my oil changed.

This was before far the best oil change experience I have had in my 48 years. Friendly, patient, helpful staff!!

Technicians were pleasant, however they broke a piece on my car. Technician admitted he had broken it and said they would pay for repairs.... but manager and corporate refused to pay. Wow! We have 4 vehicles total.....was hoping I had found my new go to place. SHAME on you VALVOLINE! Ill let my friends know to go elsewhere.

False advertising, they do not do tire rotation service. Despite what their website says or if you happen to call, the call gets transferred to corporate who will say yes we do tire rotation, when you get to the actual shop the techs tell you nope. Was hoping to get a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation at one place, went somewhere else.

I would have given them 5 stars, but for some reason this place thinks it needs my full name, address & phone number. Getting my oil changed has zero to do with needing that information.The poor guys are only following their training. The place was clean, the service was great, priced was decent. I would recommend their service.I don’t know who own this place, but they had cameras all over the bay, peak out the windshield and look up and behind you. They got my credit card, got my license plate, now they want my address and phone number...why ?Response:I can get coupons from the internet via my phone, don’t need the mailed and certainly don’t want text from the oil change facility. Not only can I figure out when my oil needs changing, the vehicle also tells me, it’s time. As for the cameras, I’mOk with that, it’s just the culmination of so much information you gather, it’s not needed or necessary and in today’s world.

Service was great, the price was not

I got a transmission flush and oil change. The transmission flush was recommended the previous time that I got a oil change. Now my transmission is ruined. They tried to fix it the second day when I returned my vehicle by going to Autozone and buying anti-slip. They sent my car to a specialist to see what is wrong with it and advised me they will not be responsible for the repairs. They spilled transmission fluid all over my car and as a full-time student and disabled veteran, I have no working car while I still have payments on it. This was the worst service and most unfathomable management I have ever encountered from an oil change shop. Thanks Valvoline for ruining my transmission and thanks for putting a road block on my life as I try to finish my degree in college with no car!
