First time here and it was superb! Shawn was really nice and thorough. He was not pushy with the recommended services needed. He was very detailed and transparent with everything. I did get everything he recommended same day and the free basic car wash was nice too! Overall service was professional, quick, waiting area was nice and clean.

I was the first one here, so I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. While I waited they explained everything my vehicle needed. I opted to wait another week or two before getting the required items for my vehicle. They weren’t pushy or anything. Will definitely come back

I have been there before the mechanics are excellent and friendly. I have gotten my car detailed there before by Miguel and it was perfect this last time Miguel was not there and a new team did my car and all of my cords were missing along with other things. When I asked all they kept saying was a plastic bag and no record of where my belongings were. Next time I would recommend taking out ALLL valuables. The car it’s self was looked nice but I’m also out $50 in cords that I use daily.

Speedy service on a monday at lunch time. In and out quickly for inspection. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

I would rate this place higher if I didn’t have to spend 3+ hours just to wait for my car to be washed! I came in the morning when it wasn’t that packed and am still currently sitting here waiting on my car to be done. This makes it very hard to want to tip a person when you are having to wait 3 hrs for a damn car wash and interior vacuum! Y’all need to do better. I’ve had my car completely detailed before and it never took this long...first and last time at this location! Note: there are people that have been waiting longer than I have....also y’all need to take “Xpress” off the building because there is nothing quick about this place!

This place changed my transmission fluid. All other places would not for some BS reason. Other places said to take it to the dealership or it had too many miles it. Nothing is wrong with my car, I just needed a little preventative maintenance performed. They also polished my headlight covers so I can see in the dark now! Plus, they gave me a free car wash! Ill go back and bring my other 2 vehicles! BTW, dont get Rodney going on his Ohio State rant!

Money hungry ass people, car wash is great but the lube service sucks. Brought my car here in September and of course they check all of my filters. I come back here in November and I’m missing a cabin filter. These people were the last ones under my hood, bottom line as a loyal customer they could of offered half price on the filter. Sorry ass lazy ass people

Worst place ever. They work on your car and mess up your car on purpose so you can go back to them so they can earn money. Its the worst place ever. Dont go here at all. All the bad review about this place is right. This place is the worst and dont go here. This place piss me off really bad. They the one dont know anything about cars. They cant even fix anything right as they advertising instead messing someone car engine and lying a lot. All people who work there are very rude disrespectful.

Do not take your car here, especially females. While I was there for an oil change they would tell females that were there by themselves all these things that are so called wrong with their car including me. With me not knowing much about cars I just said ok well I will bring it back with my dad. I got my oil change and left. Later that day my car start making some noise it has never made before. I had my dad look at it and they had stuffed paper towels by my air conditioner fan, along with letting out some of my break fluid, lied about a bad leak I so called had; which didnt even exist and told me my transmission needed flushing which was also not true. I can deal with the lying but stuffing the paper towels in places and letting fluid out is unacceptable

Car was spotless... But it took 2hrs

All the reviews combined seemed right. I am a female. They just quotes me $92 for an oil change..😑 they said with my car I need a special oil 0w20 never heard of that. And then threw in a car wash. 😥😥🤔no thank you... Im about to wait in walmart long line. Never paid more than $35 for oil change
