I love BB Nails & Spa!!! Its clean & so relaxing in there, & they play nice relaxing music. My nails stayed on the entire time they had to be closed during the Pandemic, & to me that speaks very highly of just what a good job Taylor does on my nails. I couldnt be happier with BB Nails!!!!

This is by far the most awful nail salon I’ve gone to.Not only was the lady rude to me and my sister while getting our nails done but they even stole $10 off her credit card. Horrible horrible place DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I asked them to do an identical concept from a something i seen on pintrest I didnt expect it to be completely identical because i understood how it works. Not only was it exactly identical, it looked even better than what i found online. The customer service was exceptional.. they even give you a complimentary * mini hand massage right after all under a good deal. Absolutely making my way here as my nail salon from now on!

Excellent customer service and do a good job but severely overpriced.I paid $123 for a full set and pedicure shellac. Returned for a refill & the exact same price! You would think a refill would be cheaper. I believe the manager tried to get over none the less they do a good job but if you want to be overcharged come here.

Bad experience here, too over priced for simple color. No design, short nails. They have a bad attitude and poor customer service! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!. Save y’alls time.

Tran is the sweetest and the best nail technician I have ever met. I enjoyed my visit here i found my new favorite spot when i come to Houston. I got the stone pedicure which was amazingly relaxing . My feet renewed!

I started coming here the first month they opened years ago. I have faithfully been coming ever since. Taylor is the only person I let touch my eyebrows she’s amazing. She did my nails once for a special occasion and they lasted almost a month and they were beyond impressive. I received compliments everywhere I went. I love this place.!

I visit for the first time on Saturday. I was referred by my daughter. The place is so relaxing and peaceful; I love a calm environment and thats a major plus for me. I enjoyed how attentive the staff was to the protection of my nails. Im not picky but I love fair, quality and calm environments. I live how intimate the space is. Its clean and not crowded. I feel like I can really relax here. This was my first time visiting the spot. I feel like its more of a nail salon than a spa. I had their facial and it was okay. Nothing spectacular but the price was fair for the service I got.

BEWARE! Cuts on both of my brow bones from getting waxed there they also messed up my shape real BAD. I thought the one who did my toes did a good job till today I noticed I still have dead skin on the side of my toenails. Won’t ever be going back

Extremely poor customer service. Ive tried getting services rendered at this place on two occassions. I was completely ignored. To add, no one was ahead of me and there were only two people being served. The wait wasnt the issue. I just feel that when a client has to wait, its okay to be pleasant instead of snarly or rude. At least acknowledge the customers presence in a polite and customer-service friendly tone.

About how between here and there my feet and hands came out with the same calluses and I paid a fortune if you dont ask for an expensive pedicure they dont do you a good job they should do a good job since youre paying for this they live

I have been coming here for years and I have to say that Taylor and her staff are absolutely amazing! These ladies are professional and very sweet. The location itself is clean and pleasant and they have created an incredibly relaxing environment. They are all about the quality of their work not the quantity and it shows, I have never left feeling disappointed in the service I received.

I went here for the first time a week and a half ago to get a refill. My nails are already cracking and lifting. These are signs of poor quality in products. Also the lady applied so many coats of polish that my nails look terrible and I didnt have time to have her repolish them. My clients advised me to never go back. My original nail tech is all the way in Webster. Im considering making that drive because I have yet to find a good nail salon in Pearland. Does anyone have any recommendations?
