If you want a solid full set of SNS, see Tom at Organic. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and seeing Tom regularly for the last year. He can take whatever random vision I have for my nails and bring it to life. Here’s an example, I asked for super arched French tip but not as long as this Pinterest inspiration pic. He killed it per usual. & also, I travel for work and I don’t always get to come back in time to get my nails done here. He is always able to fix the terrible work that I had done on my nails during my travels, and never does a bad job. He’s a gem of this nail spot.

Ive been to this place a couple of times before and everything is usually pretty cool and quiet. But today I had an issue with the pricing for my nails. I came to get a refill and the nail tech named Helen suggested I get a new set. So I said okay. Then she told me that they charge for shaping so I told her Ive never been charged for shaping at any other shop Ive been to. She then gets an attitude rolls her eyes and gets up and moves on to another station which I thought was so rude and unprofessional. the owner says that all nail places charge for shaping. I told her no they dont. So I called my regular nail place and they said no. I then called some local nail shops nearby and ask the same question and they said no. so she says that they charge $5 just to shape your nails. Which is something theyre supposed to do anyway so why are they charging for it?. after getting upset and even getting emotional which I never raised my voice or was rude to them. Ann came over and she took care of me. thanks to her I did get my nails done but I had to get square which I dont like. Because they want to charge five extra dollars just to shape your nails. I cant say that I will be back to the shop but I will say thank you to Ann.

Well I have some pictures of my hands the nails were horribly done and had I really looked at them before I left I would’ve complained. It was obvious that the nail polish I chose was very old and sticky. Both the manicure and pedicure technicians had to thin it out just to use it. If this is the kind of products that they use and they need to get something new when that stickiness happens. When I checked out the lady who seem to be maybe the owner, should have checked my nails to see how horrible they were but she didn’t even look. I will not be going back to this nail shop. Just beware. I took pictures but of course there’s no place to post what they look like.

I so wanted to like this place, however, the pedicure tech ruined the entire experience. It was so disappointing with every rude comment she made. I believe it shouldn’t be an issue to use a color of your choice. I’m sorry she couldn’t open the bottle, however, I believe it shouldn’t require a lengthly, unnecessary, conversation either to get another bottle of similar color. I’m sorry she didn’t want to get up 😣 Sadly, that was the beginning of of her rudeness - from the color choice, to the design, and then commenting that a nail done by another tech couldn’t be fixed because it was already done. What?! Nails just painted and in the drying stage can’t be fixed? 😳 🙄 I also had a manicure and the tech was super sweet and did a great massage! The greeting and check-out process was easy and friendly as well. Too bad the experience was uncomfortable, awkward, and far from relaxing due to the pedicure tech.

DONT GO TO KIM! she was very rude. I Asked her to please fix one of my nails that wasn’t filled with enough powder she instantly turned very rude. I was never rude to her nor did I ever do anything to make her act that way towards me. I always go to diamond and she knew that so she made a remark saying “you should be on vacation with diamond so she can do your nails.” Super rude for no reason

They do not care for their costumers. KIM was super rude and when the manager Kristen was notified about how she rude she was all she did was make excuses for her saying sometimes she has a bad day.NOTHING WAS DONE so I guess the employees get a free pass to be rude to loyal paying customers. DONT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!

I made an appointment to get a pedicure and a manicure. The service was quick and decently done. As my pedicure is almost done, the owner comes, abruptly takes the disposable sandals off of my feet and takes half of the nail polish on my big toes off. She then rudely tells the nail tech to “fix it” and walks away.

It was a quiet Sunday and all I needed was some pampering. I got lots of chitchat and bad mani, you could see the the cuticules not being cut all the way while I was still there drying my nails. Pedi was okey even if the massage was some nail scratching up and down the legs. I do know what a massage is so maybe if you want a tip too you need to grease your elbow a bit around those fat ankles 😂

I have been a loyal customer for 3+ years and have loved all the girls & guys that work there except for the manager/owner. She chooses who she is nice to and is only friendly to certain people. I go every 2-3 weeks and collect points but she would not give me my credit. She claimed she gave me a certificate when she never did. I will not be returning to this place because of her.

Went here for the first time today while annual yearly visit. The staff are very friendly, always telling stories and laughing. The back ground music sets a nice atmosphere. It’s clean and nicely designed inside. The person who helped me was Lucy, I made specific requests and with no problem did she aid to these.

Been going here for almost a year now! Absolutely love it.They are friendly and careful with my nails.My nail tech, Tin, does whatever design idea I bring in, quite beautifully.

I was a loyal customer for 3+ years because of ladies that work there except for the manager/owner. Over time I consistently saw a bad attitude,raising her voice, and choosing to be kind to some but not all. I would go every 2-3 weeks, She would get upset when I would ask if I could put in my phone number for points. Why have a reward system if you dont want to give customers credit? I then realized my favorite tech was not there anymore which made my decision easy,I will not be returning to this place! The same products are used at several other nail spas.That being said, if the owner would have showed kindness I would have returned.

Rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one.I really enjoyed going to this salon, but today I had a horrible experience when I questioned a price. Two weeks ago, I took my daughter (9 yrs old) for a color change and mini pedicure. I was charged $5 for a color change, plus $5 for French color for her hands. For her feet, I was charged $15 for her mini pedicure totaling $25. However, today I was told that her charge would be $30 when I asked why, I was told that it was $15 for her hands, plus $15 for her feet. I knew the charge for her hands were a mistake so I thought that I would just wait until I get upfront to question it. When I went upfront, I questioned it, but was attacked with attitude, even one person shouting from the back Oh my God. They tried to give me several excuses saying that she received a manicure to oh because she isnt sitting in a booster seat to receive the mini pedicure then that charge was $20 instead of $15. Beware of their prices and their rudeness when questioned. I have been going there for awhile and really enjoyed the ambiance; however, I will save a few dollars and go somewhere cheaper with more respect and consistent pricing!

My daughter and I went for a full manicure this past weekend. We usually go to a different place, but they were about to close. The salon was crowded, and told us the wait would be 10-15 min. We were both in after 15 min. as promised. I needed old gel removed, my fingernails shaped, and cuticles removed before applying new polish (gel). Natalie did a great job with this, no damage to the nails or cuticles. She also did an important job of pointing out that the nail color I had chosen would be much lighter and brighter once it hardened. That way I was prepared for the fluorescent orange I had picked out. Overall an enjoyable, relaxing experience. No issues with the cost on our visit; I did ask ahead and the cost was what they said it would be.

This is one of the best nail salons in Pearland. The nail technicians are great & very friendly. However, the manager, Christine is very rude!!! She needs to understand customer service & that the customers money is the only reason why she has a job!!!

Kay is my absolute FAVORITE tech! She has a pixie haircut and if you’re up for a massage she’s the one! I’m a hair stylist and I’m on my feet everyday pretty much and love the massage! But she’s also an amazing nail tech! She’s so good at trimming my ingrowns. I hate it when it stabs! But I go to her once a month!

I have tried many nail salons in the area. This is one of the best. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about products.

I was hoping with the name “organic” that this place wouldn’t stink. I was wrong and left with a headache. There are some organic nail colors to choose from (but not all of them are). The other products they use (like nail polish remover) is just as awful and harsh like normal.If you’re expecting to have a European mani/pedi or a natural one, you’ll be disappointed.If you’re expecting a nail salon about like all the others, than this is it; complete with all the toxic smells, dyes, and harsh chemicals.

I had been coming here since they opened and fairly satisfied until today when a tech refused to cut an ingrown nail for my mother. No problem just have someone else do it. Well the owner got involved and made a scene about how everyone cant do ingrown nails. It was unnecessary and shocking considering the fact that I was just there the day before for the same thing without issues. The techs are ok but the owner is very unpleasant. Not the first time Id had an issue with her manners. I wont wait for a third time. And they nickel & dime you for everything. Time to find another nail salon.

If you have time to waste this is the place for you. The owner blatantly treats certain customers much higher than others. Ive been going here for 3 years and I am currently waiting for 45 minutes to get ONE nail fixed! 3 other customers came in after me and have all been seen because they want their full set customers to not wait because thats more money. My experience here is always relaxing. My husband and I treat ourselves to manicures and pedicures with the massage. We see Mia & Fi Fi and are never disappointed. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed with soft music. The organic products have helped my nails grow naturally. We are always offered a beverage of choice. We feel very pampered when we go. We visit once a month and my nails and toe polish last that long. (I get the dip service on my nails) Weve tried several other places in the area but have found a new home. Weve been ccoming here for more than a year. The prices are a little bit higher than a few other salons but definitely worth it. You pay for what you get. Consistent service, friendly service, relaxed visit and an end product that makes you look great. We schedule appointments to make it easy.

The nail salon was poorly organized, and I was accompanied by my fiance who was supposed to get a manicure, and six pack mens pedicure $60 (they forgot about the manicure). We were not going to wait for them to wait for them to arrange for another manicurist so we paid and left.While I was there I was sittibg next to a woman who after a week needed her shellac COMPLETELY redone, and the manager brefusedbto let anyone else, but the woman who originally completed her manicure to do them since they work on commission.$40 SNS dip my thumb nail is crooked per Tina, and I was left with blue stains on my hands. I will continue making the drive to Cozy Nails with Twin.13 mix is the color

I had two experiences here. I (thought I did anyway) explained that I would like a service to enhance the look and strength of my natural nails. You know - a little something, something. I asked for referrals since I normally dont do anything fancy, just buff or natural polish. After a suggestion and sample done one a nail tip, I agreed to have the powder nails done to a tune of about $65 for what I (thought I) wanted. Something went horribly wrong. When she was done, I was confused. My hands were ugly. Honestly, I felt really bad because I saw how much work went into it, but could not find it in me to pay. Yes, she was pissed and started speaking her native language and got another tech and manager involved.Anyway... the manager and I both discussed and agreed on a new tech and service. Kay saved the day. The gel nail american manicure with simple designs on my ring fingers were exactly what I was looking for.I returned with my husband for a mani/pedi for us both and brow/lip wax for myself. I used a different tech thinking, she already has the blueprint, how do you mess this up?. Welp, she did. Because the gel nails dry so hard, they soak and file the residue away. Unfortunately too much with those brittle files used to shape acrylic nails - on my natural nails. UGH!!! Surely you understand it took months for my nails to outgrow that.I paid (well) for all services rendered, but truly only got one exceptional service. The 3 star review is to be fair. Kay is a very passionate and detailed nail artist. The manager was very accommodating and understanding when the original tech and I had our disagreement and assured me I was not expected to pay for a service I did not love. Good customer service is hard to find - especially in these environments - these days. On another note, the salon itself is truly nice and tranquil with tons (maybe too many) options to pamper yourself.If you treat yourself often and know what you want, you may have much better success than I did. Proceed with caution.

I only went to this place because I was in Pearland with a friend & the Nail Bar of Texas was about to close after our pedicure were done so we decided to go here for our hands. The lady who did my nails was nice & all but she messed up my nails big time. For some reason after my nails dried the tips of them were very foggy (almost white) & the rest of my nails was a shiny army green (which I picked from their rack of polishes) I consulted with the lady at the front because the lady who worked on my nails was already gone. She kept trying to make up excuses like blaming it on the weather & then at one point told me its okay, it look like a design. The ombré design (which I did NOT ask for) I was very frustrated that she really did not care at all. Im not the type to get things for free but she didnt offer me any kind of discount or anything. She asked that I come back tomorrow but I live an hour away! Anyways, if youre in Pearland I would highly suggest you NOT go here. The Nail Bar of Texas is only 10 mins down the road & they do a phenomenal job! Theyre prices are around the same as this place & do serve nice beverages. I really wish I went there earlier so they couldve done my full set as well! Unfortunately they were about to close when they started working on my feet.
